Picking Medicines

It was Friday. In the morning I and Nuri joined Qigong in the temple. The participants were 10 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, and pengqi guanding. In the end Laoshi Ong Hian Gi (Bambang Hartono) explained several motion.

I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa Masjid.

In the evening I and Nuri went to the Sehat Pharmacy to take medicines of the doctor prescription. On the way home we stopped by Pecel Yu Sri stall to buy Pecel. It was for our dinner. It was showering along the way.
