Dark Day

It is Wednesday. In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were about 8 people. I practiced chenqi, laqi, and pengqi guanding. I left the venue before all seasons practiced because I did not feel well. I got diarrhea.

At 11:00 I went to the hydraulic lab to meet Pranoto. We discussed our actions to respond the minutes of the last meeting in Balikpapan.

At 16:00 I and Rahutama had late lunch at Warung Senggol Bu Lin.

Today was a dark day, the sun did not show up. Instead, it was cloudy or heavy raining.
