Trimming Hairs

It is Monday. In the morning I and Nuri joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 10 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, and pengqi guanding. At the end of the session Laoshi Bambang Hartono gave us 2 books of manual. On the way home we had breakfast at Soto Ayam Pak Wito on Jalan Anjasmoro.

After having a break for a while I washed my clothes and hanged for drying them. In the evening I ironed them.

At 10:30 Dastan and Aishalina along with Bibik came. They fetched tempe bought by Nuri. I was happy being with them. Dastan and Aisha were so cute. I taught Dastan in making coffee. 

At 11:30 I left them. I went to Bu Lin Kiosk to have early lunch. I had a plate of nasi mangut. Then I went to Cak Rus barbershop to trim my hairs. I parked the car far from the shop because the surrounding was full.

In the evening I and Suprapto had coffee at Simsix Resto. They had terrible americano. At 20:00 we dismissed
