Shopping

This morning I joined the qigong exercise. It was not full but I did it for an hour. Nuri accompanied me there. On the way home we stopped at Prembaen market for shopping. Nuri bought tengiri and kutuk fishes.

This day was cloudy. Nuri was still at home to make the fish ready to process. I had no defecating. However, I ate my meals more than usual. It seemed my appetite was on.
