Rahutama Coming

It is Friday. Sweet Friday (Jumat Legi). I and Nuri woke up for having breakfast for the day 26th of Ramadan. I slept again after praying. At about 07:00 I woke up again and washed my clothes. The pile of wore clothes was short but I needed to make them clean.

At 09:00 by a Gojek bike I went to Bank Jateng Pemuda to withdraw my salary of the 13th month. I was in a long line. Furtunately, I met Sunarko and Agus there. I chatted to Sunarko during our waiting for our turn. At 11:00 I concluded with my turn. I went back home by a Gojek bike again.

At 12:00 I joined Friday Prayer in Masjid Attaqwa. When I was back home Nuri was ready to pick Rahutama up from Tawang Station. Rahutama used Sembrani Lebaran to get himself to Semarang from Surabaya. At about 14:30 they came home. Lanjutannya...

Going to Ungaran

It is Thursday. Loving Thursday (Kamis Kliwon). At 03:00 I and Nuri woke up for having early breakfast. It was the day 25th of Ramadan. It was also a formal holiday to remember the Ascension of Jesus Christ.

At 08:00 I and Nuri went to Nissin factory in Ungaran to buy some biscuit. The counter was crowded of people wanted to shop there. We were about an hour there until Nuri concluded her shopping. On the way home we stopped by at Virgin Bakery Ungaran to buy some snacks. We also stopped by at Superindo Shop Simongan to buy jelly.

This day Rahutama was scheduled to came in the evening but he delayed it due to his missing of catching the train. He told to have to stay in Banyuwangi waited for the next train.

In the afternoon I walked along streets of Pamularsih Barat VII, Puspowarno Raya, Sudirman, Sugijapranata, Sutomo, Kalisari Baru, Gisiksari Raya, Kaligarang, Gedung Batu Utara, and Pamularsih II. It was about 5,4km long.

Dining Out

It is Wednesday. Black Wednesday (Rabu Wage). I and Nuri still maintained our early breakfast, an activity recommended by the prophet. In the whole day I was no other activity. I just slept. The day was hot. It was about a week with no showering. At about 12:00 in front of the house I directed the technicians from water work authority replacing my house connection from the old to the new tertier pipe.

It is Tuesday. Yellow Tuesday (Selasa Pon). I and Nuri woke up at 03:00 for having early breafast. It was the day 23th of Ramadhan.

At about 10:00 I directed Dery remotely to draw a cross section of the toll road at the location STA 28+711. There was no median gutter there because the constructed segments nearby had no median gutter.

After isha time I bought young coconut on Jalan Puspowarno Raya. The price was Rp11.000 each.

It is Monday. Red Monday (Senin Pahing). We still maintained our early breakfast. I slept after praying.

At 09:00 I woke up and had showering. Then, I contacted Hanif at the field (Balikpapan) to clarify the drainage plan reviewing. I agreed to cancel the cross drain construction at STA 28+719 because it was not necessary.

It is Sunday. Sweet Sunday (Ahad Legi). In the morning after having early breakfast I ironed the remaining clothes. I slept after concluded.

In the afternoon Bibik and Dastan came by. They passed sweet green bean and snacks for us.

At about 07:30 I washed my clothes. They were dried before dhuhur time.

In the afternoon I walked along streets Puspowarno Raya, Sudirman, Indraprasta, Imam Bonjol, Sugijapranata, Suyudono, and Simongan. I stopped by at Anindya's house. Aninday was in. Dastan was awake but Aisha was sleeping.

It is Friday. Black Friday (Jumat Wage). I had early breakfast at Warung Tegal Satuhati. As usual many people was there having breakfast.

At 10:30 I arrived at the office. Anwar and Benny arrived later. They told they were trapped in traffic jams. Priyonggo and Atina were absent. At 11:45 I joined Friday prayer at Masjid Baiturrahim.

At 12:45 I left the office for Gambir Station by Gojek bike and then busway buses. At 14:00 I arrived at the station. I bought rice, tofu, tempe, and vegetables for breaking my fasting.

