Being at Home

It is Monday. I was at home. I and Nuri had early breakfast at home. Boiled egg was my main diet. I avoided rice in my breakfast menu.

At 06:00 I joined qigong in the temple hall. We practiced chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. The participants were about 10 people.

At about 09:30 Nuri picked Dastan up from his playgroup and dropped him at his house. I planned to go to the lab to meet Pranoto but then I cancelled it. He would not be in the lab because he would go to Manado.

Today Nuri took our new family card from the Civil Affair. Rahutama's data on the card was changed, from entrepreneur to civil servant
