Full Officing

This day I again lost my dawn prayer. My condition was not good though better than yesterday. Coughing was still mine. I felt my body unconfortable. I used warm water for bathing. In the office I was an inspector in the ceremony celebrating the establishment day of indonesia civil servants association (Korpri).

After concluding the ceremony. I had my breakfast in Bina Marga canteen. Acep accompanied me. It was cloudy then rainy. At 09.00 we the management and employees gathered in the operation room. We organised a big meeting where we might share information. This meeting, as usual, was ended by having lunch together. Tyas prepared nasi rawon for this event. Jogja - Kutoarjo

I woke up at 05.00 to do prayer then I slept again. At 06.00 I swam in the hotel pool. It was only 30 minutes as I thought it was enough. I, Nuri and Rahutama had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. I had to paid Rp60.500 for Rahutama's breakfast because he had no voucher.

On waiting for checking out I did window shopping in Saphir Mall. The basement was the Diamond Supermarket, the groundfloor was for batik counters and the third floor was for electronics and gadget counters.

At 12.00 we checked out. Nuri and Rahutama went back to Semarang. Acep picked me up for Kutoarjo. In Boro we had lunch. At 14.00 we arrived home. It was cloudy. In the evening I was in the office. Sukadi was there, too. Lanjutannya...

Being Receptionists

I woke up almost late to do prayer. Then I prepared myself for going to Jogja. Anindya said goodbye because she would go to Jakarta tomorrow morning. About 09.00 I, Nuri and Rahutama left Semarang for Jogjakarta. In Semarang we stopped by three times. First, I unsubscribed my Starone in Bank Jateng Tower. Second, Nuri took a kamisol from Mbak Al. And the third, Nuri took a belt from Mrs Surjadi.

The day was good, cloudy but not rainy. The temperatur was fair so our trip was enjoyable. We stopped by Banaran Cafe for having lunch. Nuri and Rahutama had fried noodle for their lunch while I had a cup of black coffee. We again sto pped by Purnama Canteen in Muntilan where I had my lunch. We arrived in Hotel Saphir where we would be overnight at 14.00.

In the evening Rahutama dropped us in Graha Sabha Building. We dressed up with Solo styled Javanese uniform. We joined to the group of receptionists for the wedding party of Raditya and Adinovianingsih. Raditya is Mr Sundjojo's son. Mr Sundjojo was my colleague in Central Java WS Project. Many other colleagues such as Mrs Sumaryati, Mr Setyoso, Mr Mauladi Widodo, Mr Amat Yatin, Mr Bud Rahardjo, Mr Bharoto, Mr Surjadi, Mr Yiyi Rizal, Mr Naro Handoko, Mr Priyo Herjuno and Mr Widodo Gendut joined the party.

Anindya was Home

This day Anindya was home. She left Gambir at 07.15 in the morning using Argo Muria couchs and arrived in Semarang at 13.00. Bagus picked her up. She directly went to Brumbungan to visit Mbak Yet. Then with Nuri she came home. We would be together till tomorrow morning.

I woke up late again so I lost my dawn prayer. I prepared myself to doIed prayer. This day was Eid ul Adha (Festival of the Sacrifice). I joined the congregation prayer in At Taqwa Mosque at 06.15. There were 2 cows and 20 goats ready to sacrifice.

In the evening I and Nuri visited Mbak Yet in Brumbungan. She was not psychologically in a good condition. Then we went shopping in DP Mall. In Pizza Hut counter we had dinner. We chose a for 2 people package. It consisted a small pan of pizza, a plate of baked bread, a plate of spagetti and 2 glasses of milkshake. Back to Semarang

At 15.30 I left Kutoarjo for Semarang. Bu Indra and the team gave me a ride. The traffic was flowing though heavy. We stopped by SPBU Tanjunganom and SPBU Ungaran for toilet business. Approaching Semarang the traffic was congested. Probably, tomorrow would be Idul Adha so many people wanted to be home. I got off in Banyumanik because the team would direct to Meteseh. Rahutama picked me up. The traffic was still heavy. We took a special route, Gombel Lama, Karangrejo, Semeru, Sultan Agung, Papandayan, Kelud. About 19.30 we were home.

