Birthday Night

It is Saturday. The Black Saturday (Tumpak Cemeng 13). At 05:22 I walked along Jalan Pamularsih. I reached 7,58km in 1:29:51hours or pace 11'51". The average heart rate was 97, the average cadence was 103, and the fat burning was 559.

After having a rest and showering I washed my clothes. The day was cloudy but they were dried in the afternoon.

In the evening I and Nuri joined Dastan's birthday night in Tentrem Hotel Room 1613. Dastan birthday is actually on October the 14th. He had turned to 8 years old. His parents delayed his birthday party to this evening due to their lack of time. The place choice came to this hotel, the most expensive hotel in Semarang. We just in 6, they were Anindya, Bagus, Dastan, Aishalina, and us. We made pictures of us in front of his birthday cake. Then, we dined in Tanamera Cafe inside the building. I ordered fish & chips and a cup of americano.

Going Out

It is Thursday. The Red Thursday (Respati Abrit 17). At 05:10 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,66km in 11737 or pace1138. The average heart rate was 111, the average cadence was 131, and the fat burning was 606kcal. Then I continued with walk along the same path. I reached 3,33km in 4034 or speed 4,93km/h. Before dhuhur time I accompanied Nuri went out to settle several matters. First, we went to Bank Mandiri Pemuda to put civil servant appointing of Anjar. A Covid-19 awareness protocol was imposed. Only several people allowed to come in. The other customers were waiting outdoor. I and Nuri were allowed to come in because we would access our safe deposit. Then, we went to Johar Shopping Building. Nuri wanted to buy a bag. I walked to a lunpia counter on Jalan Pemuda to enjoy a piece of lunpia. Finally, we came to a building materials shop to buy a seal to tight the hammer.

I got diarrhea in the afternoon and evening in 3 times. I suspected that it was because I consumed dawet Nuri bought in Johar area before. Dawet is a coctail of sugared coconut milk. It contains of chips of jackfruit (nangka), beads of rice fluor (cendol), and glutinous rice fermentation (tape ketan).

Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Sweet Wednesday (Buda Manis 12). In the morning I walked along Jalan Pamularsih I for 6,66km but it was not recorded in the application. My fault for not pressing the END button after finalizing the session.

Nuri went to Anindya's house accompanying the children having their classes. I was at home finalizing IPPU letter to chief of the Human Settlements Infrastructures Office about curricula vitae of several caretaker board members. Beside me the letter mentioned Djoko Parmanto, Mustofa Kamal, Mauladi Widodo, Arus Horizon, Soepartono, Djoko Mudjono, and Harsono Wuryanto.

It was cloudy in the afternoon. I did gardening by removing weeds off the front yard.

Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Anggara Kasih 11). At 00:40 the black out was over, we were supplied electric power again. I turned the AC on and got asleep. At 05:00 I woke up, prayed, and slept again.

At about 10:30 the blackout came again. I could not do anything. The day was hot and humid. I was tortured.

At 09:08 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. The day was shinny and I got heated. I reached 2,44km in 26:58minutes or pace 11'02". Blackout

It is Monday. The Black Monday (Soma Cemeng 8). At 05:41 I run along side walk of West Floodcanal, streets of Puspanjolo Selatan, Puspowarno Selatan III, Puspowarno, Pamularsih, and Pamularsih I. After dhuhur I accompanied Nuri going to Ratna's house in Graha Taman Bunga, Mijen. We forget the actual place so we three times coming to the same place. Finally, we found it because Ratna was showing up. Nuri just pass masks she had wanted to pass yesterday. Then we went to Bangkit Jaya, a paving block producer. I bought again 1,0m of concrete paving block. We went home tracing the Jatibarang track. At Simongan I bought nails, thread, and batle iron.

After maghrib time it was raining with strong wind. The PLN power were off. The blackout started 18:30 to the night.

Going Out

It is Sunday. The Yellow Sunday (Radite Jene 12). At 5:39 I walked along Jalan Pamularsih I. I achieved 7,41km in 13217 or speed of 4,82km/h. The average heart rate was 102, the average cadence was 109, and the fat burning was 623kcal.

