Joining Qigong

It was Friday. In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 9 people. We practiced pengqi guanding and short xingshen zhuang. I quit in the middle of the last session. I thought my energy had been exhausted. My practice duration was 60 minutes.

I joined the Friday congregational prayer at the Masjid Attaqwa. The day was cloudy ☁ so I brought an umbrella. In the afternoon the rain dropped.

Washing

It was Thursday. I washed my used clothes in the morning. Usually I separate them to the white and the color ones. This day I separated to 3 groups, the white, the color, and the dark ones. The soaped water used for the white ones then reused for the color ones. The dark ones got the last turn. The same way I used the rinsed water.

The day was sunny, so the clothes seemed to be dried quickly. At 09:30 I went to the Bima Sakti Car Washing station to wash the car. Yesterday it had crossed through indundation on the street in front of the office. The water might come from the rain and sea tidal water. It was not good for a car and might corrode the car. Joining a meeting

It was Wednesday. I had 2 matters to undergo. The first one was attending the Plenary Meeting of Central Java Water Resourced Council in the Wadaslintang Room of the Water Resources Management Authority of Central Java. The meeting was chaired by Prasetyo and attended by 15 out of 31 members. There were 3 matters discussed in the session: progress report of the last meeting, sand and gravel mining in the body of rivers, and the possibility of Kluwut River mutation from the Cimanuk Cisanggarung River Basin Management Unit to the Pemali Comal RBMU. The discussion was going to wide so till 12:00 the meeting had not came to the conclusion. I left the venue because I had to meet Hidayat.

I went back home and paid my prayer. Then, I enquired the condition of being in the Susan Boutique Resto for working. At 12:50 I went there after calling Hidayat.

At 13:30 I and Hidayat entering the resto. We order dishes and baverages for our lunch. Then, we open his laptop to prepare a presentation. It was the presentation of our work. We enjoyed of being there dining and working. At 15:45 we concluded our work so we dismissed. At 16:45 I arrived at home. Bagus, Dimas, and Marcello were at home for playing around with Dastan.

This afternoon Anindya accompanied by Bagus went to see a dentist on Jalan Lampersari. An hour again Nuri went there to fetch her. Nuri also would buy my medicines. Lanjutannya...

Going to Klego

It was Tuesday. In the morning at 07:30 Nuri dropped me at the Operation and Maintenance Division Office of the Pemali Juana Basin Management. I would go to Bade Andong, Regency of Boyolali, along with a team to inspect the technical aspects of Klego Dam. At 07:45, the team consisted of Hidayat, Pandu, the driver and me, left the office for there. We traced the Semarang - Bawen toll road. We stopped by at the Bu Toha kiosk to have breakfast. At 09:00 we left the kiosk.

We went to the reservoir. We traced the road of Salatiga Ringroad, and the Provincial Road Tingkir - Suruh - Karanggede - Bade. It took 90 minutes.

At the reservoir we realized that Prapto had been there. He was 30 minutes before us. We inspected the dam together. He concerned with the running of safety instruments and I concerned the working of dam function. About 2 hours we were there. There was few data we could collect. The storage capacity was small, only 2 million cubic meter. There were 3 workers to support the operation. At 12:00 we went back.

Being at Home

It was Monday. At home there were Nuri, Anindya, the new baby Aisha, and me. In the morning at 09:00 we went to the Pak Wito Soto booth on Jalan Anjasmoro to have breakfast. At 10:00 Nuri went to the Kariadi Hospital Garuda Pavilion to visit Mrs. Sudalyuni Agus. She had underwent surgical operation. She had problem in her reproduction system.

At 12:00 I planned to meet Djumono in the office but I cancelled it. The purpose to there was not only to meet him but also to see the office administrator to get the TOR and to visit Hidayat. Fortunately, Hidayat told me that we would go to a dam tomorrow. It meaned that I did not need to meet him today. I also asked Pandu to send the TOR so I could get it electronically. Lanjutannya...

Joining a Wedding Party

It was Sunday. In the morning I walked till Jalan Puspagiwang Raya. I withdrew money from a BNI ATM on Jalan Pamularsih. The duration until arriving at home was 50 minutes.

