Mr. Supardjo Passing a Way

It was Thursday. This morning I joined the qigong for the whole session. I was sweated so I changed my tee shirt. At about 09:00 Mr. and Mrs. Djoni came to see the baby. I received a message from Mr. Eko that Mr. Supardjo was passing a way. I could not came to his house to pay my condolence because no car. Mr. Supardjo was my colleague at the Water Resources Agency.

Before noon Nuri accompanied Argi to see a doctor at the Kariadi Hospital. At 14:00 they went home. The day was so hot. I went to the Secretariat of Indonesia Hydraulic Engineers Association to get my membership card.

It was showering in the evening.

Monthly Meeting

It was Wednesday. In the morning I joined the qigong for the whole session. The participants were about 12 people. Argi had difficulty to urine. It seemed he got rising immunity.

I was invited to see the Water Resources Council meeting in the office but I did not join it because I planned to see doctor Suharti. At 11:00 I and Nuri joined the monthly meeting of ex water supply project employees' wives in Banyumanik. Mrs Sumaryati, Mr. Bharoto, Mrs. Bud Rahardjo, Mrs. Surjadi, Mr. Suprijanto and Mrs. Arus were the participants. Mrs. Amat Yatin was the hostess. I met Mr. Bharoto, Mr. Bud Rahardjo, Mr. Amat Yatin and Mr. Tarsono. They were accompanying their wives.

After meeting I and Nuri went to Telogorejo hospital to take the CTscan interpretation and to see the doctor. Unfortunately, the doctor were on leave. So, we were home. CT Scan

It was Tuesday. This morning I did not joined the qiqong because I would undergo CTscan. At 09:00 I and Nuri went to Telogorejo hospital. After registering at Askes desk, we went up to the CTscan section. About 30 we were there. A nurse and a technician operated the equipment. The nurse had difficulty to insert contrast liquid to my body although eventually she succed. After paying off the cost Rp1.300.000 we went home to take the old scan. The hospital need to compare with new.

We then had breakfast at the Grill Resto. The resto was cozy and the dish was tasty. I spent Rp103,000 for our breakfast.

In the afternoon Nuri, Anindya and Bagus took the baby to Elisabeth hospital. He was vomiting and there was blood tract.

Discussion

It was Monday. I joined the qigong in the morning. The instructor was Chen Ming. I was only a half session because I would have another activity. After having sleeping for a while at home, I then went to the office to join a discussion. It was still about draft of Governor decree concerning the policy on hydrology information system policy.

The discussion was managed at the Gajahmungkur room led by Mr. Bena started at 09:48. The participants were Mr. Ghozi, Mr. Suhartono, Mr. Djumono, Pangestu, Azwar Anas, and three gentlemen from the Weather, Informatics and Groundwater agencies. The discussion concluded at 14:30.

Massage Need

It was Sunday. I got up at 03:30, night prayed and at 04:10 I dawn prayed. Then, I was relaxed on bed. My breakfast was papaya leaf and fried tempe. I enjoyed the ritual on giving bathing to the baby.

Before noon I wiped the floor. Mrs. Djoni and Om Benny came to see the baby. She suggested to massage the baby. So, I and Nuri went to Sugijapranata clinic to get information. The massage sessions were managed from Monday to Saturday.

In the evening I and Anindya went to a BNI ATM on Jalan Pamularsih to withdraw money. Before sleeping I wrote a letter to USBU (construction company competency certification unit) Central Java concerning fee for the assessor. Lanjutannya...

Joining a Wedding Party

It was Saturday. I got up at 03:00 to pray isha. At 04:15 I prayed again, it was dawn prayer. Dawn was at 04:00. Then, I continued to sleep.

This morning Nuri bought nasipecel for our breakfast. I wiped and mopped the floor. It was good to train my muscle. Nuri made tuna in coconut milk for our lunch.

In the evening I and Nuri came to Garcia Hotel to join a wedding party. It was managed by Mrs. Hari Setiawan to celebrate the marriage of her daughter, Dwinda Hariezqa Savitri to Krishnamurti Wardhana. During the party we met Mr. and Mrs. Hidayat. Lanjutannya...

Seeing a Doctor

It was Friday. I joined the qigong in the morning. At 09:00 I went to the office to joined a discussion. The discussion was concerning the draft of Governor decree imposing the establishment of hydrology information system. The participants were Mr. Ghozi, Mr. Suhartono, Mr. Djumono and Mr. Bena. The discussion stopped at 11:30.

