Seeing a Dentist

It was Wednesday. The Sweet Wednesday (Buda Manis 12). At 8:30 by a Gojek bike I went to Public Health Center Pandanaran to see a dentist for teeth scaling (removing plaque and tartar). After getting a queue ticket I went to the registration booth to register and then went to the dentist room. After waiting for about 15minutes my turn came. A dentist examined my blood tension, made some record, and observed my teeth. She suggested me to get teeth scaling for the lower gum. The cost was Rp141.000 (about US$9.00). After paying off it at the cashier a male dentist to scaling on my teeth. It took about 30minutes and it was done. Nuri then came by to take me home.

On the way home we picked up Dastan and Aishalina, as Anindya's request, from their school, Al Azhar Elementary School Kalibanteng. We dropped them at their house. Lanjutannya...

Going Surveying

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Anggara Kasih 11). I and other IPPU caretakers went to Kabupaten Semarang area to get places for touring destinations. At 6:45 Nuri dropped me at Masrianto's house on Jalan Ksatrian Jatingaleh. There were Wismaningsih, Mustofa, Wahyu Kusno, Arus Horizon, and Octavira waiting for the team members. A moment later Bambang Pudjo and Harsono arrived so the team of 9 people completed.

At 7:10 we departed to survey. We entered the toll road at Jatingaleh Gate and exited at Ungaran Gate. At 7:34 we arrived at Pinusia Park at Kalianyar, Kalirejo, Ungaran Timur, Regency of Semarang, This park was a cadindate of the tour destination. We then went to Gudeg Merak Mati Resto at Harjosari Bawen, Regency of Semarang. We arrived there at 8:20 and had to wait for about 10minutes the begining of the service. It was rainy. We were there for about 20minutes tasting the dish they provided, gudeg dish. At 9:15 we arrived at Train Museum at Panjang Ambarawa, Regency of Semarang. The entrance ticket was Rp25.000 per person. The museum was not crowded since it was workday. We were there for about 30minutes to see the old styled train operation and to make pictures of us.

We left the museum leading to Kopeng. We took a village road to get there. It took long time and risked our safety. The scenary was quite good. At 11:20 we arrived at Pasar Wisata Kopeng in Kopeng Getasan, Regency of Semarang. The pasar was empty, only a few vendors in service. We were just sightseeing and having coffee in a vendor. About 30minutes later we left the place and went for having lunch. At 12:40 we arrived at Omah La Tareombo Coffee & Kitchen in Gondangsari Pakis, Regency of Magelang. We were there for about 45minutes to have lunch and pay our prayers. The resto served good dishes and beverages.

We then realised that we run out the time. so we changed our destination from Magelang to Boyolali. We traced the tourist road Pakis - Ketep - Selo - Cepogo. We spent more than an hour to get Cepogo Cheese Park in Genting Cepogo REgency of Boyolali. We arrived there at 15:00. It was a cow milk farm based park. The atmosphere smelled of milk. We did not enter the park just to see the entering building. A shop was there selling dairy products. At about 15:20 we left the park. We entered the toll at Boyolali Gate. Going to Surakarta

It is Saturday. The Loving Saturday (Tumpak Kasih 17). At 8:15 I and Nuri left the house to go to Surakarta to join a gathering in Kartasura, Sukoharjo Regency. It was a gathering of Paguyuban Bengawan Solo to manage caretaker team inauguration and halalbihalal. I was invited a guest since I was an IPPU caretaker team member. Paguyuban Bengawan Solo is a union of the employees and former employees of Bengawan Solo River Basins Development Project or Bengawan Solo River Basins Management Office.

Our trip was going smooth. We stopped twice in the town, at SPBU Gajahmungkur and Bank Jateng ATM Candi for refueling and withdrawing cash. We entered toll road at Jatingaleh Gate. We stopped again at Rest Area 429A for peeing. We exited at Banyudono Gate. Banyudono Gate replaced the abandoned Colomadu Gate. At 9:50 we arrived the venue, Graha Tirta Building in Pabelan Kartasura, Sukoharjo Regency.

At 9:00 we left the house for Hotel Grasia Guntur Room 1.2. We joined an IPPU gathering named Halalbihal IPPU Wilayah Jawa Tengah. It was a gathering of IPPU Central Java members to exchange forgiving. The gathering is usualy following Ied al Fitr. The gathering started at 10;00 when Surti Harsono the MC declared it. The gathering was preceded by singing national anthem Indonesia Raya.

About 80 people joined it. They were Masrianto, Mustofa, Wismaningsih, Widodo, Djoko Roosmany, Wahyu Kusno, Djoko Mudjono, Harsono, Arus Horizon, Atyanto Busono, Suharno, Danang Atmodjo, Subagyo Lukito, Mazid, Zaenal Achmad, etc. Masrianto, Suharno, and Yulius gave their speeches respectively. I joined Masrianto, Harsono, Mustofa, Bambang Pudjo, Widodo, Wismaningsih, and Octavira that would be participating at a virtual meeting with the other IPPU organs in the entire Indonesia. The meeting was named as Coordination Meeting and Halalbihalal of IPPU. Harsono served us with the room, internet access, coffee. Octavira provided snack and lunch boxes.

