The day was as usual. Nuri went to Anindya's house accompanying the children, Anjar and Rahutama joined their apprenticeships. I went asleep.

At about dhuhur time I and Nuri went to Bank Mandiri Pamularsih to print our bank books.

In the afternoon I made cabbage dish using a Salaman recipe. Meanwhile Rahutama accompanied Anjar going to Colombia Hospital to check her eyes. Her eyes was red for several days.

Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Yellow 7 Wednesday 7 (Rabu Pon 14). The day was as usual, Nuri went to Anindya's house, Rahutama and Anjar were at home joining their appreticeship virtually. I continued sleeping after paying the dawn prayer.

At 08:50 Pak Yus came to fix the air conditioner (AC). The AC in the front sleeping room was leaked. About an hour later the AC was fixed. He told that the screen was clogged causing freezing in the piping. After that we asked him to fix electrical outlet in the storage room and to fix washing machine dial. We spent Rp300.000.

In the afternoon Rahutama and Anjar went to Bunda Maternity Hospital to see a gynecologist. They would check her pregnancy. Rahutama reported that he expected a baby boy.

Looking For Paving Blocks

It is Tuesday. The Red-9 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pahing 12). At 5:48 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I on come and go mode. I reached 6,66km in 1:17:39hours or pace 11'39". The average heart rate was 108, the average cadence was 138, and the fat burning was 584.

The day was going usually. Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompany the children joining their classes virtually. Rahutama and Anjar were also joining their appreticeships virtually. I got asleep for a while. At 09:30 I went to Anindya's house just to see the children having classes.

At 11:30 I went out to look for paving blocks vendors. I stopped by at Megah Jaya shop to buy a 5m small transparant hose. I would use it to make a level. Then, I went to Waringin Putih on Jalan Bendo Banyumanik. I did not found the vendor place. Finally, I went to Yasmin on Jalan Medoho. I did not find the place neither. So I went back home.

In the evening I, Rahutama, and Anjar went around to see the town situation. We went passing through Unnes in Sekaran and BSD area. Along the way we had social chat.

Joining A Wedding Party.

It is Saturday. The Black-4 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Wage 13). At 06:31 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,67km in 1:19:17hours or pace 11'52". The average heart rate was 110, the average cadence was 135, and the fat burning was 614.

After having a break for a while I washed my clothes. They were dried in the afternoon.

At 12:00 I and Nuri, accompanied by Rahutama, went to BPD Jateng STIE Building on Jalan Sukarno Hatta number 88 to join a wedding party. Bena Hartadi celebrated the marriage of his second son, Harendeux Surapamora. He married to Faradila Elena Putri. The party was performing Covid-19 health protoco, it meaned we had to wear a mask each, check the body temperature, keep away from others, and wipe the palms with hand sanitizer. The density of the room was also controlled to low so we did not meet my colleagues. After having a drink we left the venue. Rahutama was waiting for us at Superindo Supermarket so we went there.

At 16:00 Nuri, Rahutama, and Anjar went to Pekojan to shop a multiple function blender. Today was Anjar's birthday and Nuri wanted to award her a multifunction blender. During their absence I wiped and mopped part of the floor.

At 19:30 we had dinner in Gama Resto in Bangkong area. It was to celebrate the birthday of Anjar. It was heavy raining when we arrived there but the customers were still crowded. We ordered fried carb, roasted grouper, fried squid, steamed sweet petata leafs, and hot chilli peppered young mango.

Dining In A Hotpot Resto

In the evening I and Rahutama tried the taste of Dragon Hotpot Resto's hotpot. The resto was a new established one. It was written on the wall that the resto was a chain of well known hotpot resto in Sydney, Australia. I found the taste was fair but not spectacular. It was written also on the wall that no lard and no pork but I still worried about the halal-ness of the dish. At the end, the food price was expensive.

Joining A Virtual Meeting

At 16:10 I joined a virtual meeting organized by Wahyudi Mudratur. It was verifying the documents for applying technical recommendation. The other participants were Lilik Sugijono, Sutarto Edhisono, Satriya Zhyllullah, Jonathan Gultom, Roland, and Abda Rizka. The meeting decided to submit the documents by adding one more documents, groynes for a temporary drop structure. The meeting was continued after maghrib time but the participants were the consultant people. They were me, Wahyudi, Lilik, Edhisono, and Deri. We discussed the design of groynes drop structure.

