Gathering

It is Thursday. The Sweet Thursday (Respati Manis 13). At 11:00 I and Nuri came to Mantra REsto on Jalan Erlangga Tengah to join monthly gathering of ITB alumni wives. The wives joining the gathering were Mrs. Ramantika, Dewi Widodo, Trimurti Hidayat, Dyah Zaenal, Mrs. Nugroho, Mrs. Pranoto, Mrs. Trijoko, and Mrs. Yeti Suyanto. The wives companions were Widodo, Nugroho, Hidayat, and Zaenal. Mrs. and Mr. Sugiyono came when we were about dismissing.

I and Nuri tasted the dishes provided by the restaurant. I chose woku ikan (a sort of fish soup).

At 13:30 we welcomed Arus and his wive Rosalina. They came for social visit due to Lebaran. We talked till about 15:30.

At 14:26 I walked along canal side walk, Jalan Basudewo, and Jalan Bulustalan. I reached 5,60km in 1:10:30hour or speed of 4,77kph. The average heart rate was 113bpm, the average cadence was 106spm, and the fat burning was 583kcal.
