The Last Day of The Year 2012

It was the last day of the year 2012. Almost all people prepared themselves to welcome the year 2013. The municipality of Semarang concentrated their celebration at Simpanglima Square. The Metro JAkarta celebration was along the Sudirman and Thamrin boulevards. I was at home to welcome the new year by watching the television.

I got up at 04:30 and early breakfast. I just consumed banana and 2 cups of water. At 12:00 I passed the invitation to Mr. Triwidodo's house. I rode Anindya's car. I broke my fasting at about 17:45. Mr. Zaenal 'Ujang' Arifin asked me to help him. Rahutama went out to see his friends. Anindya and Bagus went out all the day to buy bangles.

Going to Purworejo

At 07:00 Mr. Tudjono stopped his car at the edge of the street near my house. I got in. There were Tuti and Tatik A inside. We together went to Tatik B and Noeri to pick them up. This morning we went to Purworejo to joined a wedding party. Risna, our schoolmate celebrated the marriage of his son, Ardia Karnugroho and Febe Prabaning Raras at Wisma Budaya Building, Purworejo. The party was managed at 11:00 to 13:00 so we met several schoolmates: Johny, Hariyoto, Bambang Pur, Gatot, Min Lok, Pojong, Winardi, Eddi Pur, Ihyaudin, etc. I thought it was the non formal reunion that attended by the largest amount of us.

I got up at 04:30, prayed and prepared myself for going. At 07:00 I left home for Purworejo. At Krasak I stopped by Encur's house to pass the invitation. On the way home I and the group stopped at Murni Foodstahl in Magelang. At 19:00 I arrived at home. Lanjutannya...

Anindya Coming Home

I got up at 01:30 and, accompanied by Nuri, went to Tawang Station to pick Anindya up. By Sembrani Coachs from Jakarta she arrived there at 02:15. It was on time. We met Mr. Agus ATM that was also waiting for his daughter. On the way home we bought chicken porridge at Simpang Lima area. I slept again after praying.

This day was cloudy and showering. I was at home while Nuri and Mbak Poppy went out to pay wedding clothes off. Anindya accompanied by Bagus went out to deliver invitations. In the afternoon Mas Duo from Anggrek Catering came to hand third catering payment receipt. In the evening Rahutama went out to join Tito bachelor party.

Rahutama Coming Home

I got up at 04:30 and prayed. At 05:30 I walked through Jalan Puspowarno, Jalan Sudirman and Banjirkanal riverside. I bought maize grontol and cassava tiwul for my breakfast. Yuti came home to help us.

I joined the Friday Prayer at Attaqwa Mosque. At 14:00 I and Nuri was at BCA Bank, Sudirman to withdraw cash. Then, we came to Bank Mandiri, Kariadi Hospital to pay the wedding organizer and reception room.

At 17:00 Rahutama and Mbak Poppy came home. They departed from Jakarta at 06:00. They said the traffic was flowing but in slow motion.

Joining a meeting

This day I was fasting. I got up at 03:00 to have early breakfast. A benana and small rice in meatball soup were in my menu. I slept again after praying. I realized that my last invoice was in. I took the report from the bundling counter. At 09:00 I went to the OM Division Office to join a meeting. It was the concluding meeting of the secretariat. Mr. Zaenal was the chair. The attendants were Ms. Rantika, Mr. Niam, Mr. Iriandi, Mr. Hetomo, Mr. Sochis, Mr. Warwito and a guy representing Mr. Indra. As usual Oke and Ika were the meeting recorders. I got up at 04:30, prayed and slept again. At 06:00 I walked along Banjirkanal riverside.

This morning Nuri and mBak Eli went to Ratna's house. I spent my time to repair my report. It was my word to Mr. Niam. At 12:00 it settled and ready to print. I and Mas Andi went out to distributed invitations.

In the afternoon I printed the report. I put it at Simongan Copy Center for bundling.

Rahutama Going to Surabaya

This morning at about 05:30 Rahutama and Mbak Poppy went to Surabaya. They took some stuff to and would bring other stuff from Surabaya. In the preparation of the marriage session there were many items had to be moved. This day was Chistmas Day so it was holiday. I walked till Balad area. After zuhr time I distributed invitations. Mas Andi and Anindya were with me. We stopped at Ada Supermarket. At 18:30 I and Mas Andi dropped Anindya at the Ahmad Yani Airport. She would go to Jakarta by LionAir departing at 20:00. It was Monday, it was holiday for non retired people because it was between Sunday and Christmas Day. It was known as 'together leave'.

I was fasting without early breakfast. Anindya and Bagus went out to fit their custome. In the afternoon I and Nuri went to house appliance stores to buy washing machine. We got a Sanyo SW 730XT one for Rp999.000

Joining a Wedding Party

At 12:00 I was at the Manunggal Jati Building to join a wedding party organized by Umar Effendi. He was my colleague when I served in Cilacap 1983. He celebrated the marriage of his daughter, Khilia Jannatul Firdaus to Rio Bagus Noviyanto.

I got up at 05:15 and prayed. Nuri provided many dishes for our breakfast. At 11:00 I, Anindya dan Rahutama as the driver went to Pedurungan area to distribute the invitation. I myself would also join a party. Until 16:00 we had distributed more than 11 pieces of invitation. We stopped by a makassar resto to have lunch.

Passing the Invitations

I got up late so I lost my prayer. I walked along Banjirkanal riverside. My breakfast was rice and bokcoy. Anindya came from Jakarta.

Starting at 10:30, I and Anindya went out to pass the invitations. Our route was Simongan - Kelud - Jatingaleh - Bukitsari - Srondol - Tembalang - Banyumanik - Srondol - Karangrejo and home.

In the evening we managed the mutual quran recital to wish the wedding.

Paying the Catering

It was Friday, I did not walk. My breakfast was rice and long bean sticky hot soup (brongkos). I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa Mosque. Rahutama went out to distribute invitations. In a heavy showering I and Nuri went to Bank Mandiri Kariadi to pay in advance the wedding party catering. Fortunately, the bank opened until 16:00 o'clock so we succeded.

Visiting the Office

I got up at 04:10 and prayed. It was late to have early breakfast but I was still fasting. Rahutama went out to pass several invitations. I went to the office to meet Mr. Niam. At 11:00 I moved to the other office to meet Mr. Zaenal. I joined the zuhr prayer at the Salman mosque.

At 13:00 I was at home. It was cloudy and then showering. I had afternoon sleep in a chill, it was nice. I broke my fasting at about 17:45.

Second Meeting

This evening we organized second meeting on wedding preparation at Delman Resto. We gathered the wedding organizer and the people we asked to participate. Mr. and Mrs. Djoni also joined the meeting. Mr. Harsono, Mr. Surjadi, Mr. Widodo etc. were the participants. The meeting started at 19:00 and concluded at 22:00. I was partly relieved. I got up at 04:00, prayed and slept again. At 07:00 I started to walk. I passed the invitation to Mr. Harsono and Mr. Soediro. Mr. Sudiro was not in the house I supposed him. Mr. Harsono told me that he and the family had moved to Jogjakarta. Mbak Poppy Coming Home

At about 18:30 Mas Andi, Mbak Poppy and Mbak Eli arrived at home. They drived from Surabaya via Babat, Tuban and Kudus. They found many traffic jam spots along the way so though they departed at 05:00 they came home after maghrib time.

I got up at 04:30 and prayed. At about 06:30 I walked till Balad area. Nuri bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. Rahutama bought nasi padang for our lunch. At 15:30 I washed the car at Auto Bridal Pamularsih. It was the last turn.

Going to Merden

It was Sunday, I had to go to Merden Kebumen to joined the operating ceremony of Merden Microhydro eletric generating plant. I and Rahutama departed to go at 07:00. We stopped by Bu Atmo Canteen, Magelang to have breakfast. At 11:15 we arrived at the location.

Mr. Suseno was on speech representing the chief (Mr Adang). Mr. Adi then was on stage represented Mr Prasetyo. A gentleman from the PLN gave speech representing the Central Java Manager. Finally, the Regent of Kebumen gave speech and officially operated the plant.

The plant was 2 units of 200 kVA generator. I, Mr. Guntoro, Mr. Suryono, Mr. Haryono and Mr. Haryoso since 2008 had been developing a scheme to get electric power from a cascade in East Wadaslintang Channel. The scheme was this day realized by PT Citacontrac.

The ceremony concluded at 13:00, we then went to my former office. I met my ex subornates. I handed the reception invitations to Mr. Haryono. At 14:30 we left the office. We stopped by our house in Salaman to meet Lik Santo. Then, on the way home we handed the invitation to Gwan at his counter and Yasin at his house. We stopped again at Lezat counter to buy snacks and Tahu Pojok to have dinner. At about 20:00 we arrived at home. We got showering along the way.

Settling the Scenario

It was Sunday, I got up at 05:00, prayed and got myself relaxed. I worked hard to settled the wedding scenario. It was cpmposed by the WO so I just filled the blank they left. After zuhr prayer Nuri gave it to the WO.

Before maghrib time I and Nuri went to ACE hardware to buy ironing pad. Then, we went to Citra Mall to buy catridge and envelop. We had dinner at Baso Lapangan Tembok.

