Seeing the Doctor

At 18:30 I and Nuri left home to see doctor Sumanto. We had our turn at about 19:30. He suggested to consume green bean. He also wrote recipe for my medicines.

This morning I joined the qigong for an hour. Nuri accompanied me. In the afternoon Nuri accompanied Argi to shop at Ada supermarket.