I joined the Friday at Attaqwa mosque. The day was hot but I still had the energy to cope with.

At 14:00 I and Nuri came to the Telogorejo hospital to register to see doctor Suharti. The queu was long since I got #26. At 19:00 my turn came. My blood pressure was 180/100. It was high so the doctor gave me Amlodipine 5mg, 30 caplets. I had to consumed a caplet a day.

Askes Procedure

It was Thursday. I deliberately did not join the qigong because I would undergo a CT scan. For the purpose I was fasting. In waiting for Nuri preparing herself I wiped and mopped the floor.

At 10:00 I and Nuri arrived at the Elizabeth hospital. At the Askes administration we knew that a doctor Suharti's paper could not be used to get Askes reimbursement. Then, we went to the CT scan administration. The cost was Rp3,600,000. If we used Askes we might pay only Rp1,800,000.

Because we had no chance at the hospital we went to Telogorejo hospital where doctor Suharti was in charge. At the Askes administration we knew that the paper should be renewed with this hospital format one. Because the doctor was not in practice today, we went home. Presentation

It was Wednesday. I got up at 04:00, prayed and finishing my slide. At the dawn time I prayed again. At 05:30 my slide was ready to presentation. At 06:00 Riyanto fetched me for Jepara. On the way we stopped by Jatingaleh to get Mr. Ketut. We stopped again at a food stand in Demak to have breakfast. At 09:00 we arrived at the Bupati Jepara office.

We were here to diseminate Jawa Tengah policy on water resources and establishment of a coordination body. The participants were agencies' chief of Jepara.We had to wait for the gentleman in  charge for opening the session for about 2 hours. Mr. Ketut presented the policy and I presented the regulation to establish the coordination  body. At 14:00 we went back home. In the evening Anindya saw a doctor to control her post natal condition.

Being with Farmers

It was Tuesday. I did not joined the qigong. At 08:00 Bu Niken and Hendro fetched me to go to Ungaran. On the way we fetched Mr. Ghozi. We stopped by a food stall to have breakfast. At 10:00 we arrived at Bappeda office, Ungaran.

There was no gentlemen in charge to open the session so we just started it. Mr. Ghozi presented the participative irrigation and Ms. Asil Triyuni presented the program for enpowering the farmer. I was the moderator. Then we had a working group of the farmers, farmer escorts and irrigation officers or Sejomerto and Senjoyo irrigation area to reveal their needs. Discussion

It was Monday. I still joined the qigong. The session was only 30% of as usual and the remaining time was used by the instructor to explain more about the practice. It was good for me because I then understood the concept: slowly motion, breathing and concentration.

At 10:00 I joined a discussion at my former office. The participants were Mr. Ghozi, Mr. Djumono, Mr. Bena and Mr. Azwar Anas. It was concerning the establishment of hydrology information system. Usual Day

It was Sunday. I got up at 04:30, prayed and laid on bed again. I watched Nuri gave bath to the baby. Then I wiped and mopped the floor. I liked to those activities.

At about 13:00 Anindya welcomed guests. They were her colleague, his wife and his baby. After they left, Om Benny and Dimas came to see the baby.

This day our breakfast was pasta. The lunch and dinner was papaya leaf. Stir fry papaya leaf was tasty.

Walking

It was Saturday. This morning I was absent to join the qigong. Instead I walked along the perimeter of our area. I stopped by a street market at Jalan Puspanjolo Selatan to buy boiled corn (blendung) and cassava (gatot). I ate them at home.

Before noon Mrs. Djoni and om Benny came home to see the baby. They looked happy. I thought the baby had brought us lot of joys.

In the afternoon I and Nuri went to Johar shopping area to buy baby goods. One of them was a support used when bathing. In the evening a short showering made the air chiller. It was nice.

Checking the Baby to a Doctor

It was Friday. My day started with joining qigong at the temple. Mr. Daril was joining, too. He rarely come to the venue because he was in recovery from leg broken. Pins were installed in the two of his legs. After concluding we had a small chat.

I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa mosque. When I was starting leaving to the mosque, Mr. and Mrs. Djoni and Dimas came to see the baby. Bagus and Anindya were in.

In the afternoon Anindya, Nuri and the baby went to Elizabeth hospital to see a doctor. It was regular check for the baby. At home I wiped and mopped the floor. In the evening it was light showering. The weather condition was still hot.