At 11:30 I and Nuri joined a wedding party at the Convention Hall of the Masjid Agung. The party was managed by Safruddin to celebrate the marriage of his daughter Nahdiar Rezky Marsya. She married to Ahady Ramadhan. As usual we met many colleagues.

The path going to Masjid Agung was our first experience. We traced streets of Kaligarang, Sutomo, Supeno, Kyai Saleh, Pandanaran, Tamrin, DI Panjaitan, Kartini, and Gajah. There was almost no congested segment.

Today Mrs. Djoni did come and go for 4 times. In the morning she picked up Dastan. Then, dropped him. During we were attending the party she and the gang came to see the baby. Finally, in the evening she picked Dastan for being overnight at Erlangga. Bibik accompanied him. Lanjutannya...

Chatting

It was Saturday. In the morning at 06:00 I made a morning walk tracing the West Flood Canal walkway. I felt my condition was ok 👌, I climbed the steps at the Buto Alley without any difficulty.

In the evening I met Gatot in the hotel he was overnight, Santika Hotel. We talked about anything at the food room. On the plan I wanted to have chatting in the Menur Distro. Nuri dropped me at the Simpanglima Food Corridor where he and his wife and son having dinner. Then, we walked to the Holiday Express Hotel where on the ground-floor was the Menur Distro. As a matter of fact it had closed permanently. So, we moved to his hotel. We had chatting till 22:00.

Since afternoon Nuri also met his friends at the Hom Hotel, nearby the Santika Hotel. I went there by a Bluebird Taxi after isha time. Then, Nuri and her friend dropped me at the corridor. Lanjutannya...

Rahutama Going to Jogja

It was Friday. In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 14 people. I only joined the first session, pengqi guanding. I left the venue before 07:00.

At about 10:00 Rahutama left the house for Jogja. He still used Anindya's car.

I joined the Friday prayer at the Attaqwa Mosque. The preacher reminded the jamaah to honor the wives.

In the evening Mr. Djoni and I'm Benny came to fetch Dastan for playing around. He was dropped back home at ashar time by Bagus.

In the evening I watched through the television the enlisting for running the Jakarta Governor - Vice Governor competition. Agus Harimurti and Sylvana Murni were proposed by Democrats Party, Development Unity Party, Nation Awakening Party, and National Mandate Party. The other were Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Salahuddin Uniform that proposed by Great Indonesia Party and Welfare and Justice Party. It was Thursday. I was still at home. In the morning I ironed my clothes I had washed previously. As yesterday the day was hot and humid. It was raining in the afternoon. Rahutama Coming

It was Wednesday. I was at home. Nuri suggested me to not join qigong. She told I needed time for recovering. Before dhuhur time Rahutama came from Jogja. His notebook computer had been out of order due to an electrical shock during raining a day before. So, he needed to put it to the service center. He went there a couple hours after arriving.

Nuri went to Asri's house to deliver bananas. Bibik had brought them from her village. Some would be consumed and the other would be distributed to others.

In the evening I walked to a cellular counter to buy a Simpati 4G SIMcard. It costed Rp65.000 for 12Gb internet connection. Just before going back heavy raining occurred. Although I brought an umbrella and a hat some rainwater still watered my clothes. Lanjutannya...

Almost Fainted

It was Tuesday. In the morning I joined qigong at the temple hall. The participants were 10 people. We practiced pengqi guanding and laqi for treating disordered organs. I was almost fainted when practicing the last session. I laid on the floor for recovery.

At home I washed my colored used clothes. The sunshine was enough to dry them. In the afternoon they were dried.

Before dhuhur time Nuri went to the Sendok Bebek Resto to join former water supply project employees' wives. I did not join them because I did not like their dishes.

Before dhuhur time Mrs. Djoni and I'm Benny picked Dastan up. They wanted to play with him. In the afternoon she dropped him back.

It was Monday. I was still at home to let recovery going. In the afternoon I had a sleep. It was a nice sleep.