At 19:30 I, Rahutama, and Anjar were going around to see the town situation. We found that the business was going to recover. Cafes and restaurants were mostly crowded of the customers.

At 11:15 I went to Anindya's house to see the children. Usually Nuri has been home after being there but this day she was still there to accompany Aishalina mending her necklace. Aishalina and Dastan had had their classes and they were free. They seemed very happy.

Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Black-4 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Wage 11). Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompany the children having their class virtually. A half hour after being there Nuri called me for going there. The tap kran of the kitchen sink was leaked. I saw it and I found it was defect.

Before dhuhur time I ironed all of the clothes I had washed on Sunday.

Paying Condolence

After delivering our condolence we talked about our experience. After dhuhur time we left the house.

We went to Ada Supermarket, Banyumanik. Nuri shopped some items. I was just window shopping. We arrived home at 13:30.

Dining Out

It is Sunday. The Sweet-5 Sunday-5 (Ahad Legi 10). In the morning I washed my clothes. One of he washing machine dials were broken so I used a pliers instead. It was a dial to open washing chamber outlet. Finally, I succeeded using the machine. The work was done. However, the day was not promising so they dried all in the afternoon.

This day Rahutama distributed lunch boxes to the neighbors to express his gratitude of Anjar's pregnancy. The pregnancy was 4 months old. Anjar and Rahutama order the boxes from Kampung Nasi Catering.

In the afternoon I wanted to walk but it was showering before I reached 100m. I went back home. I then changed my time allocation to gardening.

This evening Zaenal told me that the Xiaomi Band-5 has been arriving. He then charged it fully. He reported that the gadget was doing well.

In the evening I, Nuri, Rahutama, and Anjar joined a dinner managed by Anindya and Bagus at Anoem Resto. We went there in 6 by adding Dastan and Aishalina. Anoem Resto is a new established resto. The dishes were adequate taste but the environment was quite cozy.

After dhuhur time I accompanied Rahutama and Anjar going to Demak. We did not expect to find a traffic jam. We took rural small roads around Demak. At 15:10 we arrived at the destination, Pink eating shop. The main dish was manyung fish mangut curry. I had it for our late lunch. We enjoyed the dishes. We allowed to be in for only maximum 20 minutes. After finished our lunch we went back home. We faced the traffic jam again so we took rural small roads again. At 17:10 we arrived at home. It was raining.

At 19:45 I joined Abdul Hadi (mute), Adri Supardi, Asiwardi Gandhi, Cendy Prapto, Dwi Kartika Rinie, Hadi Wibowo, Hariarti Budi Lestari, Kumarabakti Hera Pratiwi (mute), Unandari, Widarto (skip), Widati, Widajanto (mute), Wijaya Seta, and Yodati. Gandhi delivered a presentation about investment for coping with retirement. It was interesting.

Amid the meeting Anita Indriyani, Nanang Noerhadianto and his kids came to visit us. They had came to Semarang for several days to join their relative celebration. They would be coming back to Bondowoso tomorrow. I said hallo to them then joined the meeting again.

It is Friday. The Black Friday (Jumat Wage 10). In the morning Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompany the children having their classes. I was at home wiped and mopped the floor partly. Rahutama and Anjar joining their class for their apprenticeships.

At 15:44 I walked along Jalan Pamularsih, Puspowarno Tengah, Sudirman, Anjasmoro. At Bu Lin Kiosk I stopped by for having nasi mangut. Then, I continued walking tracing Jalan Damarwulan II, Sawojajar II, Madukoro, Sugijapranata, HOS Tjokroaminoto, Barusari II, Suyudono, Bulustalan, Puspanjolo SElatan, and Pamularsih II. I reached 7,15km in 1:29:25hours or speed of 4,8km/h. The average heart rate was 105, the average cadence was 105 and the fat burning was 628.

After isha time I accompanied Rahutama and Anjar went around to see the town's traffic condition. The traffic tended to be heavy and congested.

Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Yellow-7 Thursday-8 (Kamis Pon 15). Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompany the children having their class. I was at home ironing 2 pieces of clothes. Rahutama and Anjar were joining their sessions as apprentices.

Before dhuhur time I was phone by Djoko M. to explain the position of the retired organization. He told me that central and regional organizations were independent. It meaned that we might have separate bank accounts and tax identification number (NPWP). He told me such informations since previously I asked Sjukrul about their NPWP. After understanding the situation I passed the information to the members of Central Java caretaking team.