Rahutama Going to Bandung

It was Thursday. The day seemed having moved earlier. When I leaved home in the morning, the sun had risen above the horizon although it was still 05:30. I drew money and paid off the Citicard invoice. Then, I also refueled the car. I arrived at the temple at 05:50. I joined qigong for the whole session.

Our breakfast was nasi pecel, NUri bought it. I slept after having breakfast. In the afternoon Dimas came to see the baby. In the evening I and Nuri dropped Rahutama at Nusantara bus agent. He would go to Bandung. Not long after we were home, Dimas and Andika came to see the baby.

Today the baby had more crying. it might be he had not enough milk. Anindya feed him but her left nipple was hurt.

The Baby Being Home

It was Wednesday. Qigong was my first activity today. The participants were about 15 people. Although I felt reluctant when going to the venue, I was so fresh when leaving from.

At 11:00 Rahutama dropped me at my former office. Starting with lunch, I was involved to a discussion. Mr. Ghozi and Mr. Bena were the participants. At 15:30 the discussion concluded. After praying Mr. Bena dropped me at home. At home Pak Yus was servicing the ACs. Then, I and Rahutama went to Bunda hospital to see the baby.

Eid ultra Adha

It was Tuesday. It was Eid ul Adha. After having praying I prepared for joining to the Attaqwa mosque. At 06:00 I joined the congregation Eid prayer. This morning I enjoyed the dishes of Eid festival. Mr. and Mrs. Djoni, Bagus and Mr. Gawat. They buried the tembuni.

It was Monday. The Sweet Monday (Senin Legi 9). It was free day for the worker because tomorrow would be Eid ul Adha.

In the afternoon I moped the floor. Then, I watered the front yard. Nuri, Rahutama and Mbak Poppy went to Bunda Maternal Hospital to see Anindya. Since this noon she had been there to prepare delivery. Rahutama went home with nasipadang. I had it for dinner. The I, Rahutama and Argi went to the hospital. Anindya delivered her son at 20:45. It was Sunday. Rahutama arrived at home at 03:00. So I woke up in the middle of my sleep.

It was Saturday. I did not join the qigong. Rahutama told he departed from Bandung. He got stuck in Brebes because the traffic was so crowded. Until the night he did not arrive at Semarang.It was Saturday. As usual I got up at 4:00. I just prayed and turned off outside lamps. After reading the newspaper I slept again. It was Thursday. I joined the qigong in the morning. I joined in a whole session although the Thursday session is the hardest. My breakfast was pasta, it was for my lunch, too.

In the afternoon I went out again. I came to the office to pass my gift for Mr. Purwadi's wedding party through Mr. Suwondo. Then, I came to Mr. Clean Laundry to drop and take the clothes. At the end, I came to a young coconut stand to buy one.

It was Friday. I got up at 05:00, prayed and prepared for going. At 05:40 I went to the temple to join qigong. At the venue I met Mr. Daril, the man had suggested me to join the qigong when I would undergo colonoscopy 26 February 2013. He seemed to be joining again. This day the instructor from Surabaya still supervise our movement.

This day I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa mosque. After having lunch at home I joined the discussion with Mr. Bena, Mr. Djumono and Mr. Ghozi at the Water Resources Council Secretariat room. The discussion ended at 17:00. At home I weted the front yard.

Anindya Coming

It was Tuesday. I did not join the qigong in the morning because I would join it in the evening. I just continued my sleep after praying.

In the afternoon I and Nuri came to the Tawang station to fetch Anindya. The train should come at 13:42, it was a matter of fact the train arrived at 16:00.

In the evening I came to Shangrila sport center to join the qigong. It was so hot and humid inside so I could not undergo the whole session.

It was Monday. This morning I joined the qigong. It was light showering on the to the venue. The session was led by an instructor from Surabaya. She would be here for 7 days to supervise our exercise. I was there for 2 hours.

It was Sunday. I got up this morning at 01:30 to consumed medicines I had to consumed the night before. After having dawn prayer I slept again.

Colonoscopy

It was Wednesday. I prepared for a test. An agent was administered from the rectum. So, I then defecated. The efluent was only liquid. At 07:30 I was transfered to a room to undergo a colonoscopy protocol. Doctor Sumanto was performing it. I was in spinal anaestasy. It appeared that my colon was clear, the join was so smooth.

Preparing Examination

This morning I accompanied by Nuri and Rahutama came to the Elizabeth hospital to prepare body examination. I had Fransiskus room 9. It was the room I had occupied during my colon operation last March.

The hospital served porridge for facilitating washing out. However, I was nausea and vomiting. So, I consumed it at a little portion.