Going Back to Semarang

It was Sunday. In the morning we walked tracing the Martapura riverside walkway again. We then were on board of a small vessel of about 25 people capacity. We had a joy trip along the river. Unfortunately, the rain came, so we cancelled for being off board at the floating market spot. We were back to the place we had been onboard.

After having breakfast in the hotel we went to Andalas Shop to buy local stuffs. It was showering but we still enjoyed shopping. Then, the companions asked the driver for getting the Old Market to buy dried fish. After settling we went to Bang Amat Soto Shop for having lunch. At 12:00 we arrived at the hotel.

At 12:30 I, Tutik, and Tatik went to the Syamsuddin Noor Airport. A driver accompanied us. At 13:00 we arrived there and directly we checked in. We would fly Lion Air JT0223. I got the seat 34C. The flight was scheduled at but the realization was taking off at 14:40 (Center Indonesia Time) to 14:30 (West Indonesia Time. Martapura

It was Saturday. In the morning after having breakfast on the roof top of the hotel we went to Martapura. We went there in 3 cars. In the first car there were Gatot Supriyadi and Bambang Purwadi. They would pick Nunuk Sustyowati from her daughter's house, Kanti and Risnawati. In the second car there were Yudiaryani, Anna Sofia, Djujur Harsono (Anna's husband), Adista Nova (Anna's daughter), Henni, and Ali Budihardjo (Henni's husband). I was in the third car along with Adiati, RetnoBroto, KusumasTuti, Susimastuti, Aswati, and Sri Rejeki. At 09:30 we left the hotel for Martapura.

Martapura was a town in the Province of South Kalimantan. It had been established by the diamond mining and other gemstone business. The market was a tour destination.

We went to the Martapura Market. In the market Hariadi Suryanto, Endang Sukriyati (his wife), and Ida (Endang's sister) joined us. We shopped sasirangan fabric and gemstone.

At about 12:30 we had lunch in the Soto Anang counter. The chicken soto they served was delicious.

Then, we paid our dhuhur prayer in the Main Masjid of Kabupaten Banjarbaru. It was the Masjid Al Munawarrah. The day was so hot and humid. We had to loosen our shoes before entering the masjid. The open verandah floor was very hot. The masjid plafond was high so the temperature in the masjid was chilled.

The following destination was a dragon fruit plantation. Gatot worked there. The land was about 70Ha but only 30Ha was used as the plantation. It seemed Gatot and colleagues run it well.

Then, we came to a place named Kampung Sasirangan on the east side of Martapura River. In the kampong there were many crafters making sasirangan fabrics. The fabrics are dyed by tightening some parts of them before simmering of them in the dying. They sell some of them to visitors like us.

When we were shopping a heavy rain occurred until we were going back to the hotel. The traffic was so congested because a tourism session opening was taking place nearby. It seemed that the opening was messy and stopped because of the rain.

In the evening we gathered for dinner at the Tepi Sawah Resto. The venue was cozy and the dishes were delicious. A stage was provided to let guests singing. Anna, Bambang, and Sri Rejeki used it to release their hobbies. I liked being there. Lanjutannya...

Going to Banjarmasin

It was Friday. In the morning I and Nuri accompanied Bibik going to the bus stop at Banyumanik. She would go to Kebumen to visit her relatives. We dropped her there to get a Sumber Alam minibus going to Kebumen. On arriving at home we realized Dastan was crying to seek Bibik.

At dhuhur time I joined the Friday congregational prayer at the Masjid Attaqwa.

At 14:15 I arrived at the airport. Nuri, Anindya, Dastan, and Ailin accompanied me. I checked in at the flight JT0542 going to Banjarmasin, seat 29C. I met Tuti, Tatik A, and Tatik B. We would be at the same flight.

The airport was scheduled to take off at 15:10 but we took off at 15:45. We landed at the Syamsudin Noor Airport of Banjarmasin at 17:45 local time. It was exactly an hour flight.

Gatot fetched us. We about an hour to wait for the flight from Bandung in which Bambang and Susi were. At about 19:00 we went to Gatot's son's house in the area. Nunuk had been there. Gatot's son is Nunuk's son in law. We had dinner there.