Comparing Gueshouses

I got up in the morning and found I was losing my prayer. I think I had to get up at the first time I wake up otherwise I will lose my prayer. Nuri made nasi goreng with stinky bean for our breakfast. It was tasty when added with emping crackers.

Before zuhr time went to Yos Sudarso, Wiratno and Watulawang guesthouses to search accomodation for our guests. The Yos Sudarso Guesthouse was ok. The caretaker provided 7 rooms. The Wiratno was not ok, I thought it would be used for the drivers. The Watulawang was ok, we would use it. Risna Jakarta and Emi Malang told us that they had received the invitation. Usual Day

I got up at 04:30, prayed and slept again. After getting up again I worked on the invitations. Nuri went to XO Resto to join monthly social gathering. It was the gathering of ITB Alumni wives. I joined the Friday Prayer at the Attaqwa Mosque. After that I and Nuri went to the Bongsari Post Office to send the invitations. We also came to Mandiri Bank, Pemuda and BCA Bank Pemuda to update my bankbooks. We then wanted to visit Citra Mall at the Simpanglima area but the parking yard was full. We posponed it. Sending Invitations

Before zuhr time I and Nuri went to Merbabu bookstore to buy envelops. In Brumbungan house we put the invitations into them. From the Pleburan Post Office we sent them to the addresses. We spent Rp355.500 to sent them to 32 addresses.

I got ut at 03:00, had early breakfast, prayed and slept again. It was cloudy the showering in the morning. The temperature was low. I and Nuri went out to sent invitations and bought some matters in Satria store. Rahutama sent a message he did not pass the examination for a job. I broke my fasting at about 17:45.

Rahutama Going to Jakarta

In responding the invitation from a company Rahutama this afternoon went to Jakarta. I was with him to Mangkang Bus Terminal. The bus would be departing at 19:45 but when we came there at 19:50 the bus was still behind. So, he waited for it. He was scheduled to attend the job examination on Thursday, December 13. I got up at 04:30, prayed and slept again. I and Nuri planned to go to the kelurahan office to examine the data for Anindya's wedding. However, the officer then suggested us to came later because the examination would be organized on the present of Anindya and Bagus. At home again, I printed the label. In the evening at 20:00 I, Nuri and Rahutama went to Pisa Cafe to meet Mr. & Mrs. Djoni, Bagus and om Beni. We still talked about our plan.

Usual Sunday

I got up in the morning, prayed and walked around Jalan Puspowarno. I used Gang Buto to end my walk. It was a steep step. Nuri served nasi pecel for our breakfast. Bu Kus sent me mangut. After zuhr time I and Nuri went to a green bean porridge stand on Singosari area. It was cheap and ok, for 2 bowles of porridge we spent Rp6.000. At about 10:00 in the morning Retnobroto called me that she and Risna was on the way to my house. They were somewhere in Jalan Pamularsih. About 5 minutes later they came. They were Retnobroto, Risna and her husband Sunu Edi. The purpose was to submit an invitation card to a wedding party since Risna would marry his son to a girl from Purworejo. However, we then talked more. I, Retnobroto and Risna had shared the same highschool at the beginning of seventies. I got up late so I lost my dawn prayer. I walked along Banjirkanal riverside. In the morning we had a fixer named Pak Agus to install the mirror and the hanger in the bathroom. I was still in processing the label. Anindya suggested to send the data to her but I refused it. Paying Off Certification Cost

It was too long since I sent the application for an IATPI certificate. Two days ago Mr. Tridjoko told me that it had been almost done. So, today I confirmed this news to Ms Lulut, the lady at IATPI Jakarta. She confirmed it and she suggested me to asked Ms Nia in Semarang. Ms Nia (Murkusniah) said that I had just paid the cost off to her accound, Rp3.100.000. I realized it. In the afternoon I cut my hair at Cak Rus barber stand. It was Friday, I got up in the morning and prayer was still mine. I walked for about 15 minutes around my house. It was the first time walk since I had got ill. Nuri served us with rice and omelette for the breakfast. I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa Mosque. Nuri moved several boxes of items to Brumbungan.

Welcoming Guest

This day I worked on composing the committee on wedding session. At about 10:00 we welcomed Ms Atik. She is Bagus's aunt. She was with Bagus's cousin in law. She and Nuri discussed the wedding party plan.

I got up at 03:00, had early breakfast by consuming orange, steamed broccoli and boiled egg. After praying I slept again. In the afternoon Rahutama welcomed his friend. I printed list of invitees. I broke my fasting at 17:43. I ate fried mifen made by Bu Kus.

Farewell Lunch

It was Wednesday. I got to realize my word to have lunch with people of the team secretariat. After zuhr time I went to the office to meet Mr. Niam. Then, we together went to Daun Salam resto, Gergaji. The complete members were I, Mr. Zaenal, Mr. Niam, Pak Hartanto, Oke and Ika.

This morning I realized that my money was in. It was relieving. Nuri did not provide breakfast so I and Rahutama went to Sidorejo food stand to have breakfast. Writing Labels

This was Tuesday. I used it to write adresses on labels. It was a tricky job because my HP D2566 could not directly wrote them on the sticky labels. I spent a pack of 103 sized TJ labels for exercise. Eventually, I gave up, I copied the formatted ones onto a plain Word file. It worked but time run out, label also run out. It was evening.

I got up at 04:10, prayed and dwonloaded and instaled WA. Nuri was busy to settle Bagus's paper but she had not succeded. My meals were simply, just rice and soto or rawon broths. My weigh was 62kg. It was good.

Visiting the Office

I got up in the morning without praying. I was not fasting because I still in medicine administering. At 10:00 I came to the office to meet Mr. Niam. We together clarified my report. I also signed the receipt, the last payment of my contract. Actually, I had received my June, July and August payments. At home again I realized that Nuri was out. Welcoming Guests

This morning we prepared our house to welcome guests. We deliberately had invited them to ask them to be committee members for the organizing of the wedding party. Since 10:00 they came one by one. They were Mr. Susilo Wibowo, Mr. and Ms. Ario, Mr. and Ms. Surjadi, Mr. and Ms Yuwanto, Pujiono, Riyanto, Mr. Kuswari, Mr. Rustono dan Mr. Suparno. We talked about 2 items: committee members and bachelorette night. At the end we had lunch together. Mr. and Ms. Bena came late but we still maintained the discussion. Seing the Doctor Again

After maghrib accompanied Rahutama Mardi Mulya. My condition was terrible again. I got cough frequently. Dr Tunjung (Sri Martunjung) again examined me. My blood pressure was still good 130?80 mgHg. He gave me 3 kinds of medicine: CIPROFLOXACIN 500mg 6caplets, Magano Paracetamol 500mg 10caplets dan Dextral 10caplets. For all I paid Rp41.000.

This morning I was in bad conditon, Nuri was bad too. At noon she saw the doctor and instantly got much better. In the afternoon Rahutama delivered cards to Mr. Djoni's house.

Submitting the Final Report

This day was my last day in the contract so I had to submit the final report. In the morning I came to the Simongan Bundling counter to bundled it. At 09:00 I took and brought it to the office. I passed it to Niken because the manager, the person I had made the contract, also the person I had to submit the report to, was not in. So, I thought I had settled my contract.

I got up late I lost my dawn prayer. I then printed my report. At 10:30 I came to the west office and met Oke, Ika and Mr. Zaenal. I joined the Friday Prayer at Attaqwa Mosque. Yu Ti came to help Nuri tying invitation card. My condition was still not good. I was cough.

Invitation Cards Coming

I got up at 06:00 so I lost my prayer. I finished setting labels and my final report draft. Nuri made fried egg for my breakfast. At 14:00 I went to the office. There were Oke and Ika. They settled the minutes drafts. I brought them home for the correction.


This afternoon invitation cards came from Jakarta. All is about 800 pieces. Nuri opened the packages and she found several cards have been ruined because of bed shipping. Nuri was upset.

Fitri also came visited us. She brought a durian. I opened it and enjoyed it. It was ok. Nuri also enjoyed it.

In the evening I and Nuri came to DP Mall. We had dinner at Pizza Hut counter.

Usual Day

This day I was better than yesterday. I still administered medicine. I got up at 104:30, prayed and worked on my report. At 10:00 I went to the office to meet Mr. Niam discussing everything about the coordination team. At 12:00 I went to the west office. There were Ika and Oke. I just came by then I went home. Seeing a Doctor

This day my condition was not going better, I thought I had to see a doctor. So, at 09:00 I came to the Mardi Mulya 24hour clinic on Jalan Sudirman. Doctor Tunjung checked my blood tension, it was 130/80. He also saw my throat. At the end, he gave me medicines for 2 days: Amoxicillin 500mg 6 caplets, dolo-licobion 6 caplets and PRiOXONA 6 caplets. All costed Rp36.200.

I got up at 03:00 and had banana for my breakfast. I was intentionally fasting but I broke it after seeing the doctor. I arrived at the office at 10:30 and went home at 15:00. I was at home at the remaining day.

Anindya Going to Jakarta

At 23:20 Anindya left home for the Tawang Station. Bagus was with her. She was scheduled to get Argo Anggrek Coachs leading for Jakarta at 23:50.