At 12:00 meeting started was opened by Widiarto, the IPPU Chairman, after singing the National Anthem. He was accompanied by the management personels of IPPU Caretaker. The first session was Anggaran Rumah Tangga dessimination. It was delivered by Suroso. Then the meeting participants were separated into 3 rooms for Sumatra, Java, and the rest.

It is Monday. The Red Monday (Senin Paing 13). It was Eid al Fitr 1446 Hijriyah. I joined voluntary eid prayer in Masjid at Taqwa Bondowoso.

At about 10:00 I, Nuri, Rahutama, Dhiratama, and Anjar visited 2 cemeteries. The first one was in Karanganyar Bondowoso area where my parents in law were burried and the second one was in Poncogati Curahdami where Mbak Yet Sudiyati (sister in law) and her husband Mas Sutjipto were buried. After dropping Nuri in the house I, Rahutama, Anjar, and Dhiratama came to Tomoro Coffee shop in townsquare area to have a cup of coffee. I found the taste was average.

Going to Bondowoso

It is Saturday. The Loving Saturday (Sabtu Kliwon 17). It was the day 29th of Ramadan. We in four had early breakfast at 3:00. We then packed our stuff in the car for being ready to go.

At 6:20 I, Nuri, Rahutama, Dhiratama, and Anjar left the house for Bondowoso. The house was under surveillance of Mbak Bik. We stopped by at Anindya's house to load meatballs and meaty tofu. We entered the toll road at Jatingaleh gate.

Our trip was relatively smooth. We entered Rest Area 429A Kalirejo Ungaran Timur, Semarang Regency just for passing through. We entered Rest Area 439A Lemahireng Bawen Semarang Regency, a new one,for peeing.

We stopped many times at several rest areas. The first stopped was at Rest Area 626 A Pajaran Saradan, Madiun Regency. We had a break for a while. It is Wednesday. The Black Wednesday (Buda Cemeng 11). I was not in a good condition. I thought I got flu so I had to come to the public health center (puskesmas). I asked Nuri to accompany there. At 9:00 we left the house. I stopped by at Simongan copy shop to take a meeting matter. I stopped by again at IPPU Office on Jalan Boediono to pass the matter. I met Masrianto, Mustofa Kamal, Wahyu Kusno, and Wismaningsih. I also met Harsono and Arus on the way back to the car. Nuri then dropped me on Jalan Kyai Saleh close to Puskesmas Pandanaran.

The health treatment process in the puskesmas was very fast. At 9:41 I took the qeue paper, H29. In a short time I was at the registration desk. The officer asked me to the first floor to the senior booth. A nurse cheked my blood pressure, 134/65. Then doctor Dwiono examined me. He prescribed 5 medicines: Cetrizine tab 10mg 4tabs 1 a day, vitamin B12 4tabs 1 a day,ibuprofen tab400mg 6tabs 2 a day, N-acetyl sytein cap 6caps 2 a day, and Frednnizon tab 5mg 6tabs 2 a day. Joining a Wedding Party

Renewing Passports

Our passports had been expired on July, 2024. At 9:15 we arrived there. After completing the documents at 10:15 and we entered the line. Our numbers were 54 and 55. The first step was clarifying documents. There 2 ladies behind the tables. Then the second step was conversation, taking fingerprints, and taking personal picture. Banyudono Gate was replacing Kartasura Gate due to the operation of Solo-JOgja Toll Road. The toll tariff was Rp96.500.

At about 11:30 we stopped at Tamansari REsto for having late breakfast. As usual Tamansari was visited by many customers. We had be in line to get to the casher. I consumed rice and fish curry.

We then went to PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital on Jalan Ranggawarsita. We visited Meiyanto in Room 414 Floor Hamka1. He was hospitalized because there was a plug in his brain making his legs could not be moved. We met him, his wife, and 2 people visiting him. We were just there for about 10minute because we were not in the visiting time.

Our followin destination was Pasar Gede (Main Market) Surakarta. We shopped some snacks and tried dawet drink. At about 14:30 we arrived at Pasar Beteng. Nuri shopped batiks there. We also came to Gedung Juang nearby to see the interior. At 16:00 we arrived at Masjid Ageng Kraton Surakarta for paying our prayers and had a slight break.

At about 17:15 we were arriving at Bandeng Mbak Mar Foodstall. We dined there. We tasted fried milk fish liked what we had 20 years ago. I found the fish was saltier and the chilli pepper paste (sambel) was less hot. We spent almost Rp140.000.
