Cloudy Day

It is Wednesday. In the morning I went to the temple hall to join qigong. The participants were 10 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang.

At 10:30 I and Nuri picked up Dastan from his play group. We then brought him to his house.

Today was still cloudy though about an hour the sun was shinny.
