Real Assessment

This day our training came to the real training session. Two master assessor came to supervised our practice to assess. They were Mr Sunggono dan Ms Inez Mutiara. They explained how a real assessment had to conduct. We first of all had to ensure that our tool were built right. It needed a long time, for me, almost all day long. I fixed my tool till night. I asked Djoko Sutijono to be my dummy assessee. He came at 09.00 in the morning so he had to wait for 12 hours. I practiced my assessment but a small improvement had to be conducted.

I woke up at 05.02. After praying I ready for walking at 05.15. I walked along Jalan Pandanaran. At 05.55 I arrived at the hotel again. This day was RAhutama's birthday. I had no time to deliver my greeting verbally so I send it through a social network named facebook.