This was Sunday, I got up at 05:00, prayed and slept again. My condition was still not good. My throat was itchy. So, I had to be in bed. Nuri made javanese fried noodle for our breakfast. Aninday went out to settle her prewed pictures. In the evening I discovered how to print labels using m-word by merging address database.

Asyura Day

This day was the 10th of Muharram. People know it as the Asyura Day. We are recommended by the Prophet Muhammad to conduct voluntary fasting. So, although my condition was not good I marked the recommenation. I got up at 03:10 and had lime juice, banana, apple and taro sweet for my early breakfast. I slept again after praying.

When I got up again I found that Anindya was home. She took her weekend to see us. At 10:00 Anindya and Nuri went out to settle items for the wedding session. I went to Simongan copy counter to bundle meeting reports. At about 17:35 I broke the fasting. It was showering in the evening. At 21:00 I and Nuri came to a wedding fair to see Mas Antok discussing the wedding session. We hired him to organize it.

Being Visited

It was the day before Asyura. We are recommended to be fasting so at 03:10 I got up for my breakfast. As usual I consumed banana. I went to the office at 08:30. Nuri sent me an SMS that Mr. and Mrs. Marsiman came home to visit us. He would be retired on December 1.

At 13:00 I went home. I had my afternoon sleep. I felt my condition was not good. So, I was more in bed.Lanjutannya...

Rahutama Coming Home

This day I was exhausted because of going to Batang and Kudus previous days. I got at 03:10, had lime juice and banana for my breakfast, prayed and slept again. At 09:15 I went to the office.

At 10:00 I was in Mr. Niam's room to discuss a report. Ika was there to help us. At 13:00 I left the office for home. I was tired.

This afternoon Rahutama came home. He used Argo Sindoro Coachs to arrive at Semarang. Nuri picked him from the Tawang Station. In the evening it was showering. It was chilled and fine.

Plenary Meeting

This day I joined a plenary meeting of a coordination team again. It was the fourth meeting of Jratunseluna Coordination Team that organized at the Emerald Room, Griptha Hotel. Mr. Nova partly chaired the meeting and at the end Mr. Suryautama did. The meeting was going fluently so at 15:15 it concluded. I got up at 04:30, prayed and got ready for going. I had rice and shrimp stir fry for my breakfast. At 06:40 I arrived at the OM Division Office where I, Mr. Zaenal, Mr. Hetomo and Mr. Niam had confirmed to depart together in a car. At 08:00 we had breakfast (for me it was the second) at a lentog stand, Lentog Bu Ndek. We left the hotel at 16:00 after having ashr prayer. At 17:30 I arrived at home. Going to Batang

This day I went to Batang to join the Fourth Plenary Meeting of Pemali Comal Coordination Team. It was organized at Sendangsari Hotel, the Laguna Room. I, Mr. Niam and Mr. Hetomo were in Mr. Zaenal’s car to get there. We stopped by Subengat Fried Chicken in Gringsing to have breakfast. The meeting was led by Ms. Juliana and she was accompanied by Mr. Zaenal as the meeting secretary. It started at 10:15 and ended at 16:30. At 17:00 we left the hotel for home. We stopped at Gunung Mas Resto, Kendal to have dinner. At about 20:00 we arrived at home. It was showering.

No Breakfast Fasting

I woke up at 04:15, it was late to get early breakfast. However, I was still intentionally fasting. I slept again after praying.

I left home at 08:20 and directly went to the OM division office to meet Mr. Niam. After discussing about the Team report I moved to the head office. There were Oke and Ika. They told Mr. Zaenal was in a meeting session. At 16:00 I went home. At about 17:35 I broke the fasting.

Anindya Going to Jakarta

This day her weekend ended so she had to leave Semarang for Jakarta. As usual Bagus accompanied her to Tawang Station. She was scheduled to depart at 16:00 by Argo Muria. At 23:00 she reported that she was in her dormitory. Rahutama was with her.

I got up at 04:30, prayed and on bed again. Nuri bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. From 09:00 to 09:40 I walked along Banjirkanal riverside. The sun shined brightly but I thought I needed it. Rahutama Going to Jakarta

I got up at 04:30 and prayed. At 05:00 I and Anindya went to Tawang station to drop Rahutama. He would go to Jakarta to get testing session on Monday. Argo Sindoro Coachs then brought him there.

The remaining day I was at home to finish list of invitees. The day was cloudy and showering. The temperatur was fair. In the evening Lik Santo told me seemed Asri's family was on trouble.

Delivering Uniforms

From 13:30 to 17:00 I and Nuri delivered uniforms for people we want to be the hosts of the reception. First, we came to Mr. Sri on Jalan Lamper Tengah. He was not in so the stuff was passed to his daughter. Then, we came to Mr Ketut on Jalan Candi Mutiara Timur. We just gave the stuff to his helper because we did not want to disturb his sleep. The third we stopped at Mr. Agus house on Jalan Taman Borobudur Timur XIV. He and Mrs. Agus were in. We had slight talk. The end was for Mr. Novianto on Jalan Ngalian Indah I Blok M. We did not meet anyone so we dropped the stuff over an open window. I got up in the early in the morning, prayed and slept again. My first drink was lime juice. Then I consumed banana. Anindya Coming Home

It was long week end so Anindya came home. She flew Garuda and landed at Semarang at 10:30. She supposed to arrived at 07:00 but she missed the first flight. She had to paid again Rp800.000 to catch the third flight. This morning I got up at 04:30, prayed and slept again. I was not fasting because I thought the new year was not recommended to be fasting. Muharram Gathering

At 20:00 I and Nuri joined the neighbourhood gathering at Mr. Djarwono's house. It was to welcome the Islamic new year, the Hijriah New Year. In the Javanese culture it is known as Leklekan Suran (Muharram Night Gathering). It was a small celebration. We made nasi tumpeng (volcano like formed rice) and ete it together. We then were involved in a casual discussion. I left the gathering at 0:30.

I got up at 04:00, prayed and laid on bed again. I had rice and fried egg for my breakfast. At 08:00 I went to the office. I stopped by Simongan Bundling counter to picked the bundled ones. Unfortunately, they were set out of my order so I asked the employees to fix them. At 09:00 I came to the OM division office to join a meeting. The meeting was postponed because the key personnels were not in. I went home.

At home Pak Yus were servicing the ACs. At 13:00 I went to the office again. I joined the meeting. The key personnels were Mr. Suroto, Mr. Prayoga Budi, Mr. Hetomo, Mr. Niam, Sochis and Dwi Budi. At 16:00 I left the office for home.

Walking

I got up at 04:45, prayed and walked. I walked along the Banjirkanal riverside. Nuri prepared rice and tempe hot soup for my breakfast. I went to the office at 09:30. Rahutama was with me. We stopped by Simongan bundling stand to picked my order but had not finished yet. I was dropped at a bus stop near Gramedia Bookstore, Pandanaran. At 10:30 I arrived at the office.

 There were Oke and Ika in the office. Mr. Zaenal was in a meeting. I had a little work to finish my report. At 16:00 I left the office for home. Usual Day

I started my day at 03:00 when I had my early breakfast. It was only papaya. I went to the office at 08:00. There was Mr. Zaenal, Oke and Ika. I tried to continued my final report. At 16:00 I left the office.

I broke my fasting at 17:33. Nuri made water spinach for my dinner. It was showering for 1 hour but the temperature was still warm

Dinner Out

After maghrib time I and Nuri went to Merbabu Bookstore to get small envelops and organizer. Then, we came to the Lombok Ijo fried chicken stand at Manggala Foodcourt to have dinner. They served good food for low price. We spent Rp33.500 and for drink from another vendor Rp12.500. It was showering when we left the court.

I got up at 05:07. I had 7 minutes for praying before sunrising. At 05:55 I walked along Banjirkanal riverside. I met Mr. And Mrs. Hiryam did the same. Mrs. Hiryam seemed to loose her consiousness.

Yuti came home to help Nuri. I had papaya for the breakfast. For lunch I had rice and fried tempe.

Assembling a Shelf

In the afternoon I and Rahutama installed a shelf several weeks we bought. It was a Krisbow Storage Shelving Step Rack Ivory. It size: 90cm x 42.5cm x 180cm. The shelf then replaced the old one.
It was Saturday. I got up early because of experiencing hot and humid. The AC were off. I had night prayer at 03:00. I then slept again. I lost my dawn prayer.I had lime juice for the beginning then papaya. Nuri made nasi goreng for breakfast. She bought nasi pecel for lunch.

Flat Tyre

In the evening I and Nuri had dinner out. We were at the Dul Numani noodle stand at Jalan Pemuda. They provide Javanese styled noodle. It costed Rp10.000 per portion. We then went to Giant supermarket to draw money from an ATM.

I got up at 04:30 and prayed. At 06:30 I walked till Balad area. At 09:30 Rahutama dropped me at the bus stop. I arrived at the office at 10:15. The personels were complete. After Jumat Praying at Salman Alfarisy mosque, I was involved in a discussion with Mr. Niam.

At 14:30 I left the office. Rahutama picked me at a bus stop at Jalan Ahmad Yani. I and him came to ACE Haedware to buy a pump for tyre. The cheapest was Rp244.000. We used it to inflate the flated tyre.