At 15:45 I was on board, coach 9 seat 4A. At 16:15 our Argo Sindoro departed for Tawang Station. We reached Cirebon at 19:02, Tegal at 20:07, and Pekalongan at 20:56. At 10:15 I arrived at the office. Benny, Priyonggo, and Anwar were in. Atina came later. I was so relaxed because the work was low. I paid my dhuhur and ashr prayers in Masjid Baiturrahim.

Being in the Office

It is Wednesday. Red Wednesday (Rabu Pahing). At 05:39 the train arrived at Gambir Station. I intentionally got off there to get praying in the station musala. It was more comfortable than the one of Jatinegara. After praying I went to the bus stop, Gambir 1 stop. The I changed my option to Gambir 2 stop. A bus brought me to Senen stop, another bus brought me to Kampung Melayu stop, and another bus got me to Kampung Rambutan Terminal. A Gojek bike then brought me to the guesthouse at about 08:15. Bambang was in. I took time to sleep.

At 10:00 I went to the office. Anwar and Priyonggo were in. Benny came later. He told there was traffic congestion along his way. It could be due to an anarchism demo in Jalan Thamrin.

At 17:46 I and Nendi broke fasting at Masjid Baiturrahim. I also paid maghrib and isha prayers there. I dined in the office. Nendi the OB bought me nasi padang.

Going to Jakarta

It is Tuesday. Sweet Tuesday (Selasa Legi). In the morning at 03:30 I woke up for having early breakfast. Nuri provided vegetables soup for me. After praying I slept again.

At 07:00 I woke up again. Nuri told she would go out to settle some matters, one of them was buying tickets for me. I planned to go to Jakarta this evening. When she was out the vegetables vendor passed me vegetables as Nuri's request. I just paid them off.

In the afternoon I joined breaking fasting gathering in Hotel Po (formerly Crowne Plaza Hotel). Adiati was the hostess. The other participants were Hariyoto, Kusumastuti, Retnobroto, Noeri, and Juli.

At 22:00 by a Gojek car I went to Tawang Station. My train was Argo Bromo Anggrek scheduled to depart at 23:30. At 23:15 the train came. It was from Surabaya Pasarturi. I got on board directly, coach 7 seat 6A. The train departed on time. No passanger beside me. Lanjutannya...

It is Sunday. Black Sunday (Ahad Wage). I could not sleep due to drinking coffee. I thought I had been detoxified so when coffee was consumed it made me awakening. At 03:00 I had early breakfast. After praying I could sleep.

After waking up again I ironed my clothes. Then I slept again. Coffee had ruined my sleep pattern.

In the afternoon I bought a young coconut at a kiosk on Jalan Puspanjolo Selatan. Nuri used it a condiment of cocktail.

Walking

It is Saturday. Yellow Saturday (Sabtu Pon). Nuri woke me up at 03:30 for having early breakfast. After praying I went to sleep. At 07:00 I woke up again and washed my clothes. The day was clear so at about 12:00 they were dried. I ironed part of them directly.

At about 10:00 Anindya, Dastan, Ailin, and Bibik came. Ailin and Bibik came in home. Anindya and Dastan continued to shop. We were happy having finding that Ailin was so cute. She could name almost every thing.

At 16:00 I walked along streets of Puspagiwang Timur, Sudirman, Indraprasta, Nakula, Imam Bonjol, Sugijapranata, Sudirman, and Bojongsalaman. I walked about 6,3km. I arrived at home at 17:15. Maghrib time was 17:33.

At 20:30 I and Nuri came to Kong Djie Coffee on Jalan Depok. I just tasted a cup of coffee O. I found it was nice. They also provided various snacks suck as partly boiled egg and resoles. They were tasty, too. Lanjutannya...

It is Friday. Red Friday (Jumat Pahing). I had early breakfast at Warung Tegal Satuhati. Then, I slept again after praying.

At 10:00 I arrived at the office. Benny and Priyonggo were in. Atina and Anwar were absent. I just stopped by at the office.

