Joining Qigong

It is Friday. Loving Friday (Jumat Kliwon). In the morning at 05:30 I went to the temple hall to join qigong. I stopped by at BCA Bank Pemuda to withdraw money. The session started at 06:15. The participants were 13 people. We practiced chenqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. After session I paid off my levy for May to December. We also discussed the planned trip to Jogja.

On the way home I stopped by at Prembaen Alley Market to buy meat balls, fish balls, and dried tofu strips. They were soup condiments. I asked Nuri to make soup.

After having soup in my breakfast I went to Bank BNI Karangayu to take my ATM card 💳. After waiting for about 30 minutes I got the card. I went there and went back home by Gojek bikes.

I joined Friday prayer at Masjid Attaqwa. I was sleepy but feeling fresh. I was sleeping during preaching.

In the afternoon I made Jogja trip itinerary as request by Melani. Qigong group Jogja Tour would be going on Wednesday and Thursday.

In the evening I and Nuri visited the kids. Dastan was sleeping. Ailin was active, she talked much.
