Meeting

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Slasa Kliwon 11). At 6:08 I walked nordicly along Masjid Agung perimeter roads. There was a graduation of a university so the tower area were crowded of the graduating students. At 7:00 I joined the nordic walkers exercising. They took the kaabah area for the gathering and streching place. I moved the car from the tower to kaabah areas. My walk reached 6,70km in 1:07:34hours or speed of 5,07kph. The average heart rate was 103bpm, the average cadence was 112spm, and the fat burning was 485kcal.

At 10: I joined a virtual meeting managed by IPPU discussing the payment of Tapera deposit to PU retireds. The meeting was chair by T. Widianto. IPPU Central Java were involving Masrianto and Arus Horizon to join.

After dhuhur time I accompanied Nuri checking the Lukaya Resto. We came there but the resto was under repairment. We then traced Anjasmoro street to look for a resto suitable for a gathering. We did not find it. We came to Golden Falasindo to exchange Sing$ to Rp. The rate was Rp1270 for Sing$1. Finally, we came to Superindo Market nearby to shop fruits.