At 10:30 I left the office for Gambir. A Gojek bike brought me to PGC1 stop. Then a busway bus brought me to Pal Putih stop. I checked out. I came to Masjid Al Furqon nearby. I joined Friday prayer there.

After praying I checked in again busway area. A busway dropped me at Senen Sentral stop. A busway bus finally brought me to Gambir stop. At 13:05 I arrived at the station. I bought rice and vegetables for breaking my fasting. At 12:30 I got on board.

It is Wednesday. Loving Wednesday. I woke up at 03:30 then had early breakfast. After dawn praying I went to the station. Nuri accompanied me. I would go to Jakarta on go show mode. I got an Argo Sindoro train at Rp240.000. I would be in coach 6 seat 10A. At 05:30 I went on board.

At 06:00 the train departed for Gambir. I got slept. At 11:39 I got off at Jatinegara Station. The station was under construction for enlarging. Track 1 and track 2 were removed. I check out of the station and waiting for the car in front of Sinar Minang Resto. A Gojek car then brought me to the guesthouse. At 12:35 I arrived at the guesthouse. Iik and Yadi were there.

I was still at home to recover myself from cough. My chest was painful when I was coughing. Fortunately, it happened rarely.

It is Sunday. Red Sunday (Ahad Pahing). In the morning after dawn prayer I washed my clothes then hanged them for drying. At about 07:00 I slept again.

At 10:00 I, Nuri, and Dastan went to Rajawali Toy shop to buy a Dastan a set of toys. He took an Ultraman toy. He seemed very happy having that stuff. We then went to Sarika Pharmacy to buy some medicines.

It is Saturday. Sweet Saturday. I got up at about 03:00 to have early breakfast. During the day I was at home sleeping for recovering.

After having breaking fasting at home. I, Nuri, Anindya, Dastan, and Ailin went to Raa Cha Suki & BBQ in Citra Mall to dine. During our waiting to get the turn we dropped by at a toy shop. I bought a toy for Ailin. Our turn came at about 20:00, They provided good food. I enjoyed almost all. Unfortunately, we did not find fish, the stuff I liked. It is Friday. Loving Friday. I had early breakfast at nasi uduk kiosk. I slept again after praying. I arrived at the office at 10:15. Anwar was in. Benny and Priyonggo came later. Atina was absent.

At 12:00 I did prayer in Masjid Baiturrahim. At 13:00 I left the office for Gambir Station. As usual I used a Gojek bike to bring me to PGC1 stop. I continued to get myself at Senen stop by a busway bus. Another bus brought me to Gambir Station. At 14:45 arrived at the station. I printed the boarding pass then I bought rice, tofu, and tempe in a canteen. The rice would be my dinner in the coach.

At 15:45 I got in board. My train was Argo Sindoro. I was in coach 7 seat 1A. At about 16:15 when I was sleeping the train departed for Tawang Station. The train reached Cirebon at 19:00, Tegal at 20:11, and Pekalongan at 20:57. The train arrived at Tawang Station at 22:08. Nuri picked me home. At about 23:00 I arrived at home.

It is Thursday. Black Thursday (Kamis Wage). In the morning at 03:00 after consuming an apple I had breakfast at Warung Tegal Satuhati. I slept after praying. At 10:15 I arrived at the office. Priyonggo and Atina were in. Benny came later. Anwar was still absent.

After dhuhur time I trimmed the hair at Cahaya Barbershop. The tariff was Rp20.000. I went back to the office after trimming.

At 17:45 I broke my fasting at Masjid Baiturrahim. The takjil (various snacks mostly sweet for fasting breaking contributed by jamaah) was provided. I took sweet tea, dates, and sticky rice with chicken. I did my maghrib and isha prayers on jamak qashar mode there. I had to wait for showering stop before going back to the office and then to the guesthouse.