It was Thursday. In the morning I washed my wore clothes. At noon they dried.

Nuri, Anindya, and Ailin went to the Paragon Mall to shop baby clothes. At home before dhuhur time I and Dastan made some pictures of us. He was so hard to be in ordered and finally he was mad. In the afternoon we played football on the front yard. He was so happy.

In the evening I, Nuri, and Dastan went to Sriratu Store to see a travel bag. I need a 2-3 days travel bag. However, I did not see the one. On the way home we bought nasi pecel from Yu Sri's booth. Lanjutannya...

Joining a Meeting

It was Wednesday. I joined qigong in the morning at the temple hall. The participants were 13 people. I practiced chenqi, laqi, and pengqi guanding. There would be a motion again but I left the venue. I had to join a meeting so I had to be back early.

My breakfast was an apple. Nuri packed steamed broccoli and egg for my lunch. At 09:20 Anindya dropped me at the office of water resources authority. I joined a meeting.

The meeting started at about 09:45. Nita opened it. She was accompanied by Sutrisno and Niken. The other participants were Sucipto, Sugeng, Agus, and Suhartono. We discussed the preparation of second plenary meeting of the Central Java Water Resources Council. At 12:45 the meeting ended. Nuri picked me up home. She just attended the monthly meeting of alumni wives.

Being at Home

It was Tuesday. In the morning I got up early for praying then slept again. The next getting up was late so I did not join qigong. In the afternoon Nuri went out to buy baby needs. She also bought a bucket for Dastan playing in water. After maghrib time Anindya and Bagus going out for having dinner. Dastan and Ailin left behind. In the evening I, Nuri, and Dastan went to the Superindo Market for shopping fruits. I went to the Balad Store to buy an LED lamp 5 watt. It costed Rp35.000. Eid ul Adha

It was Monday. It was Eid ul Adha 1437H, the festival of sacrificing. I joined the congregational prayer at the Masjid Attaqwa. Mr. Yasin was the preacher while the imam was Mr. Abdul Aziz. There were 15 sheeps/goats and 3 cows going to be sacrificed. This year I was absent to sacrifice.

This afternoon Bu Kus came to gave dishes to us to celebrate the Eid Festival. We were very thankful.

Recovering Working Space

It was Sunday. Pak Suparno dan the wife asked us to join a group to welcome their besan (son's parents in law). Today, at 10:30 they and the gang came as a courtesy visit. About 15 people were in the group. Pak Suparno's brother delivered a welcoming speech. Pak Suparno provided dishes for them and us.

After dhuhur time I and Nuri rearranged our stuffs so my working space was recovered. It had been covered by variety of stuffs since I was in service in the Surakarta region (2002). I need that space again as my work as an individual consultant needs it.

In the evening I and Nuri went to the Bakso Lapangan Tembak counter in the Paragon Mall to have a dinner. It had been long time since our last visit there. Anindya Going to Jogja

It was Saturday. I played around with Dastan. He was so cute, kind, and funny.

Asri came home to socialized with us and searched her documents stored at home. She was dropped by Ali. Later, Argi fetched her. Argi looked healthy and slim. It seemed he enjoyed living away off his mother and brothers.

It was Friday. In the morning I joined qigong at the temple hall. The participants were 10 people. We practiced pengqi guanding and part of xingshen zhuang. On the way home I stopped by at the Gang Baru Market. I bought bit and papaya.

At dhuhur time I joined the Friday prayer at the Masjid Attaqwa.

Before magrib time I went to the Ibis Hotel to meet Suprapto. I arrived there at Maghrib Time. He had not arrived yet. However, there were Dr. Robert, Dr. Djoko, and Mrs. Made. They were in discussion relating her doctor thesis composing. After Suprapto arrived we, without Dr. Djoko moved to the Banaran Cafe, Mugas, for hanging out. We had dinner and chatted there. Being at Home

It was Thursday. I was still at home. I made pictures of me and Dastan. It was difficult to have him in my order because he wanted to use the camera taking pictures, too. Finally, I had the best one although only part of our bodies. I used it to be my facebook profile picture. Many friends appreciated. He looked cute. My friends told me I looked happy.