Fasting

It was Thursday so I was fasting. I got up at 03:00. My early breakfast was lime juice and apple. Closing the breakfast I consumed rice and vegetable soup. I slept again after praying. I went to the office at 08:30. Mr. Zaenal, Oke and Ika were in. I rearraged my report systematics. The progress seemed to low. At 16:00 I left the office. I broke my fasting at 17:33. It is grilled lamb, a kind of Indonesian dish. This afternoon I and Rahutama got it at Widodo Sate stand. It was ok but when we were home, Nuri complained. She said we were smelled bad when home.

I got up at 04:30 and prayed. Nuri made me lime juice. At 09:00 I went to the office, OP Division Office. I met Mr. Niam. We and Mr. Latif from Brebes worked on the matrix. At 12:00 I went to the main office. At 13:00 I went home. At 16:00 I met Cak Ros the baber at his stand to trim my hair.

Usual Day

I got up at 04:30, had lime juice and banana, walked along Jalan Puspanjolo, Jalan Basudewo and Jalan Simongan. I took the bundled from the stand. I peeled papaya we got from Semarang.

At 09:00 I went to the office. I met Mr. Niam to debug matrix with a gentlemen from Grobogan. He did not show up. At 11:00 I went to the other office. I just discussed with Mr. Zaenal about any subjects. At 15:00 I went home.

Fasting

It was Monday, the day for voluntary fasting. I got up at 03:00, had lime juice and banana. Before imsak time I had steamed broccoli and steamed fish. I slept again after dawn praying. At 08:40 Nuri dropped me at BNI Bank Karangayu. I drew money and waited for the bus. By a trans bus I arrived at the OM Division Office. I and Mr. Niam were to compose a meeting matter. At 11:00 I moved to the main office to supervise Oke and Ika. At 15:30 I left the office for home. I had to be standing in the bus along the way home. Nuri picked me at the bus stop at 16:20. Joining a Wedding Party

This day at 12:00 I and Nuri joined a wedding party in the Convention Hall of Jawa Tengah Main Mosque. It was organized by Mr. Prasetyo to celebrate the marriage of his first son, Fajar Sigit Prastowo that married to Gany Noldi Ratta. It was a big celebration since his position as an agency chief that has many colleagues and relations. Of course, he served us a good lunch. It was not avoidable the party was also a reunion venue. I met many retired colleagues such as Mr. Guntoro and Mr. Hidayat.

I got up late so I lost my dawn prayer. Nuri bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. Rahutama washed the car. In the afternoon I walked to the Balad store area and went back. It was cloudy, little bit warm and humid. After maghrib time I went to Cak Ros the barber but his stand had closed.

Going to Salaman

This day I and Rahutama went to Salaman. It was long time since we planned to go there. We departed at 08:00. Rahutama had breakfast at Iwak Kali Resto at Soropadan Agro, then I had lunch at Pak Broto noodle house. After zuhr time we arrived at Salaman. Paklik Santo was in. We talked about ours. Adi was at a workshop so we did not see him. After having prayer we went back home. It was raining on the way. We stopped by Lezat stand to by snack. We had dinner at Banaran Cafe. Preparation Meeting

At 09:30 I joined a meeting chaired by Mr. Suroto to evaluate the third plenary meeting and to prepare the fourth one. It was attended by Mr. Niam, Mr. Warwito, Mr Hetomo and Mr. Prayogo. We had break in the Friday Prayer time. We had the prayer at the Salman Alfaarisy mosque. At 13:00 we continued the meeting. We concluded it at 14:30. I then went home. I started my day with praying. It was a mean to make everything I do valid. I then walked till the Balad area. My breakfast was lime juice, banana, rice and bokchoy. At 08:30 I went to the office, the OM Division Office. I had my breakfast at 03:00. Plain water, banana, egg and cassava leaf soup. I slept after praying. At 06:30 Nuri woke me and gave me a glass of lime juice, I got it and inhaled it. Instantly, I remembered I was in fasting so, I stopped it. I continued fasting.

At 08:00 I went to the office. I fueled at a PFU near Ada Supermarket. Mr. Zaenal, Oke and Ika were in. They prepared a meeting tomorrow. At 16:10 I left the office. The temperature was still hot. I broke my fasting at 17:30.

Rahutama Coming Home

At 23:10 I picked Rahutama at the Tawang Station. He and his friend Falah just came from Jakarta by Argo Sindoro Coachs. It was on time. I and Rahutama dropped Falah at his house, Puspowarno area.

I got up at 04:50, prayed, had lime juice and banana and slept again. Nuri made cassava leaf for our breakfast. At 08:10 I went to the office. There were Oke and Ika. Mr. Zaenal was in Jakarta. At 10:00 I had discussion with Mr. Niam at his room. Mr. Sochis joined the discussion. At 13:00 Mr. Harimawan pleased Mr. Agung, Mr. Niam, Mr. Supri and me to have lunch in Sanglak stand. Coming Home Early

I got up at 05:00, prayed and had lime juice and banana. I walked till Balad store area. It was the second walk in this week. At 08:30 I went to the office. There was only banana and broccoli in my lunchbox. Mr. Zaenal was out. There were only Oke and Ika. At 14:00 I went home because I thought I had to write my report. On the way I refueled the car.

Nuri several times asked me about Rahutama's news. I guessed he was going well because no news from him. This evening I communicated to Rahutama. He was overnight in a company guest house. From his sentences I concluded that he was in a good situation.

Rahutama Going to Jakarta

To get a job, Rahutama went to Jakarta to join an interview session. His friend, Falah, actually had the call but he was welcomed to asked his friend to participate. I dropped them at the Mangkang Bus Station. It was the Semarang Main Terminal. It was big, dark and quiet. Rahutama was scheduled to depart at 20:00.

I got up at 04:00. It was late to have early breakfast. However I proceeded to be fasting. In the office Mr. Zaenal said that this day was still a tasyrik day, a day when fasting is forbidden. So, I broke my fasting. After zuhr time I, Mr. Niam and Mr. Hetomo had lunch at Citra Bundo Resto. I left the office at 16:10.

Anindya Going to Jakarta

At 23:52 Anindya was schedule to go to Jakarta by Argo Anggrek Coachs. I and Rahutama escorted her to the Tawang Station. Bagus had been there.

I got up at 04:50 and prayed. After having lime juice and banana I walked along Banjirkanal riverside. It took about 45 minutes. After having rest for 5 minutes I checked my blood condition. Blood pressure 119/71 on 106 beats per minute. Nuri provided nasi pecel for my breakfast. At 12:00 I went to Plasa Simpanglima to buy a printer catridge, HP60 Black. I also bought refill ink. In the afternoon I printed the SOP using the refill ink.

Small Reunion

I got up at 04:50, prayed and had lime juice and banana. I weighed my body, 54kg. Nuri then measred my blood indicators: 132/79, 58 beat per minute. I made morning walk till Balad aRea. I paid off the Citicard invoice. I wanted to print the SOP but I run out the ink.

At 12:00 I met Mr. Suharyanto and Mr Gany at the Undip Post Graduate Building. They was examining a doctor candidate. I and them shared time in Winnipeg at the beginning of ninetiest. We chatted till 14:00. We met Mr Tudjono, Mr. Suripin, Mr. Joetata, Mr. Iwan and Mr. Rustam.

In the evening I and Nuri accompanied Anindya joining a wedding party at Sriratu Building. We waited for her while shopped.

Eid ul Adha

This morning I joined the Eid ul Adha congregation prayer at Attaqwa Mosque. It was holiday, of course. Anindya came home to settle her prewedding pictures. I was at home after prayer. Bagus and his mother came home but she did not enter the house. She and Nuri discussed something on the frontyard.

In the evening I, Nuri and Anindya went to the Samudera Resto to meet Mr and Mrs Djoni. Nuri and Mrs Djoni continued discussing the party planning. At 23:00 we went home.

Arafah Fasting

It was Tuesday so I was fasting. I got up at 03:10 for having early breakfast. I had lime juice, banana and a glass of milk. I slept again after praying.

At 08:00 I went to the office. There was Mr Zaenal, Oke and Ika. At 10:00 I joined Mr Niam to settle the SOP. Some people underwent Arafah fasting. At 15:20 I left the office. I broke my fasting at 17:40. I went on bed early because I was so exhausted.

Conflict of Conception

I got up at 04:00, had dawn prayer at 04:50 and at 05:30 I walked along the Banjirkanal riverside. My breakfast was lime juice, apple and then nasi gudangan. I left home at 08:30.

At work I continued to debug the SOP. Mr Zaenal asked me to follow his will rather than keep regulation on running the secretariat. At 16:00 I went home. It was hot and humid. I kept myself in the bedroom.

Updating Bankbooks

This day I updated my BCA and Mandiri bankbooks. The two banks were on Jalan Pandanaran. The purpose was to monitor my cashflow because I thought I had run out my cash. Rahutama was with me. After everything ok, I went to the office.

My breakfast was lime juice, banana and after an hour I had rice and fried tempe. I had vegetable and sate ayam in my lunchbox. Nuri welcomed the interior vendor and went out to see the make up vendor. My office started at 10:00. Mr Zaenal, Oke and Ika were in. At 16:00 I went home. I went to sleep early.