At 19:30 I left the office for Shabu Hachi Grill Resto on Gatot Subroto to join dinner gathering. A Gojek car at Rp69.000 brought me there. At 20:11 I arrived there and joined Kanti, Risna, Yati, Endi, Seta and Ade. They had been dining since 20:00. We chatted excitedly about our schoolmates and presidential election. It is Wednesday. Yellow Wednesday (Rabu Pon). I woke up at 02:45 and started to have early breakfast. I consumed water and an apple. At 03:00 I went to Warung Tegal Satuhati. I had breakfast there. Iik and other draftmans were also having breakfast there. After praying I slept again.

I arrived at the office at 11:15. Atina, Benny, and Priyonggo were in. I looked for Dery but he was not in.

After maghrib time I went back to the guesthouse. I stopped by at Warung Padang Cahaya Baru for dining. Then, in a hurry I walked to the guesthouse because it seemed the showering would be coming. Lanjutannya...

Going to Jakarta

It is Tuesday. Red Tuesday (Selasa Pahing). We got up at 03:30 and had early breakfast. At 04:50 Nuri dropped me at Tawang Station. I would go to Jakarta on go show mode. I got an Argo Sindoro ticket at Rp240.000. I would be in coach 8 seat 9B.

The train departed on time at 06:00. At 11:51 I got off at Jatinegara Station. A Gojek car then brought me to the guesthouse. I arrived there at 12:45.

After praying I went to the office. Benny, Anwar, Atina, and Priyonggo were in. Utayanto came later. Basa and 2 other officers were in the office. Basa, along with Utayanto then left the office.

I left the office at about 17:00 after Anwar, Atina, Benny, and Priyonggo leaving. Maghrib time was at 17:45. I stopped by at Alfa Midi Shop to buy apples. I broke my fasting by having water, 3 dates, and an apple. At 20:00 I went to nasi uduk kiosk for dining. Lanjutannya...

Going to Solo

It is Monday. Sweet Monday (Senin Legi). It was the day 1st of Ramadan. I and Nuri went to Solo. Before going there, at 08:00 I went to Mandiri Bank and BCA Bank Pemuda to print the bankbooks. A Gojek bike brought me there. Then I came to Bank Jateng Pemuda to withdraw my pension salary. I found my salary increased to more than Rp4.000.000. Finally, I went to BNI Bank Pemuda to deposit the money I just withdrew. Nuri picked me up there.

We then led to Solo. At Fuel Station Gajahmungkur we stopped. Nuri refilled the fuel tank I topped up the e-money. I was not aware that Nuri's Mandiri card I just used was left behind.

We used the toll road. We spent Rp5.000 for inner town toll road and Rp65.500 for Semarang - Kartasura toll road. At dhuhur time we arrived at Pusat Grosir Solo. We parked there and Nuri shopped at Beteng Market. The market offered various kinds of batik.

At about 13:15 we went to Metro Shop in Solo Baru area. I bought wallet and handkerchiefs. Mines had been ruined. At about 14:00 we went back home.

We stopped by 3 times. We stopped at a snack shop near Hotel Sahid to buy cheese stick for the kids. Then, we stopped at Semar Kitchen in Kartasura to buy garang asem ayam (steamed spicy chicken). Finally we stopped at a fuel station to do praying. At 17:30 we arrived at home. It was just before maghrib time.

In the evening we went to Anindya's house to see the kids. They were fine. Mr. and Mrs Djoni came later. They just gave Dastan and Ailin some kind of food. Lanjutannya...

Welcoming Ramadhan

It is Sunday. Loving Sunday (Ahad Kliwon). In the morning Nuri went out to accompany Anindya going to the airport. She would go to Mataram Lombok to visit Bagus. The kids did not accompany their mum. They were sleeping.

Before dhuhur time I ironed my clothes I had washed yesterday.

In the afternoon Bibik came along with the kids. They were still happy though their mum was away. I was being with them making coffee, taking pictures, and watching the cats.

In the evening I and Nuri dined at Mie Ramor Resto. It was just after raining so the air remained clean. The streets were less traffic since many people doing tarawih prayer. It would be the first day of Ramadhan tomorrow. Lanjutannya...