At 11:00 I and Nuri went to Ratna's house in Beranda Bali Housing, Pesantren Mijen. Her house was spacious 2 floors occupying the land of 170m2. The quality of the building was good as well as the environment. The houses had no fences and with wide neighborhood roads. I think living there is confortable.

We went there because Nuri wanted to pass masks for Ratna and Yuwanto. We met them and had a brief social talk. We dismissed at 13:00. On the way home we stopped by at Bu Imas counter to buy spicy steamed fish (pepes ikan). Later we went to Bangkit Jaya paving block factory to buy some but it closed.

Being At Home

It is Saturday. The Red Saturday (Sabtu Pahing 18). After dawn prayer I ironed my clothes. I finalized ironing at about 08:00. Meanwhile, Nuri went out to buy pecel (Javanese styled vegetables salad). So, after ironing breakfast was ready, nasi pecel (salad and rice).

At about 11:00 Nuri went to Superindo Supermarket for getting fruit. I used her absence for wiping and mopping the floor.

At 15:54 I walked along streets of Pamularsih I, Pamularsih, Puspowarno Tengah, Sudirman, Sugijapranata, Suyudono, Bulustalan, Bulustalan II, Basudewo, canal side walk, Puspanjolo Selatan, and Pamularsih II. I reached 7,04km in 1:24:38hours or speed 4,99km/h. The average heart rate was 107, the average cadence was 113, and the fat burning was 618kcal.

At 19:30 I joined Sardjoeki Family virtual meeting using zoom application. The host was Mahardi. Priyono told his experience during his tour to Kalimantan. Printing Bank Books

It is Friday. The Sweet Friday (Jumat Legi 11). At I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,58km in or pace. The average heart rate was , the average cadence was, and the fat burning was.

After having showering I washed my clothes. Usually I wash the clothes on Saturday or Sunday. This Friday I washed the clothes I brought to Manado.

Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompany the children joining their class. It seemed that the class time was short so she went back earlier than usual.

After dhuhur time by a Gojek car I went to Bank BCA Pemuda to print my bookbank. Then, I went to Bank Mandiri cross the street to do the same. After that I walked to Bank Jateng. I found that my turn would be long so I went to Bank BNI Pemuda nearby. A security helped me to print the book and asked me for being still outside because the bank was crowded. In Bank Jateng I spent about 50 minutes to come to my turn. By a Gojek bike went back home.

Going Back To Semarang

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Kamis Kliwon 16). After dawn prayer I went out of the hotel for walking. Afte 100m I went back to the hotel because the ground was wet. I felt some water entering the shoes.

The hotel provided breakfast service by delivering a meal box for each customer but I did not get in. When I mentioned it they gave it but I refused because the time was not enough to have breakfast. I was ready for checking out. At 07:50 we checked out. The hotel provided a ride to the airport at free. At about 08:00 we left the hotel.

At 08:20 we finished the check-in procedure. I got seat 35E while Sutarto did 35F. We went to the terminal building 2. I stopped at Bakmitopia for having breakfast while Sutarto continued to the waiting room D5. I ordered tomyang mian priced Rp71.000. At 08:30 I went to the waiting room D5. An employee told that boarding place was moved to D7 so I went there. At 09:00 I was on board in the Lion Air Boeing 737-900ER. The plane body was blue, different with others that white. The plane was almost full of passangers.

At 11:23 I landed at Ahmad Yani Airport of Semarang. After debarking I went to the terminal building. A covid-19 procedure was imposed. It was just filling the arrival form in the eHAC application attached in the pedulilindungi application. After having my luggage I went out of the building to the arrival hallway. About 2 minutes later Nuri came to fatch me home.

Transit In Cengkareng

It is Wednesday. The Black Wednesday (Rabu Wage 11). At 05:08 I run on the street in the Mega Mas area. I reached 6,66km in 11633 or pace 1129. The average heart rate was 105. That was the best run I ever done. The average cadence was 131 and the fat burning was 545kcal.

