Gathering

It is Sunday. The Loving Sunday (Ahad Kliwon 13). At 5:54 I ran along canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,66km in 1:23:40hours or pace of 12:33minutes per km. The average heart rate was 102bpm, the average cadence was 128spm, and the fat burning was 595kcal.

At 10:00 Nuri dropped me at Bu Agus food stall inside Mandala Bhakti Museum area, I joined AMMPA gathering. The other participants were DU Sutomo and wife, Suaryanto, Andoyo, Siswohariadi, Indah Mei n hubby, Doso Eko n wife, Tri Yuniati, Tristiana Rijanti n hubby, etc. We gathered, talked, and dined. At about 12:00 we went to Telagarejo Hospital to visit an AMMPA member, Soegiarti.

Soegiarti was hospitalized because of stroke. She was accompanied by her two sons. They told that her skull had been opened to removed the blood. A lady accompanying her told us that it was the last effort to get Soegiarti recovered. At about 12:30 we dismissed. I walked to Elisha Beauty shop where Nuri waited for me.

We bought a plastic tube pack of Wardah sunscreen 50% then went home.

Before maghrib time I washed my dirty clothes and hanged them in the garage.
