Gathering

It is Thursday. The Yellow Thursday (Respati Palguna 15). In the morning I joined Qigong in the temple Hall. The participants were 6 people. Beside me there were Liem Cikuan 林时观，Liauw Bunmiauw 廖文茂, Liao Sioeling 廖秀玲，Liao Moyling 廖妹玲，and Kwee Tjenlan 郭珍兰. We practiced xingshen zhuang.

At 10:00 I accompanied Nuri joining monthly gathering of wives of former water supply project employees. Beside us, there were Marsaula Rupma and Bharoto, Dewi Harastuti and Widodo, Dian Argo and Amat Yatim, Ismiati and Surjadi.

At 15:50 I walked along streets of Pamularsih Barat VII, Puspowarno, Kenconowungu Selatan III, Damarwulan I, Anjasmoro, Damarwulan II, Madukoro, Sudirman, and canal side walk. It was sunny ☀️, I reached 6,2km in 1:24:38hours or speed of 4,4kph. The average heart rate was 102 bpm, the average cadence was 105spm, and the fat burning was 568kcal. Amid the walking I stopped by at Warung Senggol Bu LIn to have late lunch.