After having showering I went to the second floor to have breakfast. The menu was the same as that of yesterday. I took fruits, omelette, tinotuan porridge, fried rice, chaomien, papaya flowers.

I had time to relaxe in the hotel. Time was not stricking anymore since our flight Batik ID 6274 was scheduled to depart at 15:45. I was laying on bed to wait for the time.

At 11:00 we checked out of the hotel. We went to Grand Merciful Building to get some souvenier. I bought 2 pieces of t-shirt & short for Dastan and Aishalina. I also bought nutmeg sweet, and various pastries. I spent more than Rp300.000. We then left the shop to get another shop selling a better quality t-shirt. However, we did not find it.

We then had lunch in Bakar Rica Resto. I consumed a roasted fish again. At this time I used sweet soy sauce, onion, chilli pepper, and tomato to spice the fish. I found it delicious.

At 1:45 arrived at the airport. A Covid-19 procedure had to be underwent. PCR tests had to be showed before we came to the check-in booth. I got seat number 17D. Sutarto was on 17D and Priyonggo was on 17F. Lilik and Gias were on row of 11. We directly came to the waiting room

The waiting room was just being enlarged. It was truly spacious. It was hot because the AC system had not been fully operated yet.

We borded at about 17:00. There was no delay in the taking off of the plane. On board the operator served us dinner. The flight was smooth since the wheater was good.

At 18:00 we landed at Soekarno Hatta Airport of Jakarta. There was no Covid-19 check point. We directly to the baggage claim to get our luggage. At 19:10 we all got our respective luggage. We dismissed

A Blue bird taxi then brought me and Edhisono to Amaris Airport Hotel, a budget hotel. We checked in at about 19:40. The hotel was under renovation. I was in room 221 while Edhisono in room 227. My room smelled little bit like sweat but then disappeared when the AC was on. We had addional dinner in the Roda Padati Resto nearby.

Presentation

It is Tuesday.The Yellow Tuesday (Selasa Pon 10). At 5:13 local time I run on the streets around the hotel. I reached 6,74km in 1:18:17hours or pace 11'34". The average heart rate was 108, the average cadence was 133, and the fat burning was 584.

At 07:00 I walked to Pramita Clinic Lab on Jalan Garuda to undergo aPCR test. I was after Lilik, Priyonggo, Sutarto, and Gias who departed 10 minutes earlier. The lab room was cozy, air conditoned. We waited for being enlisted and paying the service. The service cost was Rp700.000. After finishing we went to another building where our sample were collected. We needed about 15minutes to wait. At about 08:00 the process completed and we went back to the hotel.

We directly led to the dining hall to have breakfast. The hotel provided a fair combination of food. There were omelette, fruit, tinotuan porridge, and other various foods.

At 09:45 we left the hotel to join ameeting in JOB office. The meeting started at 11:00 chaired by Sapto. The other attendants were Jonathan, Satriya, Anang, Abda, Lilik, Priyonggo, Edhisono, and Gias. It verified our materials would be exposed at BWSS1 office. It concluded at 12:00 and we dismissed. Our team left the office to get lunch.

We had lunch in Ikang Jubi Resto. They provided various fresh fishes 🐠🐋🐟. I tried roasted fish head. It was ok but the dressing should be changed to sweet soy sauce. I was so full afterwards. At 14:40 we left the resto for BWS Sulawesi 1 to join presentation.

The presentation was opened by Head of BWS Sulawesi 1 (Mr. Komang Sudana). He mentioned he was quite new there and needed many information about the case. He was accompanied by the team such as Dan Ridleiy Namare, Sardjon Welliang, Franky M., Silvana Pangau, Rhuly Lontoh. The Engineering Director of PT JMB (Mr. Bambang Saptadi) in his presentation showed his fulfillment of the requirement to get a recommendation to divert a short part of creek named Tendeki River. He was supported with many details by Jonathan Gultom, Abda Rizka, and Sutarto Edhisono. I also gave several supporting details. It seemed that everything was fulfilled. However, a minor information about groynes had to add later. The other attendants were Lilik Sugijono, Priyonggo, and Gias. At 17:00 we dismissed. We went back to the hotel.

