Meeting

It is Tuesday. The Yellow Tuesday (Anggara Palguna 10). At 6:10 I walked nordicly along perimeter road of Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. It was sunny. I reached 4,69km in 53:32minute or speed of 5,27kph. The average heart rate was 110bpm, the average cadence was 110spm, and the fat burning was 426kcal. After streaching along with the nordic walk community at 7:42 I walked again together with the community. I reached 2,30km in 29:52minute or speed of 4,63kph. The average heart rate was 108bpm, the average was 105spm, and the fat burning was 222kcal.

At 10:00 Nuri dropped me at IPPU Secretariat Office where I joined Masrianto, Bambang Pudjo, Mustofa Kamal, Agus Supriyanto, Wismaningsih, Harsono, and Arus Horison in coffee session. In the session Mustofa Kamal acted as a barrista serving us with V-60 coffee. In the session we also discussed our plan to manage a bike and a tour sessions. We agreed to manage a bike session along just finished toll road Solo - Jogja at 30th of August and a tour to Surakarta at 3rd of September. At 12:30 I went back to the dormitory using a Gojek bike.
