Being at Home

It is Saturday. The Yellow Saturday (Sabtu Pon 16). In the morning I ironed the clothes then mopped the floor. Rahutama went to William Booth Hospital on Jalan S. Parman to see a doctor concerning his sinusitis. He was accompanied by Anjar and Dhiratama. NUri went out to pick up Aishalina from her school then dropped her and Dastan to Yamaha Music School.

At 16:06 I ran along canal side walk and Jalan Basudewa. It was cloudy. I reached 6,66km in 1:13:14hours or pace of 10:58minutes per km. The average heart rate was 124bpm, the average cadence was 143spm, and the energy burning was 718kcal.

In the evening I walked to a barber shop nearby. I trimmed my hair. The cost was Rp20.000. I then walked to Anindya's house. I met Bagus, Anindya, and Dastan. They were going out to play peddle. In the house I met Nuri, Anjar, Dhiratama, and Aishalina and Bik Sakiyem. Bik Jariah was going back to her house in Kebumen. I then walked back home.
