It is Wednesday. The Yellow Wednesday (Buda Palguna 14). In the morning at 6:20 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participant were Andhy, Cikwan 林时观, Melani 廖妹玲, Sioeling 廖秀玲, and Boenmiauw 廖文茂. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang. After session we had short talk. On the way home I stopped by at Warung Tegal Muncul on Jalan Suyudono to get breakfast and bought a pack of rice for Nuri.
At 10:00 Nuri dropped me at IPPU Secretriat Office. I met Arus there for having casual chatting. We were there until 12:00. Nuri picked me up.
Before maghrib time at 16:33 I walked along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was light cloudy. I reached 6,17km in 1:14:10hour or speed of 4,99kph. The average heart rate was 102bpm, the average cadence was 114spm, and the fat burning was 509kcal.
