Medical Check Up

This morning I and Nuri went to Cito Clinic Lab to join the general medical check up as discribed by Mrs. Bena. The officer said that was organized at Pandanaran Health Center (Puskesmas Pandanaran). At the center we met Mr. and Mrs. Bena were conducting a blood sampling. We joined them. The doctor told me that it was a prolanis, a program designated for the chronic people. I and Nuri were not the kind of those people. However, she allowed me to proceed the process. Our blood samples were taken twice, before and after meals. We settled the process at 12:00. I got up at 04:30 and prayed. After dhuhur time I and Rahutama went to Muncul Banyubiru to have lunch. On the way we dropped cloth to Mr. Clean loundry. Pecel Keong (vegetable salad and steamed snail) Mbak Toen was the meal at Muncul. At 16:00 we arrived at home. In the beginning of evening I went to Simongan Copy to bundle a document.