Commemoration

When I came home. I realized that the house had been set up for a gathering. It would be a mutual prayer organized by Nuri to commemorate the passing a way of Mbak Yet. It had been 1000 days. Mbak Yet was passing away on 28 January, 2010. At 05:00 the participants came, the all women. They recited Koran verses led by an Islamic scholar.

I got up at 03:00 for having early breakfat. I consumed lime juice, banana, then egg and vegetable. At 09:00 I with Mr Niam continued to debug the SOP. However I could not do it as longer as the workday. After zuhr time I came to my room and told Mr Zaenal for home. It was early going home.

Meeting for Preparation

In the afternoon Bagus called us that his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Djoni, had time to discuss wedding preparation this evening. So, at 20:30 I and Nuri met his parents at the Samudra Resto. Dimas, Zilpa, Uncle Beni were also with them. The served us dinner but we had had it previously so we just took a small amount. While having dinner we discussed the budget. It was about Rp280 million. Mrs. Djoni had many suggestions. We decided to proceed the planning. At 22:30 we dismissed.

I got up late so I missed my dawn prayer. I walked till the Balad area. Nuri was busy to prepare Mbak Yet passing a way commemoration. At about 10:00 Kris, Fitri, Lia, Aning and Damar came home. Nuri, Fitri, Lia and Aning went to the tailor. Lanjutannya...

Joining a Wedding Party

This evening at 19:00 I and Nuri came to Poncowati Ballroom Patrajasa Hotel to join a wedding party. It was managed by Hariyoto to celebrate the marriage of his son, Dimas Bimo Nugroho. He married to Fauzia Chafitsa Anggraini. Hariyoto served the best dinner to the guests. As usual, it became a small reunion, there were Mufid, Suripto, Susatyo, Isya Ardani, Ihyaudin, Eddi Purnomo, Winardi, Nurul, Nuri, Adyati, Retnobroto, Kusumastuti, Nurul, Indahingsih, Srirejeki, and Ninik. We dismissed at about 20:30.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and slept again. Saturday is the day for relaxing. At about 09:00 I wiped and mopped the floor. My breakfast was nasi pecel. At 11:00 I drank skimed milk. It was the first time since several years ago.

Debugging an SOP

At 09:40 I arrived at the office. I, Mr Niam and Oke continued to debug the SOP in all the workday. We agreed that the job discription paragraph would be changed as attachment. We still did not settled the debugging since form examples had not discussed yet.

I got up at 04:00, had dawn prayer at 04:30, walked along the Banjirkanal riverside. I bought cassava at Rp2,5000. Rahutama dropped at the Karangayu bus stop at 08:50. We saw a bus just left it so I had to wait for the next bus. We joined the Friday prayer at Salman al Farisy Mosque. At 15:00 I had ashr prayer. Rahutama picked me up from the bus stop at 16:00. I was at home in the evening.

Plenary Meeting

A plenary meeting was organized again in Pekalongan, Nirwana Hotel. Pemali Comal WRM Coordination Meeting started at 10:00 and concluded at 16:30. Ms Juliana was the chairperson. Mr. Agung joined it to represent the Pemali Juana Management Office. Mr Bena was to represent the Central Java WRM Agency. Mr Niam, Mr Niam, Sochis, etc. were members of the secretariat. As usual Ms Juliana led the meeting in a hot atmosphere. However, at the end she pointed several decisions. I got up at 04:00, had lime juice and banana, prayed and prepared myself for going. At 06:10 I, Mr Zaenal and Mr Hetomo went to Pekalongan to joined a meeting. We stopped by a foodstahl in Baatang to have breakfast. At 08:30 we arrived at Nirwana Hotel, Pekalonga. Graduation

This day there was graduation session in Undip, at the Sudarto building. Rahutama was one of hundreds of graduates. He was from the Departement of Regional and City Planning. As his parent I joined the session. Nuri did not because she was busy to make stuff at home in order. I took a leave. I left home at 12:15 and arrived at he building at 13:10. The traffic was so congested. At 17:00 the graduation concluded and I went home. I lost my ashr prayer. I got up at 05:00, had my first breakfast and at 07:45 went out for walk. Plenary Meeting

This day I joined a plenary meeting again. It was the third Jratunseluna Water Resources Coordination Forum plenary meeting that organized at Pati, Gitrary Perdana Hotel. The meeting started at 10:30 and conluded at 16:30. Ms Juliana chaired the meeting accompanied by Mr Zaenal, the meeting secretary. There were 4 agenda discussed. The meeting run temperedly. I got up at 05:00, prayed and prepared myself for going out of the town. Nuri dropped me at the office at 06:30. At 08:00 we had breakfast at a lentok stand in Kudus. This day I was fasting so I got up at 03:00. The breakfast was standard, it was lime juice, 2 bananas, boiled egg and steamed broccoli. I slept again after praying. At 08:00 I went to the office. I just talked around with Mr Zaenal. At 10:00 I went to the WRM Authority to fixed the letter draft. I just met Mr Djumono and Bena but not Niken. So, I just made some pointing to them. Being at Home

It was Sunday, I got up at 04:45, prayed and prepared myself for walking. I had lime juice and banana for my breakfast. At 07:30 I walked till Balad Store. At home again I continued to put my stuff in order. Nuri washed the clothes.

Putting in Order

I got up at 05:00, prayed and slept again. Nuri made nasi goreng with stinky bean chips for our breakfast. Then, our day was used to put our stuff in order. I packed my diaries and work plans into 2 boxes. I put them on the shelf. At 11:00 I came to Tang Seng store to buy a basin fixture. It was Rp160.000. This morning we organized a rehearsal meeting facing the forum plenary meetings. Unfortunately, there were some key people did not show up. This day I left home at 08:15. I directly went to Nasmoco Service Center to put the car. It had been more than 6 month since the last service. It meaned the car should be serviced again. The clerk served me quickly. She gave me a queue note and not for long I had my turn. After checking the car the mechanic put the car into the workshop. I went to the office to work. I got up at 05:00, it meaned I had no time to have early breakfast. I was still fasting this day. At the office there were Mr Zaenal and Oke. I was just thinking to get inspriration. I arrived at the office at 09:10. I and Mr Niam continued to debug the matrices. We finished at 12:00. After having lunch I came to the other office I left for several days.

Joining a Meeting

At 09:00 I joined a meeting at my former office. It was a meeting to discussed the transfer of water resources management mandat of Pemali Comal from the central to the provincial governments. Mr Djumono chaired the meeting. Mr Zaenal, Mr Niam, Mr Suroto, Mr Bena, Ms Niken, Mr Supriyanto, Mr Barkah and Mr Agung were the participants. The meeting concluded that it had to be more direction should the central governmet issue. I got up at 05:00, prayed and walked through Jalan Puspanjolo, Jalan Sudirman, Jalan Puspawarno Barat dan Jalan Pamularsih. I had rice and sprout stir fry for my breakfast. Being at Home

This day I got up at 05:10, prayed and walked along Banjirkanal riverside. I met Mr. Harsono there. Nuri provided nasi goreng for our breakfast. I finished the SOP at draft status.

Nuri went out for shopping while I in work. Rahutama was at home all day long. It was showering in the evening, a heavy one. The temperature was down and wind was blowing. I thougth it was a nice evening

Fixing Closet Basin

This day I and Nuri try to fixed the downstair closet basin. We came to a store at Pekojan to by a sanitary fixture. There were many kinds of them but our old one had been discontinued. We took a kind we believed compatible to the basin. We failed. We had to by another fixture.

It was Saturday a day for being more relaxed. I got up at 01:00 and try to sleep again. At 05:00 I prayed. Nuri prepared lime juice for my first intake, then she bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. Yuti came to help Nuri.

Continuing Fixing

I got up at 02:00, wrote a worksheet, prayed and slept again. Nuri bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. Rahutama was still in Jogya. At 08:20 I went to the OM office. It was intended because I would join Mr Niam at the office at 09:00, the time when his office started to wake.

I joined him to continue fixing the worksheets. They were Jratunseluna and Pemali Comal joined plan worksheets. After zuhr time I joined the Friday Prayer at Salman al Farisyi mosque. Then, I had my lunch at the office canteen. It's taste was ok. At 15:00 I left the office.

Joining a Wedding Party

This day at 10:00 I joined a wedding at Ngesrep Timur. Sonhaji organized the party to celebrate the marriage of his daughter, Tri Maryani (Bachelor of Education) to Adnan Hidayat (Indonesian Army Second Sergeant). So, I cancelled my fasting to welcome his banquet. I met Riyanto and Puji.

I got up at 03:00, had breakfast, prayed and slept again. At 08:00 accompanied by Nuri I came to the district police office to renew my driving lisence. It just 10 minutes for the police officer to issued my new one. It costed Rp120.000. Salut for the police office.

I then went to the OM office to join Mr Niam fixing a worksheet. I was there till 16:00 with a short going to Sonhaji's house. It was showering in the evening. The temperature was fair

Postponing a Plan

I got up at 05:00, prayed, had lime juice and walked to a point near Balad store. Yu Ti came home to help Nuri. At 08:30 Rahutama accompanied me to the bus stop.

I arrived at the office at 09:30. I intended to came late to join Mr Niam settling a matter. It was a matter a fact, he had another thing to do. So, we postponed it. I then went directly to my office and continued to settled the SOP.

