Discussion

It was Monday. I still joined the qigong. The session was only 30% of as usual and the remaining time was used by the instructor to explain more about the practice. It was good for me because I then understood the concept: slowly motion, breathing and concentration.

At 10:00 I joined a discussion at my former office. The participants were Mr. Ghozi, Mr. Djumono, Mr. Bena and Mr. Azwar Anas. It was concerning the establishment of hydrology information system. It concluded at 16:00. I received a set honorarium for my presentation in several discussion. The amount was much for me. In the afternoon I trimmed my hair at Cak Rus barbershop.
