Seeing the Doctor

It was Monday. I and Nuri went to the Kariadi Hospital at 09:30 to see doctor Eko. The registration was going normal but the line to see was too long. The reason was the doctor was out amid the line and would be ready at 12:30. So, we used the spare time to buy xamthone at the Sehat Pharmacy and to have break at the Canadian Resto. At 13:00 we met the doctor. My condition was good, the blood tension was 130/80. We went back home at 14:30.

This morning I joined the qigong in the temple. The participants were 10 people. We practiced chenqi, pengqiguanding and sanxin zhuang. In the evening we bought nasi padang for our dinner. I asked Nuri to provide pete into the nasi. It was good.
