Seeing the Doctor

It was Wednesday. After maghrib time Iand Nuri went to Doctor Sumanto on Jalan Lampersari. I had turn #11 but I had to wait about 10 minutes. Everything was ok. The doctor prescribed biobran, mocosta, and rillus.

At noon Rahutama came from Jakarta. He used Menoreh Coaches, an economy class coaches. The cost was Rp130.000.

This morning I joined the qigong at the temple hall. The participants were 9people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang.

In the evening after seeing the doctor I and Nuri went to Superindo Sriwijaya for shopping.