At 20:30 I and Priyonggo walked to JCo Donuts in Mega Mall to have coffee and donut. We got relaxed there. Less than an hour later we went back to the hotel.

Going to Manado

It is Monday. The Red Monday (Senin Pahing 13). At 00:14 Argo Bromo Anggrek came to Tawang. We soon boarded. I was at coach 1 seat 11A. At 00:18 the train departed for Jakarta. The operator gave us an envelope containing a KF94 mask and a tissue. They did not gave us a blanket anymore.

At 05:12 the train arrived at Gambir station. After deboarding I prayed in the musala inside the station. We wanted to have shower🚿 in the station but the queue was long so we skipped it.

We went to the airport✈️ by a non argo taxi. Its cost was Rp150.000. At about 6:30 we arrived at Terminal 2E. We directly entered the Covid-19 check point. Then, we came to the check-in room. I got seat 26B while Sutarto did 26A.

We went to Soto Wawan booth to have breakfast. I ordered nasi goreng because they only provided meat soto that I avoided. However, the nasi goreng was not good. It was too hard, too salty, and undercooked. I consumed only a half of the portion.

We then entered the waiting room, room E3. Gias showed up about 15 minutes later. Priyonggo and Lilik also showed up several minutes later. We were in group going to Manado. Before flying I, Priyonggo, and Lilik bought americano coffee.

Our flightflight was Batik ID 6272. The plane was Airbus A320 taking off on time. Beside me was Lilik, he was on 26C.

At 15:00 we landed at Sam Ratulangi International Airport of Manado. We had to undergo several processes. Our debarking was managed as row by row. We took about 15 minutes to get our luggages. Then, an antigen test was imposed by the Town Government of Manado to each passanger arriving without charging him. Finally, after about 40 minutes we checked out the airport. Froli Mandagi drove us to Danowudu Gate.

We led to Batupapan cross drain. At Danowudu Gate we met Abda Rizka that would guide us to Batupapan. About 5 minutes later we arrived there. Satriya and Roland Parengkuan were waiting for us. Then we observed the drain scheme. The drain scheme consisted of relocation of river segment at about 100m long. It was the case we asked BWS Sulawesi I for the technical recommendation. After being there for about 30 minutes we dismissed.

We had our dinner at Raja Sate BBQ Resto on our way to the hotel. The resto provide old fashioned environment but it was still clean and tidy. We enjoyed verieties of fish and vegetable dishes.

On the way to the hotel we searched a PCR test service. We had to have a negative Covid-19 status again to allow going back to Jakarta. We did not get the information so Lilik asked the thing to Satriya. He mentioned Pramita Clinic Laboratory.

At 20:20 checked in Whiz Prime Hotel. I got room number 0521. After showering and praying I got asleep.

Undergoing PCR Testing

It is Sunday. The Sweet Sunday (Ahad Legi 10). I and Nuri were at home relaxed. The day hot and humid. In the evening the rain dropped.

At 10:00 I joined the opening of Tahfizh Quran Aljabar Boarding School. The school is located in Kandri Gunungpati close to Jatibarang Dam designated to educate students to be hafizh, people who memorize the content of quran. The school is managed by the family members of Nidhom Azhari. Mr. Mohammad Zainal Fatah, Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. At the venue I met my former colleagues such as Eko Yunianto, Anang Muchlis, Mochamad Mazid, Muhammad Niam, Samadi, and Tesar. Following the formal opening, the audience were pleased to see the situation of the school but I could not join. At 11:30 I in a hurry went to Panti Wiloso Cipto Hospital.

At 12:10 I arrived at the hospital. Sutarto Edisono were waiting for me. He led me to the room for taking sample for a PCR test. It was the first time for me to get such a test. A probe was insterted through my right nose hole. It was little bit painful but just in a short time. Then, it was over. Sutarto told he would take the result. After for a while we dismissed.