I woke up late so I lost my prayer. I had much time because I did not do morning walking. I made rice and warmed soup for my breakfast. I came to the office on time but I did not join the rollcall. I was in all day officing as usual. In the afternoon I chaired a final report presentation organized by Bu Indra. Making Correction and Addition

This morning I made correction and addition on draft of a book. The book was the idea of Mr Suryono designated to the first book dealing with water resources conservation in Indonesia. The writers was Mr Suryono, Mr Guntoro and me. However, to make the book monolithic, Mr Guntoro was pointed as the main writer while Mr Suryono and me were the complementary writers. In the afternoon I delivered the correction and addition to Novie, Mr Guntoro's subordinate in Dinas office.

This morning I woke up almost late to do prayer. My breakfast was rice, omelet and soy souce prepared by Nuri. It was ok. Nuri then was out to do her business. Rahutama was also out to have course. I was alone at home but felt good to make correction and addition to a draft of a book. I did banking in BCA Sudirman after delivering my work.

At 16.30 I and Nuri left Kutoarjo for Semarang. We stopped by Bakso Bakar Arema to have dinner. We also bought 1 portion for Rahutama. At 20.30 we reached home. Rahutama was in.

I woke up just before sunrise. However I still had my dawn prayer. I also did morning walking. I bought 1 papaya at Rp3.500. In the office I joined the rollcall. I announced the new closet was dry one. Everybody had to keep it clean.

I was in the office all day long. I had lunch in Bina Marga Canteen. Untung and Acep accompanied me there. I left the office at 16.00 and prepared for home, Semarang.

At home I realized my Ciprofloxacin 500 mg 2 tablets was left in Kutoarjo. The were the last I had to administer. So I asked Rahutama to buy. At K-24 he got it.

Going to Kutoarjo

My condition was getting better. It can be caused medicine or my recovery mechanism. I and Nuri left for Kutoarjo at 08.00. We had fueling in SPBU Gajahmungkur. We had breakfast in Banaran Cafe. We brought a can of kindney soup for Kutoarjo. Finally, we bougth snack in Lezat Stand Magelang. We arrived Kutoarjo at 13.00.

The day was a mix of cloudy and rainy. I still doing officing. I gave briefing for Suhartono and Marsiman. Ktut reported that new furnitures had come. I was allocated a chair. That was a new one for the third echelon, he said. Haryono also reported his meeting in Jogjakarta today.

I and Nuri had dinner in Lezat Restaurant. We order wet a portion of wet chaomian but then we order a portion of fried chicken after considering that the chaomian would not make us stuff. Lanjutannya...

Seing a Doctor

In the evening I accompanied by Rahutama came to Mardi Mulya Clinic. Though my coughing was going better I thought I had to see a doctor. Doctor told me that I was allergic to the weather. I had to avoid cold drink and fried food. He gave me Ciprofloxacin 500 mg 6 tablets, Dexteem Plus 10 tablets and Ambroxol 30 mg 10 tablets.

This day I woke up on time to do dawn prayer. My coughing was getting better. I was still at hone all day long. I consumed rice and vegetable, only those. In the evening Nuri received a message from Etty That Bu Titik was passaway at 18.30'

This day I woke up on time to do dawn prayer. I and Nuri made everything ready to be back to Semarang. At 08.00 we left Kutoarjo for Semarang. I dropped documents in the office. We stopped by Bu Atmo canteen to have breakfast. About mid day we arrived home.

My condition was not good. I got cough. It was really annoying. Nuri asked Rahutama to buy cough medicine, Benadryl. I administered it twice. In the evening Bagus came home. He suggested Sanadryl.

Visiting Bu Titik

I and Nuri left Kutoarjo for Purwokerto at 10.30. We stopped by Candisari Hotel & Restaurant to add fuel and to have lunch. We arrived Margono Hospital Geriatri Building at Jalan Angka at 14.00. It was heavy rainfall. Bu Titik had been coma for several days. She was accompanied by Din.