I went home at 16:00 after the office time. Nuri picked me up at the Karangayu bus stop. The days had been so hot recently. We had been always turning on the AC in the afternoon.

Anindya Going to Jakarta

Because her leave was over Anindya this afternoon went to Jakarta by Argo Muria Coachs. I and Rahutama were with her to the Tawang Station. It seemed that the passangers were not many because it was not a holiday.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and prepared myself for the office. My breakfast was lime juice and banana. Nuri prepared chicken in black soy souce, boiled egg and steamed broccoli for my lunchbox. At 08:00 Anindya dropped me at the Provincial Water Resources Management Agency where I joined Mr Zaenal and Mr Niam to see Mr Djumono. We were discussing 2 reporting letters prepared for the Minister of Public Works. At 10:00 we left the office for the OM Division Office. We joined a meeting to evaluate the recent and to prepared the coming pleno meetings. At 14:00 I left the office for home.

Dinner Out

This evening I and Nuri had dinner out again, at a Soto Pak Man stand, on Jalan Pamularsih. The soto was ok. The stand was about out of duty. We just spent Rp22.500.

I got up at 03:59, so in a hurry I had my early breakfast. I had lime juice and banana. At 08:00 Rahutama dropped me at the bus stop. I arrived at the office at 08:50. The day was so hot. I felt terrible in work. After zuhr time I, Mr Niam and Mr Zaenal involved in a discussion. Then Sochis and Dwi came to joined. At 16:00 I left the office. Blackout

It was a blackout again. It started 20:51 and ended 21:42. As usual Nuri sent the complain to the customer service.

Joining an Oral Presentation

This morning at 09:00 I joined the Opened Senate Meeting at the Diponegoro University Post Graduate Building to witness Pranoto's oral presentation for his doctor degree. His thesis was The Influence of Water Elevation on Sediment Flushing. His promotors were Professor Djoko Legono and Professor Suripin. Pranoto had to defend his thesis in front of the examining committee that consisted of Dr Iwan Kridasentausa Hadihardaja, Dr Isdiyana, Dr Ari Setiadi, Dr Robert J. Kodoatie, Professor Sunarso, Professor Anies, Dr Suharyanto. Pranoto succeded to achieved his doctor degree with the predicate of very satisfactory. The chair, Dr Sunarso concluded this meeting at 12:00. Thsi morning I got up at 05:00, prayed and laid on bed again. At 07:00 Anindya arrived at home She used Argo Bromo Anggrek Coachs to achieved Semarang. As usual she dan Bagus had breakfast before going home. Blackout Again

This evening PLN awarded us a blackout again. It was annoying but we could not do anything significantly. Nuri put her complaint to the customer section, by phone. The blackout lasted 33 minutes, from 20:58 to 21:31.

This morning I got up at 05:00, prayed and walked till Balad store. I had lime juice, banana and papaya for my breakfast. I left the house at 07:30. I traced Jalan Kaligarang, Jalan Supeno, Jalan Tentara Pelajar and Jalan Gajah. There was a ceremony on Simpanglima so I had to avoid jalan Pandanaran and Jalan Ahmad Yani.

My activity at the office was as usual. I continued to write the SOP. I joined the Friday Prayer at Salman al Farisyi mosque. I left the office at 14:35. In the evening I and Nuri had dinner at the Wong Solo Resto.

Visiting Jatibarang Dam

This was my fasting day. I got up at 03:59. I had 8 minutes to make and have lime juice. I ended with 2 bananas. I slept again. Nuri dropped me at the Karangayu bus stop. There was a traffic jam. I arrived at the office at 08:55.

After zuhr time I, Mr Zaenal and Mr Razianto went to the Jatibarang Dam construction site. There was first laying of core clay. Mr Isprasetya did it. Snack was served but I did not take it. At 16:20 I was home.

Severe Traffic Jam

This day I was as usual. I got up, prayed and had breakfast. My breakfast was lime juice, banana and papaya. I left home for the office early, 07:40. The traffic was thick but then soluted after reaching Simpanglima. I stopped by BNI Gayamsari to register internet banking. I arrived at the office at 08:25.

The office was going as usual. Oke permitted to leave after zuhr time because his grandpa was seriously sick. I left the office at 16:00. The traffic was still thick.

When I walked through Jalam Basudewo I found that it was severe traffic jam at the intersection of Jalan Basudewo and jalan Suyudono. In the evening I and Nuri went to a nasi pecel stand on Jalan Anjasmoro to have dinner.

Still Unpaid

This day I woke up little bit late so I lost my prayer. I had lime juice and banana for my breakfast. I brought steamed broccoli dan boiled egg for my lunch. I went to the office at 07:45 so I arrived there at 08:30.

In the office I work as usual. I verify the minutes of meeting of the last Jratunseluna plenary meeting and wrote 2012 annual plan for Pemali Comal coordination team. We were complete in 4. However, Mr Zaenal was away before zuhr to join a meeting. I checked my bank account telling that my July and August allowances were not realized yet. At 16:00 I left the office for home. I stopped by Mr Clean loundry to put bed cover, etc. The house was still massy because Mr Rozi's crews were still in work. I, Nuri and Rahutama used Anindya's room for the second night.

Bookstore

When I almost had nothing to do I went to Gramedia Bookstore, Pandanaran. I needed several folder to organized my papers. Nuri also wanted me to buy spidols. She needed to organize the boxes. I went home at about 13:00.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and laid on bed again. Nuri made nasi goreng for our breakfast. I wiped and mopped the floor. However, Yu Ti then came to help me finishing it. Lunch Out

I prayed at 05:10 and walked till Balad store. My breakfast was lime juice, banana and fish & broccoli. They were consumed in order intermittenly. At 08:05 I went to the office.

Blackout

At 19:40 the electric power was off, we experience blackout. The houses in front of our were still on. At 21:55 the power was on again. The blackout was the third time we found in this month. It seemed that the PLN was declining in performance.

This day there was a plenary meeting again. It was Jratunseluna Coordination Team meeting that was managed at the Hotel Plaza. I joined it as an advisor. The meeting beginned at 10:30 and ended at 16:10. I though the organizing was better than those before.

Repainting the House

This day was the first day our house was repainted. Mr Rozi's workers (4 people) came to repolish the wood stuff. In the morning we removed many boxes in to the storage. Nuri was busy to buy the materials.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and had lime juice. I walked along the both sides of Banjirkanal Barat from Kaligarang to Banjirkanal Bridges. The walk strip was going to finish. I then continued my breakfast with a banana then steamed marrow and fish.

At 08:00 Nuri dropped me at the Karangayu bus stop. I arrived at the OM Division Office at 09:00. At 10:00 I joined a meeting to check our preparation for WRC Coordination plenary meeting. At 12:00 I came to the IPHI Building to join a wedding party. It was organized by Mr Mochamad Soleh to celebrate the marriage of his third daughter, Immas Maulina Mukti. She married to Agus Jati Nugroho. Many people also join greeting the bride and groom. I met Mr Lukito, Mr Nidhom and Mr Rahman Wahyu. I was there just a while because Rahutama waited for me outside. Rahutama was the driver for me.

This evening Pak No reminded me that there would be a monthly gathering. So, I went to his house where the gathering took place. Mr Sudiono, Mr Sumar, Mr Djarwono, etc joined it. Bawazier draw the pot.

I got up at 04:50, prayed and slept again. Nuri prepared hot oncom for our breakfast. Then, I and Rahutama fixed the shelf on the basement. We found a difficulty to draw a bolt. Before zuhr time I went to Mr Subekti's house to joined an Eid ul Fitr gathering. It was the gathering for Water Agency retired people. I got up at 05:30 and prayed. It was a nice morning because it was little bit chilly. Nuri prepared lime juice for my first intake. Then, I had a banana. Nuri dropped me at Karangayu bus stop.

Cancelling Fasting

At 12:00 I was at Koenokoeni Resto to join Hariyoto. Juli. Retnobroto, Adyati and Kusumastuti. We were together to have an Eid ul Fitr gathering and, of course, we have lunch together. We talked about everything. I cancelled my fasting. I had nasi goreng Koenokoeni for my lunch.

I got up at 03:00 to have my early breakfast. First, I consumed lime juice, then after for a while I had a banana and the end I had boiled marrow and egg. I went to the office at 08:10. In the evening we welcomed Mr Rozi and 2 followers. They were house fixers. We talked about repainting the house. At last we agreed with their offer Rp12.500.000.

This morning I got up, prayed then slept again. I left home at 08:05. I continued to estimate annual expenditure to run the coordination team. I left the office at 16:05. In the evening I was so sleepy so I was on bed early.

Being Exhausted

I got up for praying then slept again. I got up for the second time at 07:15. I had lime juice, banana and scrambled egg. I went to the oFfice at 08:00.

I was sleepy when in work. I was exhausted after having 2 days trip to Jakarta and Guci Tegal. However I still continued the report. At 16:00 I went home.

In the evening I and Nuri went to the Paragon mall for window shopping. We had dinner at Robuchon foodcourt.

Plenary Meeting

I got up at 05:40, it just the time for dawn prayer. I. Mr Zaenal and Mr Niam were relaxed chatting in the living room. We had lontong opor At 09:00 we went to the meeting room at Villa Mega Indah. I joined the plenary meeting at 10:00. It was the plenary meeting of Pemali Comal Coordination Team. Mr Djumono joined the meeting too as a delegate.