At 23:15 by a Gojek car I went to Tawang Railway Station. I would go to Jakarta. I arrived at 23:40. Edhisono was there waiting for me. He submitted a boarding paper and a PCR test report. Then, we checked in to the waiting Hall.

At 19:30 I joined Semaan C74. It is a Quran recital participated by C74 members. Endianto managed it and Ihyaudin was the presenter. It was the first time session. In the first time we would show our quality of reciting Quran. Being At Home

It is Saturday. The Loving Saturday (17). At about 05:30 I walked along Jalan Pamularsih I for 7,0km. Unfortunately, the trajectory was not recorded due to the connection loosing to the Zepp application in the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. After having a break for a while I washed my clothes. The day was sunny and hot so they dried just after dhuhur time.

Nuri went to Anindya's house to pass soto (a javanese styled chicken soup). She told Anindya was still ill.

Virtual Meeting

It is Friday. The Black-4 Friday-6 (Jumat Wage 10). Nuri as usual went to Anindya's house to accompany the children. Anindya was at home because she was ill.

At 09:45 I met Sutarto Edhisono at Yamie Panda Resto. He was with the wife. I and him were discussing our preparation to perform presentation in Manado in front of the technical recommendation team.

At 14:10 I joined zoom virtual meeting hosted by Lilik Sugijono. The other attendants were Sutarto Edhisono, Priyonggo, Abda Rizka, Anang Sudarmawan, Jonathan Gultom, and Satriya Zhyllullah. We discussed our preparation to perform a presentation in front of the technical recommendation team of Sulawesi I River Basins Management Office. We were involved in an intent talk till 15:15. We all agreed that PT JMB dan PT PP would be the presenters and the consultant would be supporting.

Dining Out

It is Thursday. The Yellow Thursday (Kamis Pon 15). At I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. The achievement was 6,66km with duration of 1:18:00hours or pace of 11'41". The average heart rate was 113, the average cadence was 139, and the fat burning was 631kcal.

It was the birthday of Nuri and Dastan. Nuri turned to 65 while Dastan did 8 years. I paid my wish to Nuri in the morning.

At about 08:00 she went to Anindya's house to talked to her about the children's progress in their learning process. She would be at home because she told Nuri that she took a leave. Not long time going Nuri went back home seeming insulted. She felt that Anindya had no appreciation with her work accompanying the children long time having their class. Anindya almost had no concern to their children's learning process.

Before dhuhur time I walked to Jaya Madura Barbershop on Jalan Puspowarno to trim my hair. The service charge was Rp15.000. Then, by a Gojek bike I went to Gramedia Bookstore to buy 2 comics of Dora Emon and 1 comic of Crayon Sincan. The book's price was Rp92.000. They were designated to Dastan for his birthday gift. I then went to Anindya's house by a Gojek bike again. I arrived there at the same time with the arriving of Mrs. Sri Redjeki (Dastan's fraternal grandmother) and Om Beni. After delivering the comics to Dastan and having a brief chat to her I went back home.

In the afternoon I gardened. I took out the weeds on the frontyard and planted grass.

In the evening I and Nuri went to Posin Bakery & Cafe for dining. The cafe was once named Imperial Bakery & Cafe. This was a dinner to celebrate Nuri's birthday. We ordered 3 dishes named: Fish n Chips, Fried Dori Steak, and Tuna Croissant. For our drinks, Nuri ordered green bean juice and I did lemon tea. We found the dish and drink were nice in appearance and delicious in taste. We spent Rp192.000 for all.

Going to Surakarta

It is Tuesday. The Sweet Tuesday (Selasa Legi 8). At 08:30 I and Nuri went to Surakarta. Nuri would shop fabric in Beteng Market Surakarat. As usual we traced the toll road, entering at Manyaran Gate and exiting at Kartasura Gate. At 09:30 we stopped by at Rest Area 487A in Gumukrejo Teras Boyolali for seeking a toilet. It is a small rest area but it is clean and nice. We bought 2 pieces of fried banana there. At 10:15 we stopped by again at Tamansari Resto where Nuri had her breakfast. At about 11:30 we arrived at Beteng Market.

