Fasting

This day I conducted voluntary fasting. I got up at 03:00, had lime juice, a banana then a boiled egg and a plate of steamed broccoli. I then slept again.

At 07:00 I got up again. I left the house at 08:10 and I arrived at the office at 08:40. In the office I finished the minute of Pemali Comal plenary meeting last Monday. At 16:10 I left the office for home. I broke my fasting at 17:35.