The meeting was so hot. Ms Juliana led the meeting. At 16:00 the meeting was over and we dismissed. I, Mr Niam and Mr Zaenal were in a car going to Semarang. Our route was Moga, Randudongkal, Pemalang and Semarang. We had dinner at Sariraos Resto in Pemalang. At about 10:00 I arrived at home.

ITB75 Alumni Gathering

This day I went to Jakarta to joined ITB Class 75 Alumni Gathering. The gathering was organized at Aryaduta Hotel. To get there, Rahutama dropped me Ahmad Yani Airport in the morning. At the Terminal Building I met Bagus's relatives that would go back to Jakarta. We shared the AirAsia flight number QZ7569. The AirAsia took off 07:30 and landed 08:10. I had the second breakfast at  Bakmi Gajah Mada. I chose the plain noodle. By a Damri bus that departed at 09:20 I went to Gambir Station. From that place I walked to Hotel Aryaduta. Before 11:00 I joined the gathering.

The gathering was attended by about 300 alumni. We shared lot of joy. The organizer provided good food for the lunch. At 14:00 I left the gathering for Pasar Senin Railway Station to get the Bangunkarta Coachs. Pasar Senin was a neat station, I liked that. The Bangunkarta Coachs were also neat and clean wagons. I was amazed by the condition. PT KAI the train operator company was ok.

At 19:30 I got off at Tegal Station. I waited for Mr. Zaenal and Mr. Niam. They arrived at 20:30 then we went to Guci for overnight. On the way we had dinner at Bu Tomo Sate resto, Lebaksiu. At about 23:00 we arrived at a lodge in Guci where we would be overnight.

Joining a Wedding Party

This evening I, Nuri and Rahutama came to the Patrajasa Hotel Grand Rama Ballroom to joined a wedding party. Mr Djoni Djohan managed the party to celebrate the marriage of his son, Dimas Sukandar, to Zilpa Widyastuti. I only recognized 2 guests. They were Widijatno and Agung Suseno.

Usual Day

I got up at 05:00, prayed and walked through Jalan Pamularsih, Kaligarang Bridge, Jalan Basudewa, Banjirkanal Bridge and Jalan Bojongsalaman. It seemed that it would be showering. I had bokchoy and fried egg for my breakfast. Nuri dropped me at the Pandanaran bus stop. At 09:00 I arrived at the office.

I filled my morning with scanning my old pictures. I joined the Friday Prayer at Salman al Farisyi Mosque. After praying I, Oke and Ika came to the OM Office to join a meeting. I got up at 04:00, so in a hurry I had my early breakfast. I consumed lime juice, banana and then boiled egg and broccoli. At 04:30 I had my dawn prayer. At 07:50 Nuri dropped me at the bus stop. At 08:30 I arrived at the office.

Mbak Poppy Coming

In the beginning of evening I, Nuri and Rahutama came to the Tawang Station to pick Mbak Poppy up. She came to Semarang by Rajawali Coachs. It was on time (arriving at 18:23) so we then left the station soon. Nuri, Mbak Poppy and Rahutama had their dinner at Istana Mi, Depok. I did not because I wanted to have it at home.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and walked till Balad store area. My breakfast was lime juice, and banana. At 08:00 I and Nuri went to my old office to joined an Eid ul Fitr gathering. Surveying Printer

Although we had a printer we considered to have another one that had scanning function. So, this evening I and Rahutama went to Matahari Simpanglima fifth floor to survey a printer. We found 3 brands: HP, Epson and Canon. HP was Rp800.000, its catridge was cheap. Epson was Rp1.600.000, its ink could be refilled. Canon was Rp640.000, its ink was more expensive but it could also be refilled. We just surveyed so we went back to make judgement.

I got up at 05:30, prayed and prepared myself to go. At 07:45 Nuri dropped me at the Karangayu bus stop. I arrived at the OM Office at 08:40. I assisted the working group meeting till 15:00. Mr Zaenal, Mr Hetomo and Mr Niam were there.

Joining a Meeting

I got up at 03:00, had lime juice, papaya then egg and steamed broccoli. I went to the office at 07:45 and I arrived at 08:15.

Nuri bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. Then, my day was filled with making the basement tidy. Yuti, Bu Kus, Pak Kus, Nuri and Rahutama were with me. We installed the shelf so we had 3 shelves erected. After zuhr time our work was over. About 3 hours the electric power were down. After I had showering I went to the loundry stand. This evening the power was down again. It started at 21:11 and ended at 22:38. The blackout was annoying us. I stopped my work.

Usual Day

I got up at 05:00, prayed and walked along the Banjirkanal riverside. My body weight was 64kg. Nuri served bokchoy stir fry and fried tempe. At 08:05 I went to the office.

I continued to write the report. I joined the Friday Prayer at Salman al Farisyi Mosque. At 14:30 I left the office. I met Sokis and Budi at the OP office. In the evening the PLN power shut down about 2hours.

Fasting

This day I was fasting again. It was a voluntary fasting. I got up at 03:00, having lime juice, then apple and finally boiled egg and eggplant stir fry.

By bus I went to the office. I arrived at 08:45. We planned to discussed a meeting matter but we cancelled it because Mr Zaenal then went out. At 16:00 I left the office. I was standing all time in the bus. Nuri picked me up.

At 19:00 I and Nuri had dinner at a Dul Numani stand. I ordered a portion of watery noodle while Nuri ordered a portion of fried noodle. It was Rp10,000 per portion.

Rahutama Giving Oral Presentation

On his thesis defense Rahutama this afternoon gave his oral presentation to the examination committee. This morning he preparared himself and I just said good luck to him. At about 14:30 he told me his success. I paid my greeting to him.

This morning I got up at 04:45 but I prayed at 05:15. I was so relaxed this afternoon. I had papaya for my breakfast. At 07:45 I went to the office. I joined a meeting chaired by Mr Zaenal to prepared a plenary meeting. The meeting concluded at 16:00.

Eid ul Fitr Gathering

This morning I joined the Eid ul Fitr Gathering organizes by the Pemali Juana Management Office. On this gathering Mr Isprasetya gave his speech paying his greeting to the employees and at the same time he asked for forgiveness. The gathering was then closed with an early lunch. Mr Suhartono, Mr Purwadi, Mr Bambang Sulaks and other individual consultants also joined this event.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and walked till Jalan Puspawarno Barat. I went to the office at 08:10. I worked only a half day because there was a gathering. In the evening I, Nuri and Rahutama came to a soto stand on Jalan Indraprasta having dinner.

Fasting

I was fasting today to pay off the fasting I cancelled last Ramadan. For the early breakfast I consumed mango then I ate boiled egg and bokchoy stir fry. I slept again after having breakfast.

I went to the office at 08:10. It was the first weekday after Ramadan. Mr Zainal was in. I joined the zuhr and ashr prayers at the office. I tried to continued my report. At 16:00 I left the office.

Food Combining

I got up at 04:45, prayed and prepared myself for walk. I consumed lime juice and walk on just around home for 30 minutes. I had a mango for my breakfast. At 10:00 I had second breakfast, rice and tempe hot soup.

At 09:00 Anindya told us that she was just going for boarding. It was her first assignement abroad. She would went to Hongkong by Garuda. With her were 4 of her friends. I got her was excited. At 15:30 she told us that she had just landed at Hongkong.

At 11:30 I and Nuri went to ACE Hardware to buy selves. We got a shelf for Rp799.000 and another shelf for Rp599.000. They were at discounted rates. In the afternoon, Kris, Fitri, Lia, Aning and Damar came home just for courtesy visit.

This day I tried to practice food combining. For the lunch, I consumed steamed broccoli and calamar stir fry.

Neighbourhood Gathering

It was the first gathering concerning Eid ul Fitr. It was compacted with the monthly neighbourhood gathering. It was managed in the evening at Mr Sudiono's house. Mr Ali Mustawa gave speech about the meaning of Eid ul Fitri. Mr Sudiono served us with lontong opor.

This afternoon Fitri and Aning came home to take their stuff. Then, not for along time Peni left home for Jakarta. She used Argo Muria that was scheduled to depart at 16:00. Rahutama dropped her there. Finally, Dik Yu, Ratna n Ninok came for a courtesy visit. Ratna was with her stick to help her standing and moving. Before maghrib, I mopped the floor.

Back to Semarang

At 14:00 I, Nuri and Peni left the house for Semarang. There were many places we stopped by. We came to Lezat Store to buy snacks. Some items had been run out but we got what we wanted. Then, we stopped by Tahu Pojok but the food was run out so we came to the other stand and we got it. When we passed through Ambarawa Ringroad we stopped by Kampoeng Rawa. The last stop was at Klepu Subdistrict Office to pray. After maghrib time we continue our trip. At 19:00 we arrived at home. Rahutama came home at about 20:30.

I got up at 05:15, prayed and socialized with others. We had nasi goreng for breakfast. At 12:00 I joined Friday Prayer at As Shofi. Lik Mus was the preacher. After lunch we dismissed.

