Joining Qigong

It is Wednesay. The Yellow Wednesday (Buda Palguna 14). At 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 5 people. Beside me there were Liem Cikuan, Andhy, Liauw Sioeling, dan Liauw Moyling. We practiced chenqi, pengqi guanding, and first half of xingshen zhuang.

At 10:00 I accompanied Nuri going to Banyamanik Terminal. At Gunung Harta booth we put a parcel for Rahutama. The cost was Rp100.000. Nuri paid off it.

We then went to Ricola Tour counter in the Citra Mall. We book a travel plan to Singapore. We spent more than Rp8.000.000 in total. It was for tickets Rp5.400.000 and hotel Rp2.600.000.

At 15:44 I ran along canal side walk. It was sunny. I reached 6,66km in 1:22:06hours or pace of 12:19minutes per km. The average heart rate was 120bpm, the average cadence was 128spm, and the fat burning was 728kcal.
