Usual Day

I got up at 05:00, prayed and walked along the Banjirkanal riverside. My body weight was 64kg. Nuri served bokchoy stir fry and fried tempe. At 08:05 I went to the office.

I continued to write the report. I joined the Friday Prayer at Salman al Farisyi Mosque. At 14:30 I left the office. I met Sokis and Budi at the OP office. In the evening the PLN power shut down about 2hours.

Fasting

This day I was fasting again. It was a voluntary fasting. I got up at 03:00, having lime juice, then apple and finally boiled egg and eggplant stir fry.

By bus I went to the office. I arrived at 08:45. We planned to discussed a meeting matter but we cancelled it because Mr Zaenal then went out. At 16:00 I left the office. I was standing all time in the bus. Nuri picked me up.

At 19:00 I and Nuri had dinner at a Dul Numani stand. I ordered a portion of watery noodle while Nuri ordered a portion of fried noodle. It was Rp10,000 per portion.

Rahutama Giving Oral Presentation

On his thesis defense Rahutama this afternoon gave his oral presentation to the examination committee. This morning he preparared himself and I just said good luck to him. At about 14:30 he told me his success. I paid my greeting to him.

This morning I got up at 04:45 but I prayed at 05:15. I was so relaxed this afternoon. I had papaya for my breakfast. At 07:45 I went to the office. I joined a meeting chaired by Mr Zaenal to prepared a plenary meeting. The meeting concluded at 16:00.

From the afternoon to the evening it was hot and humid. It seemed that it would be showering but it did not happen. Lanjutannya...

Eid ul Fitr Gathering

This morning I joined the Eid ul Fitr Gathering organizes by the Pemali Juana Management Office. On this gathering Mr Isprasetya gave his speech paying his greeting to the employees and at the same time he asked for forgiveness. The gathering was then closed with an early lunch. Mr Suhartono, Mr Purwadi, Mr Bambang Sulaks and other individual consultants also joined this event.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and walked till Jalan Puspawarno Barat. I went to the office at 08:10. I worked only a half day because there was a gathering. In the evening I, Nuri and Rahutama came to a soto stand on Jalan Indraprasta having dinner.

Fasting

I was fasting today to pay off the fasting I cancelled last Ramadan. For the early breakfast I consumed mango then I ate boiled egg and bokchoy stir fry. I slept again after having breakfast.

I went to the office at 08:10. It was the first weekday after Ramadan. Mr Zainal was in. I joined the zuhr and ashr prayers at the office. I tried to continued my report. At 16:00 I left the office.

I broke my fasting at 17:42. Nuri prepared papaya for me. I had pecel, sprout tofu stir fry for my dinner. Lanjutannya...

Food Combining

I got up at 04:45, prayed and prepared myself for walk. I consumed lime juice and walk on just around home for 30 minutes. I had a mango for my breakfast. At 10:00 I had second breakfast, rice and tempe hot soup.

At 09:00 Anindya told us that she was just going for boarding. It was her first assignement abroad. She would went to Hongkong by Garuda. With her were 4 of her friends. I got her was excited. At 15:30 she told us that she had just landed at Hongkong.

At 11:30 I and Nuri went to ACE Hardware to buy selves. We got a shelf for Rp799.000 and another shelf for Rp599.000. They were at discounted rates. In the afternoon, Kris, Fitri, Lia, Aning and Damar came home just for courtesy visit.

This day I tried to practice food combining. For the lunch, I consumed steamed broccoli and calamar stir fry.

Neighbourhood Gathering

It was the first gathering concerning Eid ul Fitr. It was compacted with the monthly neighbourhood gathering. It was managed in the evening at Mr Sudiono's house. Mr Ali Mustawa gave speech about the meaning of Eid ul Fitri. Mr Sudiono served us with lontong opor.

This afternoon Fitri and Aning came home to take their stuff. Then, not for along time Peni left home for Jakarta. She used Argo Muria that was scheduled to depart at 16:00. Rahutama dropped her there. Finally, Dik Yu, Ratna n Ninok came for a courtesy visit. Ratna was with her stick to help her standing and moving. Before maghrib, I mopped the floor.