I woke up on time to have prayer. Nuri provided breakfast. In the office I joined rollcall and exercise. About 11.00 I and Nuri went to Purwokerto. It was dark cloudy so I thought it was going to rain. It was not rainy, but I lost my Friday worshipping.

After visited Bu Titik in the hospital. We went to Bu Titik's house to meet Eti. We left Purwokerto after maghrib. Our dinner was in Soto Kecik Sokaraja. We also stopped by Sari Bahari Restaurant for having rest. We arrived Kutoarjo at 21.00. Till late night I signed document.

Meeting in Semarang

At 09.00 Nuri dropped me in the office. I had a meeting in Wadaslintang Room. Mr Hidayat chaired the meeting. It discussed the establishment of Bodri Kuto Coordination Team. The meeting concluded at 13.00.

I woke up at 04.30 for doing dawn prayer. I then prepared my clothes for today's duty. Nuri went to the hospital to dropped Mrs Ndun Kuswari. She would be with Mbak Yet during her chemotheraphy session. Nuri then dropped me in the office. I was home in the afternoon. Mr Djumono drove me. The home was empty. Nuri was in the hospital so I took rest by sleeping for about 1 hour. When Nuri was home she told that the chemotheraphy session concluded and Mbak Yet was back.

In the beginning of the evening I and Nuri went to Kutoarjo. We left Semarang at 18.50 and arrived Kutoarjo at 22.40. We stopped by Bakso Bakar Arema Magelang to have dinner.

Discussion in Semarang

At 08.45 I went to the office to see Mr Guntoro. In his room we discussed the writing matters. Mr Suryono then also joined. We had to finish writing a book by December 2009. The discussion concluded at the coming of Mr Supangat.

I woke up at 04.30 for doing dawn prayer. I then slept again as I thought I needed some more sleep. Nuri was in hurry to make a dish for Mbak Yet after shopping in the market. At 08.00 she went to Kariadi Hospital to drop the dish.

In the evening I and Nuri went to the hospital to bring food for Mbak Yet. On the way home we stopped by Ada Supermarket to get apple and carrot.

Back to Semarang

I woke up at 03.00 for doing isha prayer. Then I went to the office to prepare everything I would bring to Semarang. I was home again to do dawn prayer. At 05.30 Acep and Wiwik came. With them I went to Semarang. We stopped by SPBU Purworejo and Condongraos Canteen Jambu. At 09.00 we arrived the Dinas office.

In the office I had 2 kinds of business. It was to duscuss writing with Mr Suryono and the other was a meeting about irrigation commission setting. At 14.00 I finished the business. Then Acep and Wiwik dropped me home.

After maghrib I and Nuri went out to do 2 things. The first was to fix my glasses. The left one was loose. The Melawai Optical in Citra Mall fixed it. The second was to visit Mbak Yet in Kariadi Hospital Merak Rooms. She would undergo chemotheraphy tomorrow. In the rooms we met Sardjono Djojo. He just underwent an operation.

Power Down

This day the electric power was down. Though the electric authority (PLN) had announced in advance the down had annoyed us. As the down was scheduled from 08.00 to 16.00 it meaned that we had to work without electricity. Computers, air conditioners, etc were down then. When we had guests from Armada Motor, we had to talk in a hot and humid area, my room.

This morning I did morning walking after praying. I bought a papaya in the market for my breakfast. However I could not have it for breakfast because I could not find the knife to peel. My breakfast was red rice and long bean dish.

I joined the rollcall in the office. Ktut did not show up. He was still on the way. We have guests from Dinas PSDA to audit our quality plan. We also had guests from Armada Motor concerning our plan to buy a car. I was asked Adi Suwarno to get lunch together in Jatimalang Beach. I, Ktut, Wiwik, Acep, Tyas, Aris, Yulianti and Adi Suwarno was to there to have seafood for lunch.

In the evening it was a heavy rain. I stayed at home. Anindya reported her first workday in Jakarta. She told that the training was going enjoyable. The training center had provided a comfortable classroom and lot of varieties of food and drink. She also told that she had to wait for about 30 minutes in Dukuh Atas Juction to get the bus home.