Joining a Wedding Party

It is Saturday. Black Saturday (Sabtu Wage). In the morning I washed my clothes. The day was promising so at 10:00 they were dried.

At 10:30 I and Nuri went to Provincial Training Center Building to join a wedding party. We stopped by at Selasih Resto. Nuri went in to give his share to a gathering. It was the monthly gathering of ITB alumni wives. They gave us fried noodles.

The wedding party was managed by Bambang Pudjo L to celebrate the marriage of his daughter, Ratri Septi Adiani. She married to Andrian Ramadhan. As usual a wedding party became a reunion. It was the reunion of former employees of Central Java Water Supply Project. We met my former colleagues such as Setyoso, Eddi Widodo, Karyadi, Bharoto, Umar, Djoko Roosmany, and Anwar. The organizer provided nice dishes and we enjoyed them.

Going Back to Semarang

It is Friday. Yellow Friday (Jumat Pon). I had breakfast at Warung Tegal Satuhati. I arrived at the office at 10:15. There was no one in the office. Anwar was absent, Atina was also absent. Priyonggo would be coming in the afternoon. Benny was in Balikpapan for a meeting. At 11:55 I went to Masjid Baiturrahim to join Friday prayer. The preacher was in the stage when I came.

At 13:05 I left the office for PGC1 stop by a Gojek bike. The fare was at new scheme. I spent Rp21.000. Previously, I spent Rp12.000. At 13:35 I arrived at the stop. A bus then brought me to Harmoni stop. I transfered to another bus to get myself at Gambir stop. After printing the boarding pass I had lunch in the canteen. At 15:40 I was on board, coach 8 seat 3A.

At 16:16 the Argo Sindoro train departed for Tawang Station. It was a minute late. At 19:06 we stopped by at Cirebon, at 20:07 stopped by again at Tegal and at 20:55 we reached Pekalongan. Being in the Office

It is Thursday. Red Thursday (Kamis Pahing). I arrived at the office at 11:05. Priyonggo, Anwar, Atina, and Utayanto were in.

After dhuhur time I, Priyonggo, and Atina went to Karimata Resto in Taman Mini area for lunch. We wanted to taste baked patin fish in the bambu tube. Unfortunately, it was run out. So, we ordered deep fried carp fish. Two dishes of vegetables were also ordered. They all were tasty.

Atina and Priyonggo went back to the office. I went to Tamini Square Mall. I look for toys for Dastan and Ailin but I did not find the ones I intended. I So I went back to the office and continued working. I ordered nasi padang for my dinner. After maghrib time I went back to the guesthouse. Lanjutannya...

Gathering

It is Wednesday. Sweet Wednesday (Rabu Legi). I was still coughing. I had breakfast at Warung Tegal Satuhati.

At 11:00 I left the guesthouse to join a gathering at Seta's house in Jakasempurna Housing Bekasi. I ordered a Gojek car to bring me there. The price was Rp81.000 but the car did not come. I cancelled order the second time, the price was up to Rp91.000 but the car still did not come. I repeated ordering many times till the price going to Rp121.000 but the car did not show up. So I ordered a Bluebird taxi. I traced non expected streets because there were traffic jams at many place. Finally, I reached Seta's house at 12:15. The taxi fare was Rp141.000.

When I came many secondary schoolmates were in. They were Suharyanto, Sri Rumini, Hariarti Budi Lestari, Cendy Prapto Triyanto, Roosmariani, Savitri Fadjarwati, Widati, Dyah Kusnaniah, Oscar Harimawan, Dwi Kartikarini, Hesti Retnaningsih, Endianto Masseh, Dwihati Lukitaningsih, Indah Kentjono Hesti and her husband. Gandhi and his wife, Hera Pratiwi, Hadi Wibowo and his wife, and finally Widarto came later. Seta and Peni served as good host and hostess. Many dishes and snacks were served such as pecel, rawon, onde-onde, brownies, cakes, and various fruits. Gandhi added them with porridge and javanese noodles. Seta and Peni also provided a single organ to enable us performing our songs.
