Asking for a Consent

It was Tuesday. In the morning I went to the temple hall to join qigong. The hall was relatively free from imlek celebration property so we could exercise nicely. The participants were only 5 people. We practiced chenqi, pengqi guanding, and part of xingshen zhuang.

At 09:00 I and Nuri went to the Elizabeth Hospital to get the consent on the reference letter. The consent came from the BPJS desk in the hospital. It just took about 10 minutes.

After arriving at home Nuri then went out to buy a chair and some virgin coconut oil. I was still at home. The rain dropped heavily.