Widarto

Widarto was my schoolmate when I was in Magelang State High. We met in the first time in Jakarta Reunion 2004 after about 3 decades we have never met. He is a Telkom officer resides with his family in Bandung. In the afternoon he sent a short message that he was in Banyumanik and wanted to visit me. I welcomed him. At 17.00 he came home dropped by his colleagues. It was bit rainy. We chatted till maghrib time. After doing praying I and Acep accompanied him to his place he would stay overnight. It is a Telkom Training Center in Tegalsari Barat. The center has rooms for the trainers and also Telkom officers to stay. We stopped by Nasi Pecel Yu Sri stand to have dinner.

This day I woke up on time to do praying. My breakfast was rice and tofu, tempe and sprout stirred fry. It was tasty. I filled my morning with washing my clothes. My coughing was still in so I did much rest. In the afternoon Widarto visited me at home. After dropping him at his place for staying overnight I accompanied by Acep went to Kutoarjo. Attending an Installation

This day Caretaking Board of Central Java Indonesian Hydraulics Engineering Specialists Association were installed. By an invitation I attended in the event organised in the Prof Sudarto Building, Tembalang Semarang. I came there at 08.00 and left at 10.00. Mr Guntoro, Mr Ktut Arsa, Mr Lukito and Mr Novianto were joining the board. There was a seminar on Conducting Semarang Flood in the Prospective of Integrated Water Resources Management following to the event. However, I did not join it because I did not feel well. My coughing was still persistent though being better.

This morning I woke up on time to do prayer. My breakfast was rice and black meat soup (rawon). At 07.30 I went to Tembalang to join an installation. I met Mr Zaenal Achmad Djohan, Suseno Darsono, Muhammad Niam, Pranoto Samto Atmodjo, etc. there. I went home after the first break. In the rest of the day I was at home to get recovery. Doing Banking

At 10.00 I went to Starone counter in Bank Jateng Tower Jalan Pemuda to pay the Oktober internet invoive and stop subscription by 30 November 2009. The first was ok, I paid Rp308.200 though on the invoive bill mentioned Rp308.139. The second was postponed because it had to be done at the day of stopping. Then I went to Bank Jateng located next door. I printed my transaction on the bankbook. At last, I went to Bank Mandiri Pandanaran to take my ATM card and to print transaction on the book. After friday worshipping I went to Bank BCA Sudirman to print transaction. Then I went to SPBU Indraprasta for fueling. I paid Rp198.000 for 30 liter of Pertamax RON 92.

I woke up early and did dawn prayer. In the morning I washed the car, Avanza. Yesterday the car crossed the sea water puddle in Kota Lama area so I had to wash it. I did my friday worshipping in At Taqwa Mosque close home. The preacher said that observance was designated to perfect human being as the chalipha on earth.

About maghrib a heavy rain dropped. It was accompanied by lighting. Speedy wifi was down when a big light appeared. The rain underwent not more then 30 minutes. Lanjutannya...

Anindya Leaving for Jakarta

This morning members of home woke up early. I did my dawn prayer and was ready for going out. At 05.00 the members (I, Nuri, Anindya and Rahutama) went to Tawang Station to get Argo Sindoro Coachs with which Anindya accompanied by Nuri would be going to Jakarta. We arrived at the station at 05.15 so Anindya and Nuri might be relaxed. About the coachs were beginning to go Bagus joined to waved them.

I had my breakfast at a chicken porridge stand in Jalan Erlangga. The porridge was different with that sells in Bandung. It was just rice porridge served with chicken bacem. At home Mrs Ndun Kuswari provided rice and chicken soup for my second breakfast. It was also my lunch.

I woke up early, prayed and prepared myself. At 05.30 I, Haryono and Acep went to Semarang . We stopped by SPBU Purworejo to have fuel and Condongraos Canteen Jambu to have breakfast. At 09.15 we arrived Patra Jasa Hotel where a workshop was organised.