Going to Salaman

I got up at 04:45, prayed and prepared myself to go to Salaman. A small cup of soup was my breakfast. At 06:45 I and Nuri left home for Salaman. We had our true breakfast at Banaran Cafe. At about 10:00 we arrived at the house. Lik War and Lik Santo were there.

At about 19:00 Priyono, Amir, Ammar, Faris and ALY came from Gunungkidul, then at 20:00 Mahardi, Erna, Teta, Firda, Fitri, Aning, Damar and Aulia. Finally, Hakim, Asri, Peni, ARGI and Zaky. This evening the house was crowded.

Anindya Going to Jakarta

The holiday was over so it was the time to be on work again. This day Anindya went to Jakarta because tomorrowo would her workday. Some of her colleagues were still on their leave but she had to be early in the office because she had been scheduled to go on service to Hongkong. I and Rahutama were with her to the station. With Argo Bromo Coachs she left Semarang at 23:52.

This day the opor was still served. Yuti came home to help Nuri. I, Nuri, Anindya and Rahutama were at home almost all day long. In the afternoon Mr. and Ms. Bena paid their courtesy visit.

Being at Home

It was the day 3 of Shawwal. Nuri served nasi goreng for our breakfast. As usual I closed my nasi goreng session with a cup of coffee. It was a good combination I thought.


About the beginning of the afternoon Mahardi, Erna, Delfta, Firda and Faris came home to paid their courtesy visit. They were on their way to Salaman.

Anindya Coming Home

This evening Anindya came home from Surabaya. Bagus and Zilpa were with her. They used Wing Air to land to Ahmad Yani Airport. Since that time our family was complete.

This morning I consumed lime juice. It was good because I defecated twice. I felt better than usual. We had rice and bamboo shoot curry for our breakfast.

Eid ul Fitr

It was Eid ul Fitr, the first day of Shawal 1433H, we, the Islam believers celebrated the end of fasting season. The celebration usually is conducted by joining the Eid Prayer, sharing greetings and shakehands and eating special food. The special food for Javanese is opor ayam (a javanese styled chicken curry), kupat or lontong (boiled rice in wrapped by coconut or banana leaf). In my home, Nuri added them with bambu shoot hot curry and tempe hot curry.

I got up at 05:00 and prepared myself to pray. At 06:30 I and Nuri joined the Eid Praying at Attaqwa Mosque. When we was at home again, Mbak Tin's family, Mr and Ms Sumar, Mr and Ms Djarwono, Mr and Ms Kuswari, Puji, Ambar and husband came by to pay their greeting to us. The Last Day

It was the day thirdtieth, so it was the last day of Ramadan. We had the last early breakfast together. We were still at home all day long. The day was so hot so we had much sleep.

In the afternoon I wiped the floor and showered the yard. Dik Yu and Ninok came by to get a piece of fabric. Rahutama picked chicken opor (Javanese curry), bamboo shoot hot curry and hot spicy potatoes from Yuti Brumbungan. Puji came to deliver tempe hot curry. Nuri picked kupat and lontong from Makke. We had varieties of food when we broke our fasting. I received from and responded idul fitri greetings to my colleagues and friends. It was coloured day.

Independence Day

It was the seventeenth of August, the Indonesian Independence Day. The government officers organized a ceremony to commemorate it. I was at home to see them on the television screen. I had retired however I sometime missed to join.

It was the day twenty ninth. We had food from Bu Kus for our early breakfast. At 11:00 I and Nuri visited Ms Safiatun, Nuryanto's mother at Elizabeth Hospital Angela Room #318. Last Weekday on Ramadan

This was the last day in Ramadan I went to the office. Tomorrow it would be the first day of a long holiday. I went to the office at 07:45 and I arrived there at 08:20. There were still few people. Mr Zaenal and the other came later. We were dismissed at 13:00 after having zuhr prayer.

It was the day twenty eighth. We still had early breakfast together. In the afternoon I cut my hair at the Cak Rus Barbershop. In the evening I joined the taraweeh prayer at Attaqwa Mosque. I and Nuri went the BNI and BPD ATMs to get money. I got an SMS from Nuryanto that his mother was hospitalized at Elizabet Hospital. Diverted Traffic Flow

Today was the birthday of the Central Java Province. The associated government celebrated it on Simpanglima Public Ground. The access to the place was blocked and the traffic was diverted to adjacent street. The bus I rode to the office traced Jalan Panjaitan to Jalan Cipto. The traffic was flowing. Adversely, when I went home in the afternoon the traffic was congested. It took 50 minutes to reach Karangayu bus stop.

We arrived at the day twenty sixth. We maintained to have early breakfast. I left the house at 08:15. I missed the bus because the bus did not stop at the bus stop. I used another bus and arrived at the office at 09:15.

Anindya was only a night in Semarang. She went to Jakarta this afternoon at 18:30 by Lion Air. Bagus was with her till Ahmad Yani Airport of Semarang. At 19:37 she reported that she just landed at the Soekarno Hatta Airport.

This morning we were in 4 having early breakfast. Anindya then told us that she was still cancelled the fasting. I slept again till 07:30. At 09:10 a Lion Air plane touched down at the Ahmad Yani airport. Anindya was on board. I and Nuri picked her up. We met Mr and Ms Bharoto. They were picking up her daughter, too. She was on a Sriwijaya Air plane that had touched down 10 minutes ahead. I, Nuri and Anindya then came to several places. First, we came to a Nissan Showroom at Anjasmoro area to take Anindya's car BPKB. Second, we came to a boutique at Sampangan Area to see wedding uniforms. Third, we were at Alwin Tailor at Randusari area to discuss wedding uniform with the tailor. There was a nice mosque where I joined the zuhr prayer. The last, we got into the DP Mall area where I updated my BNI bankbook. Then, we were home. The day was so hot and the traffic was congested. It was nice to be out of home.

First Month Salary

After joining Friday Prayer at Salman al Farisyi Mosque I check my BNI account. There was an addition sum of Rp4.387.500 this day. I thought it was my first month salary as an individual consultant. It made me relieved.

It was the day twenty second and we still together in having breakfast. I left home at 08:00 and arrived at the office at 08:35. I found that I had to join Mr Zaenal and Mr Niam at the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Office, Kalibanteng. We had words to see the chief. So, I still in the office to complete my report. I left the office at 16:00. I broke the fasting at 17:43.

Hardway Home

It was more than 30 minutes to wait the bus. It was full went I had my turn. So I had to stand all the time. The traffic was so congested caused me almost 1 hour standing in the bus. When I got off the bus I did not see Nuri standing by to pick me so I walked. It was 17:20 when I arrived at home. Rahutama told me that Nuri was out to pick me up.

It was the day twenty first of Ramadan and we maintained to have early breakfast together. Nuri dropped me at the Karangayu bus stop leading to Pedurungan. It was 08:45 when I came to the OP office to wait Mr Niam. After discussing with him I went to the office. I continued to write my report.

Birthday

It was my birthday today. I arrived at the year 57. It was old enough. At 01:00 Rahutama woke me up just to say his greeting. In the morning many friends colleagues and relatives paid the greeting through ВВМ Group, Facebook, SMS and cellular phone. It spent a lot time to respond the greetings. However, I was pleased and grateful.

The day twentieth started at 03:10 when we got up to have early breakfast. At 08:00 I left home to the office by car. Mr Zaenal was absent. I finished the office at 15:00. We broke the fasting at 17:44. I and Nuri had dinner at the Karuna, a vegetarian resto.

Continuing Writing the Report

This was the day nineteenth. We still kept our early breakfast together. We were getting used to get up early and had our breakfast. However, I did not feel good when I woke up secondly. I always kept to eat small amount of food to get the body feeling better. I left home for the office at 08:10 and by car I arrived at the office at 08:45.

In the office I continued to write the report. I felt that my report was so short. The matters was so limited since there was no report from the previous secretariat team.

On the backyard of the office it was full of tent. Someone told me that it would be a breaking fasting gathering this afternoon. By a Trans Semarang bus I went to the office. It was little bit full so I did not get a seat till Bulu area.

In the office I worked as usual. I continued to write my report. Mr Zaenal was in. He joined a meeting for a while.

At 15:30 I went back home. Nuri picked me up at a point close to the bus stop. We went to Warungsenggol to buy vegetables for dinner.

Crowded Supermarkets

This day I and Nuri shoped to 2 different supermarket. The first was Carrefour DP Mall. We went there before zuhr time. Nuri just wanted to platic cans at a discount rate. The second was Giant Karangayu. We went there after maghrib time. We just want to buy spices. The two supermarkets were so crowded. For many people Ramadan month is time to shop excessively.

It was the day seventeenth. We were still together in having breakfast. After dawn prayer I surfed in the internet till 07:00 before I slept again.

Monthly Shopping

Before zuhr time I and Nuri went to Ada Supermarket, Bulu to shop monthly stuff. The market was crowded. However, we was still moving freely. It is a middle - low income people supermarket so many peole come at the beginning of a month. I bought a packed of agar chocolate, a pack of agar, a 0.5kg pack of Tunisian date and a unit of electric cord. Nuri bought many items. At 13:00 we were home.

It was the day sixteenth, we were still together in having early breakfast. At about 06:00 Yu Ti came to help Nuri mopping and ironing. She finished her job at 10:00 and left the house. In the evening Rahutama went out for a while.
