It was Monday. I joined the qigong in the morning. It started at 05:55 and finished at 07:00. We had 3 methods: chenqi 抻气, pengqi guanding 捧气贯顶and sanxin bing zhanzhuang 三心并站壮.
In the afternoon I and Rahutama went to Brumbungan to take pictures of the house. Bagus fetched Anindya and Dastan for going to Erlangga. They were back at 21:00.
In the evening I and Rahutama went to the Sehat Pharmacy to redeem medicines for 15days. They were pletaal 50mg 1tablet a day, methycobal 250ug 2capsules a day, sulcolon 500mg 2 caplets a day, biobran 250 2 tablets a day and rillus 1tablet a day.