I participated in the workshop opening ceremony. I met Tatang Tjahjana, my Civil Engineering Class 1975 mate there. I left the hotel for home. I asked Acep to leave me. At 13.00 I was in Dinas office. I saw the chieft and joined a consultant's presentation. Sukadi, Tyas and Julianti also gathered to ask my signature.

By maghrib Nuri accompanied me to see a doctor in Mardi Mulya Clinic because my cough was still persistent. He leveled my blood pressure, it was 130/80. He gave me Ciprofloxacin 500 mg 10 caplets for 5 days, Dexteem Plus 10 caplets 3 caplets per day and Mucera Ambroxol HCl 30 mg 10 pills 3 pills per day. I spent Rp45.000 for all.

We then went to Jalan Pandanaran to buy snack for gift. We also came to Jalan Suyudono picked up bag. Finally, we came to DP Mall to buy tekwan (a Palembang styled fish soup) I had dinner with. Lanjutannya...

The Embassy of Netherlands Visit

This day 4 gentlemen came to our area. They are Mr Jaap van der Velden, Mr Laurence Brahm (?), Paul van Hofwegen (?) and Mr Ilham Abla. The first two were officers from the Embassy of Netherlands and the rest were from Worldbank. Their objective was to see their project in supporting our activity on water resources conservation. We met them in the house of Bupati Kebumen at 09.30. They were accompanied by Mrs Indra Kertati, the leader of LPPSP which responsible on conducting the project. I was accompanied by Haryono. Mr Nashiruddin the Bupati welcomed us and we had talk for a while.

After gathering in the house we visited Desa Somagede and Desa Kenteng in Kabupaten Kebumen to see what had been done by the local people on receiving 'capacity building' and money from Worldbank. In Desa Somagede we saw pathway and groynes. While in Desa Kenteng we saw 2 strips of parapet and a water supply system. We also had lunch in Desa Kenteng. The local people had prepared frugal and delicious food.

The second visit was to Desa Gebang and Desa Pakem in Kabupaten Purworejo. People on those two desas had also received the same thing. In Desa Gebang we saw women handicrafting while in Desa Pakem we saw a new built water supply system.

This morning I woke up before dawn. It was so hot and humid. I did morning walking after praying. I bought lozenges for my cough and papaya for my breakfast. In the office we did a ceremony to appreciated the national hero. This day was the Hero Day. We also prepared some snacks to welcome our guests from Embassy of Netherlands and Worldbank but they postponed to come by. They directly went to the house of Bupati Kebumen. Lanjutannya...

Being in the Office

I was still coughing. It was not worse but still annoying. This morning I woke up late so I lost my prayer. I joined the rollcall in the office. Then I accompanied by Acep went to the Bina Marga canteen to have breakfast. It was too early so the food was lack of variety. After mid day I had lunch in a soto canteen. It costed little bit expensive. I went home early because I did not feel good. I had an afternoon sleep.

Getting Cough

This day I had cough. I guessed it was a severe cough because when I was coughing my body trembled and I felt sore at the loin. I just drank water and got rest. The day was so hot and humid. It made me worse. My breakfast was nasi pecel but I did not eat the cracker to avoid oil. My lunch was rice and soup prepared by Nuri. It was delicious. I felt better in the afternoon.

By 18.00 Acep came. We left home at 18.05. We stopped by Candi Citra Bundo to have dinner. The traffic was fair. We arrived the house in Kutoarjo at 21.15. Mardani was in the office for undergoing picket. Lanjutannya...

Salad for Dinner

I woke up early and slept again after doing my prayer. At 10.30 Nuri prepared my breakfast a bit of rice and fried toufu. It was good as served with hot soy sauce. For our lunch Nuri prepared rice and tofu and sprout stirred fry. In the afternoon I did gardening.

In the evening Nuri prepared vegetable salad and french fries for our dinner. Some of the food was sent to Mbak Yet and Mbak Poppy in Brumbungan. I accompanied Nuri to take it to Brumbungan. Only I and Nuri at home enjoyed our dinner as Anindya and Rahutama were out. Anindya went to a movie with Bagus. Rahutama and his friends joined Dimas in a hotel. Lanjutannya...