We then separated, Nuri went to a vendor, I went around. I would came to Haluan Cafe but it did not open yet. I just walked around to see the situation. I found that the old building (Gedung Djoeang) nearby was used as a hotel, Petit Boutique Hotel. I also paid my dhuhur and isha prayers in the musala inside Beteng Market area. Finally, I came in Haluan Cafe for having a cup of americano. The cafe opened at 13:00. At about 14:30 we checked out of the market leading for home.

We stopped by again at Tamansari Resto. I had my lunch while Nuri paid her dhuhur and ashr prayers. At 16:00 we arrived at Banyumanik Gate. We found our Mandiri Indomaret card content was less than the amount we had to pay. So, for about 5 minutes I refilled it. During the time, at behind many cars lined honking their horns. At 16:30 we arrived at home.

After changing the clothes I gardened for about 30 minutes. I watered the grass.

The Kids Leaving

It is Saturday. The Yellow Saturday (Sabtu Pon 16). At 09:45 Rahutama and Anjar left home for Singaraja, the place they work. Their car was small car, full of household stuff. From 05:00 Nuri was busy helping them putting the stuff inside. Rahutama felt too many items were inserted in the car but he was so helpless to avoid it. Anjar was just relaxed. She seemed not disturbed with the abundant stuff.

After they left Nuri felt tired and sleepy. So, she got asleep soon. She cancelled her plan to wash her clothes this morning. Instead, at 11:15 I was my clothes. I need about an hour to handle the clothes till hanged for drying.

At 15:29 I walked along Puspanjolo Selatan, Bojongsalaman, Puspanjolo Timur XI, Puspanjolo Dalam, Puspanjolo Timur VIII, Bojongsalaman, Sudirman, Basudewo, Bendungan, Kaligarang, Pamularsih, Pamularsih Barat IV, Pamularsih Barat III, and Pamularsih I. After accompanying the children Nuri went out to buy some matters for Rahutama and Anjar. They would go back to Singaraja tomorrow and Nuri equipped them with the stuff.

At 08:00 Pak Yus came to fixed the air conditioners (ACs). The AC in my sleeping room was going ineffective since its pump moving so weak. He then replaced it with a new one. Its price was Rp375.000. The other AC was one in the front sleeping room. It was still leaked. He tried to overcome it though he suggested to replace its hose. The service cost was Rp175.000. This afternoon I spent Rp550.000 to fixed ACs.

Procuring Paving Blocks

I asked Rahutama to drive me to a paving blocks vendor named Bangkit Jaya on Jalan Jatisari I Mijen. I bought 1m2 of 10x20 paving block at Rp60.000. I guessed they were low grade ones since I saw the production process. However, I just wanted them to use as front yard devider. Quality was aside.

In the afternoon I washed dishes in the sink. I also wiped and mopped the floor. In the time Nuri went out to buy materials for Aishalina.

Seeing Office Nominee

At 10:15 I went to my former office on Jalan Gubernur Budiono. I joined Mustofa Kamal, Wismaningsih, Djoko Roosmany, Harsono Wuryanto, and Arus Horizon seeing the building nominated for Public Works Retired Association (IPPU) Central Java Region Office. The office is now managed by Pemali Juana River Basins Management Office (BBWS Pemali Juana) so 3 guys of the office named Djoko Hadinoto, Odik Tanji, and Ayu Wardani Agustina accompanied us. We found that the office was so spacious. It accounted about 500m2 despite our need was just about 100m2. We decided to take the place immediately so an application letter would be sent to the office.

I went to the office and back home by Gojek cars. I spent Rp17.000 for going and Rp18.000 for coming back. There was no discount. Meanwhile, Priyonggo posted that Wahyudi Mudratur had experienced a traffic accident on toll road yesterday during his trip to Jakarta from Tegal. He is hospitalized in Plumbon Cirebon.

After isha time I accompanied Nuri going to Superindo Karangayu to buy chicken, fruits, and vegetables.

Going to Salaman
