At about 30 minutes later Aznaedi came to join. I moved to another table. We talked sharing our experiences. Before leaving I asked to the old lady in the kassa booth what the meaning of Kim Teng was. She replayed that it came from the name of the first shop owner, Ten Kim Teng (Deng Jin Teng 鄧金騰). Another lady wrote me the name.
We then went the points of I had been one time, first the office and then the masjid. Our office on Jalan Cut Nyak Dien has been assambled to the office of Sumatera II River Basins Management. We made several pictures there. Masjid An Nur, was the prime masjid in Pekanbaru. The masjid is big and beautiful. Aznaedi told that the architecture had been inspired by those of Indian architecture. After watching a tausia from an islamic scholar we did our zuhr prayer. I also did my ashr prayer.
The next stops ware wedding party venues, Aryaduta Hotel and Premier Hotel. In Aryaduta Hotel Aznaidi joined a wedding party While I waited for him in the hotel lobby. I did not recoqnize the groom nor the bride nor the parents. In Premier Hotel, I recognized the organizer, Lismawati, one day was my colleagues. She and her husband managed the party to celebrate the marriage of his daughter, Hestia Adhisti Herriyadi. She married to Aziz Kurniawan. In this place we met Eko Sutarso and wife, Yuli, and Mardeniwati.
At 02:45 we left the party for the airport. We found traffic jam along the street going there. At 03:30 we arrived at the airport. I entered the terminal for checking in. My flight was Lion Air JT293 and my seat was 17A. The clerk told my flight was delayed till more than 17:00. I went out to meet Aznaedi. Bona came to join. We then had coffee at a shop on the ground floor.
At about 18:45 our plane took off for Jakarta. We landed at Soekarno Hatta Airport of Jakarta at 20:15. An airport bus brought me to Kampung Rambuatan Terminal and a Gojek car got me at the guesthouse at 23:00. Before sleeping I went to a nasi uduk kiosk for dining.