Being at Home

This day my status was still in duty. It was a time to compose a duty report but I thought it could be done in another time I was in a good condition so I used the time to get rest at home. Nuri went out in the morning to visit Mrs Ndun Kuswari. She also made her other business done. Anindya was still out to accompany Mbak Poppy. Rahutama was also out to finish him campus business. I was at home alone.

At zuhr time I went to the At Taqwa Mosque to do Friday Worship. The preacher extended a message that every body had a sins and the best sinner was the one that committed himself to repenting.

In the evening Nuri went to Hotel Santika to meet Mbak Poppy. Anindya was there, too. She was home for a while to give me a wrap of nasi pecel I had dinner with. She was then back again to the hotel. Lanjutannya...

Dinner in Jatilegi

This evening I wanted to dine out. I, Nuri and Anindya picked Mbak Poppy up in Hotel Santika. After few minutes we were in the hotel Bagus joined us. We then went to Candi Jatilegi Restaurant to have dinner. I chose seafood tofu claypot and soursop juice. They were delicious. We in 5 spent Rp159.000.

This morning I lost my prayer because I woke up late. My breakfast was rice and tofu stirred fry. At 09.00 I was in Dinas office to join the monthly meeting. The meeting concluded at 13.30 but at 14.00 I joined another meeting. It was a meeting concerning our wish to write a book. It was attended by 3 people, Mr Suryono, Mr Guntoro and me. At 15.00 I was home.

In the afternoon I did gardening. After dinner I and Nuri did shopping in Candi Giant Supermarket. We collected matters for making salad tomorrow. Lanjutannya...

Computer Exhibition

I , Nuri and Anindya went to DP Mall. There were 2 goals we want to get. First, I want to cut my hair and second, I want to see a computer exhibition. In a salon at the second floor I realized to cut my hair. It costed Rp30.000. On the groundfloor there was a computer exhibition where Anindya bought a netbook computer. It was a 12 inch one costs Rp6.000.000. Anindya wanted to install Windows 7 as the OS It costed Rp1.000.000. Anindya paid to a stand Rp1.000.000 as a down payment. The computer would be ready tomorrow. She still had to provide Rp6.000.000.

I woke up at 04.35. After praying I did morning walking. I bought a papaya. It was part of my breakfast. In the office I joined rollcall. At 13.30 I Ktut and Acep went to Semarang. We stopped by Bu Atmo stand to have lunch. At 17.00 we arrived home.

Joining a Wedding Party

At 10.00 I accompanied by Acep, Ktut and Joko Saptono went to Karanganyar Kebumen to join a wedding party. This day Sabdo Wiyanto celebrated his daughter wedding in his home. Almost all of the employees and management were there to deliver their wish to the brides. Sabdo Wiyanto provided good food for our lunch. I enjoyed it.

I woke up at 04.45 for praying. Then I went out to do morning walking when the day was breaking. The sky was clear as the rain had not dropped for quite a while. I had my breakfast with the food I prepared yesterday evening. In the office I joined the rollcall. I organised a briefing with the subordinates.

After joining a wedding party I watched a television. There was an interesting session broadcasted. The Constitution Court publicly opened recorded conversations between Anggodo and his relation. It decribed how he controlled police and attorney officers. With his control two commissioners of Corruption Eradication Commission were detained by the Police Department. Lanjutannya...

Being in the Office

In the office I joined the rollcall. At 10.00 I and Acep went to Bina Marga Canteen to have second breakfast. By mid day I went home to have a brief sleep. The was so hot. For a long time the rain had not dropped yet. At 13.20 I went to the office again.

I woke up at 04.45. I still had my prayer because the sun rised at 05.10. I had mango for my breakfast but needed fortification when late morning. In the afternoon I prepared a vegetable dish for my dinner. I put manggo in it instead of tomato. Lanjutannya...

Going to Kutoarjo

At about 16.00 Acep came to pick me up. I was about waking up from an afternoon sleeping. Without a hurry I prepared myself. At about 17.00 I and him went to Kutoarjo.
