A guard told us that the Garuda counter was at the Terminal 2, a new terminal located on the other side of the runway. A shuttle bus brought us there. The Terminal 2 was silver grey look. It was very nice and spacious. We checked in and entered the waiting room on upstair. I did my prayers on the ground floor before going upstair. We were in the waiting room for about 3 hours. Today we planned to visit authorities having connection to our work. The first authority was the River Basins Management Office of Sulawesi I (BWS Sulawesi I). Our purpose was to get the river basins map where the toll road take place). We failed because the man in charge had not arrived. At the second visit we met Mr. Daan Redley Namare, the Head of Implementation Section. From him we got data of river basins but not the drawing.
The second visit was to the Mapanget Meteorology Station. An officer, Mr. Singapore, suggested us to go to the Karayuwan Meteorology Station. A lady, Ms. Febriani, explained us how to get data we wanted. Leaving the office we went back to the BWS office for the second visit.
The third visit was to the North Sulawesi Planning Authority. A lady officer suggested us to go to the North Sulawesi Public Works Authority. We met officers at the Spatial Planning Division, Mr. Dani and Mr. Nico. From him we got the North Sulawesi Spatial General Planning RTRW.

It was the location designated as the underpass of the planned toll road of Menado Bitung. After meeting him we started to survey along the road from K-14 (kilometer stone 14) of the tool road to the end (entrance of the Bitung Harbour Container Terminal. Our survey was about to design the drainage system of the toll road.

Martapura was a town in the Province of South Kalimantan. It had been established by the diamond mining and other gemstone business. The market was a tour destination.
We went to the Martapura Market. In the market Hariadi Suryanto, Endang Sukriyati (his wife), and Ida (Endang's sister) joined us. We shopped sasirangan fabric and gemstone.
At about 12:30 we had lunch in the Soto Anang counter. The chicken soto they served was delicious.
Then, we paid our dhuhur prayer in the Main Masjid of Kabupaten Banjarbaru. It was the Masjid Al Munawarrah. The day was so hot and humid. We had to loosen our shoes before entering the masjid. The open verandah floor was very hot. The masjid plafond was high so the temperature in the masjid was chilled.
The following destination was a dragon fruit plantation. Gatot worked there. The land was about 70Ha but only 30Ha was used as the plantation. It seemed Gatot and colleagues run it well.
Then, we came to a place named Kampung Sasirangan on the east side of Martapura River. In the kampong there were many crafters making sasirangan fabrics. The fabrics are dyed by tightening some parts of them before simmering of them in the dying. They sell some of them to visitors like us.
When we were shopping a heavy rain occurred until we were going back to the hotel. The traffic was so congested because a tourism session opening was taking place nearby. It seemed that the opening was messy and stopped because of the rain.