Being at Home

It was Wednesday. In the morning I went to the temple hall to join qigong. The participants were 14 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. We started at 06:00 and ended at 07:20. I felt my body was so fresh afterward.

At home before showering I ironed my clothes. Nuri accompanied Anindya and the baby to the Civil Registrar Office. Anindya would asked for her new identity card and a birth certificate for the new baby. She need to ask a new card because of her moving to his husband’s address. Anindya and Bagus would name their second child as Aisha Lina Djohanputri.

Dastan and Bibik were left at home. Dastan performed so nice. He was also so cute.

Today was hot and humid. The month of September usually has a fair temperatur and the most driest day but this year it has been almost everyday raining. Is it a climate change phenomenon? Lanjutannya...

Monthly Shopping

It was Tuesday. In the morning I joined qigong at the temple hall. The participants were 10 people. We practiced pengqi guanding, partly xingshen zhuang, and filling qi.

Before dhuhur time I and Nuri went out. She got off on Jalan Sugijapranata to get in the Ada Supermarket. She would be shopping monthly stuff.

I continued to go to several places. First, I went to the HP Service Center on Jalan MT Haryono. My notebook monitor was off following Dastan stubbed on. Fortunately, the monitor was on when the receptionist checked it. So, I cancelled to fix it.

Second, I went to the Bank Mandiri, Pandanaran. I printed the bankbook, replaced the tag strip, and printed the transaction details.

Third, I went to the BCA Bank, Pandanaran to print the bankbook and withdraw money. I was impressed by their ATM units. A unit can do multitasking. It could be used to withdraw or deposit money. It also be able to run no cash transactions.

Joining a Wedding Party

It was Monday. At 11:30 I went to the Diponegoro Building in the area of Watching to join a wedding party. The party was managed by Ngadiono to celebrate the marriage of his son, Fikri Amirullah. He married to Shella Farah Shobah. I met some of the former Central Java Water Supply Project employees such as Yatin, Abdul Chalim, Widodo, Riyadi, Naro, and Irianto. At 11:30 I left the venue.

In the afternoon Anindya went to the Bunda Hospital to check her reproduction organ following her delivering. She was accompanied by Nuri and the baby. Dastan and Bibik were still at home.

It was Sunday. I was still at home. I quit from several Whatsapp groups. They actually had taken most of my time. So, I tried to close to my work, I opened an airport matter manual.

Being Stranded

It was Saturday. Pak Suparno, a neighbor in front of home was welcoming guests to cheer the groom. The groom was his son named Djohan. A tent had been erected previously to shelter the guests. Our car maneuver would be restricted. So, in the morning Nuri put the car on the alley mouth.

The guests were many. He installed a music system to please them. The sound was strong but, fortunately, the new baby was not annoyed.

In the afternoon Nuri bought a medium bottle of LPG and 2 bottles of water. It would be taking more energy to unload them. Fortunately, many people from Pak Suparno team helped us. Lanjutannya...

Dining Out

It was Friday. In the morning I and Nuri went out to settle 2 matters. The first was to withdraw the September salary from the Bank Jateng, HC. The second was to pay off the land tax at the Semarang Barat Subdistrict Office. The process was quick. Meanwhile, Rahutama went to Jogja. He used Anindya's car.

At dhuhur time I joined the Friday prayer in the Masjid Attaqwa.

In the afternoon I accompany Dastan playing around with the kids next doors. He was so active, always running.

In the evening Anindya asked to join her, Dastan, and Bibik having dinner at the XO Suki Resto. We ordered sukiyaki. It was tasty. Lanjutannya...

Unproductive Day

It was Wednesday. In the morning Rahutama fetched Anindya and the gang (Dastan, Bibik, and the baby) at Erlangga. Anindya, Bibik, and the baby came first then Dastan was following. Dastan was accompanied by Mrs. Djoni.

It was the most unproductive time of me. I did not do anything.