In the afternoon I run along the sidewalk of West Floodcanal. I reached 6,6km in or pace. The average heart rate was, the average cadence was though I set metronome at 151, and the fat burning was.

Having Social Chat

It is Wednesday. The Red Wednesday (Rabu Pahing 16). Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompany the children having their classes. I was at home wiping and mopping the floor.

At 13:15 Rahutama and Anjar dropped me at Sim-6 Resto. I joined Zaenal Achmad for having social chat. We talked about our IPPU organization and working in PUPR offices. At ashr time Rahutama and Anjar fetched me up for home. At home I bought a Xiaomi band-5 for Zaenal using Shopee application. I wanted him for monitoring his heart rate during having bicyling.

At 15:43 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,66km in 1:22:32hours or pace 12'22". The average heart rate was 110, the average cadence was 126, and the fat burning was 632.

In the evening Rahutama bought chaomian from Mi Ramor shop by Gojek application. We consumed it for our dinner.

Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Sweet Tuesday (Selasa Legi 8). In the morning I was at home continuing sleeping. I did not feel well. Nuri went to Anindya's house as usual to accompanied the children having classes. Rahutama and Anjar were at home having their classes virtually, too. Rahutama was being a lecturer apprentice at the IPB University while Anjar at Padjadjaran University.

In the afternoon at 16:05 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,67km in 1:24:47hours or pace 12'42". The average heart rate was 114, the average cadence was 125, and the fat burning was 682.

Before maghrib time ARGY came to deliver a cabbage. It was a special one, it only grows in Kaliangkrik area of Magelang. During my childhood my mother often made the cabbage dish and I liked it much.

In the evening I, Rahutama, and Dastan went to Citra Bundo Pandangese Resto on Jalan Ahmad Yani to buy some nasi padang. We traced many streets to get there to know the city situation and to talked much about our experiences. I told them about the ways I and my dad giving our kids names.

Going Out

It is Monday.The Loving Monday (Senin Kliwon 12). At 03:00 I woke up and turned the computer on. I finalized certificate application documents.

At about 09:00 I went to Anindya's house to see Nuri and the children. They seemed ok. I was just there for a while. On the way back home I stopped by at Laris Jaya photocopy shop to get my passport pictures I asked them to print. I paid Rp12.000 for 10 copies.

I sent the documents and the pictures to Bu Mestika by a Gosend operator. I spent Ro23.500 for the cost. Before I sent them I transferred Rp2.750.000 for certification processing cost. The receipt was one of the documents.

After dhuhur time I and Rahutama went to Hortimart in Bewen area to buy a durian. We found that we were the only customers. It might be because it was not a weekday. There were two durian there but all of them had not been mature yet. We bought avocados 🥑 and bananas 🍌, instead.

On the way home we passed Gunungpati and Unnes to seek a durian but we did not find. Finally, we stopped by at Pak Jono shop onJalan Tanjung to buy 4packs of gado gado. Rahutama consumed one of them. We also ordered 2 packs of iced cream pancakes to be consumed in. We spent Rp104.000 for all.

At 16:35 I and Rahutama walked along side walk of West Floodcanal. I reached 3,22km in 42:15minutes or pace 13'06". The average heart rate was 110, the average cadence was 100, and the fat burning was 317.

Rahutama And Anjar Coming

It is Saturday. The Yellow-7 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Pon 16). In the morning Nuri went to Anindya's house to deliver pudding for Aishalina. She had a class just to celebrate the end of the semester. Anindya was at home so she could accompanied the children. Nuri then went back home.

I turned the computer on to compose expertise certificate application. It consisted of many documents but I had prepared them before so after dhuhur time it was complete. I showed the application to the assessor chief, she told that I had to add my biodata.

Before dhuhur time I went to Pantes shop to by a piping fitting but I found it at Rejomakmur shop. It was a galvanized double socket with thread inside. The price was just Rp6.000.

Before ashr time I fixed the piping at the front bathroom toilet. I took about 2 hours to do it. It was exhausting.

This morning Rahutama and Anjar departed from Singaraja for home. At 14:14 he share their location, in Bromo Asri Resto, Probolinggo. At 18:54 he share the location again, in Rest Area 626B, Madiun. At 20:59 they were at Rest Area 519B, Masaran Sragen. At 23:00 the arrived at home.
