Being at Home

It was the day for valuntarily fasting so I got up at 03:15 for having early breakfast. On the menu was rice, tempe soup and fried smashed milkfish. As usual I slept again after dawn praying. At 08:00 I to some works such as wiping the floor, picking up the clothes from the laundry and polishing the shoes. Nuri and Bu Kus worked together to make the basement room tidy. I had a nice afternoon sleep. At 17:30 I broke my fasting.

Being at Home

I got up at 05:00, prayed and had rest. I wiped and mopped the floor. At 08:00 I came to the Post Office, Pamularsih to send DVDs in 3 envilops to Adri Supar, Bambang Purwa and Gatot Supriya, respectively. It costed Rp50,500. At 11:00 Nuri went to Godong Salam to join ITB alumni wives monthly gathering. The day was still hot. It seemed it would rain.

Copying DVD

At 11:00 I went to a multimedia printing station (Red Bee Advertising) to copy the reunion DVDs. It seemed the clerk needed much time to do so I went back home. At 16:00 I came there again. The copy process finished. I paid Rp15.000 for 6 copies.

Although I slept at 03:00 in the morning I got up again at 05:00 for praying. At 08:00 I wiped the floor. I felt good if the floor was cleaned. So, I continued to enumerate the address. At 16:45 I walked till Balad store area.

Going Out

I got up at 04:00. There was 12 minutes for me to have breakfast. I had a banana, a cup of vegetable soup and 3 glasses of water for my early breakfast. I thought those 3 kinds of stuff were enough for me. I slept again after dawn praying.

At 11:00 I and Nuri went out to do some activities. First, we dropped our used clothes to the laundry mart. Second, we stopped by Berkah Catering on Lempongsari to let Nuri clarifying some items. Third, we came to Citra Mall. Nuri shopped while I was buying some office and computer supplies. Finally, we visited Merbabu Bookstore to by special envilops.

This day was hot. I tried to copy a DVD content but I failed. I had a short afternoon sleep before I broke my fasting at the maghrib time 17:26.

Joining a Wedding Party

On celebrating the marriage of his daughter, Mr Djoko organized the party at Central Java Traing Center Hall at 19:00 to 21:00. His daughter, Bestari Arum Bening married to Muh Fauzan Baihaqi. I, Nuri and Ms Marsaulina Bharoto together came to join. In the party we met Mr Sudirman, Mr Yatin, Mr Yiyi, etc.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and slept again. At 06:30 I began to walk. I traced Kaligarang Bridge, Jalan Basudewa and Banjirkanal Bridge. As usual I bought steamed corn and black sticky rice for my breakfast.

At 11:00 I came to pay my condolence for the passing a way of Mr Imam Wasirin at 02:00. At the mourning house I met Mr Eko, Mr Sri Pur and Mr Sriyanto. On the way home I and Rahutama stopped by a Pecel Nganjuk stand at Jalan Anjasmoro to have lunch.

Shopping

I was still at home in the morning. There was a will to walk but my short was still at the loundry. I got up at 05:00, prayed and slept again. My breakfast was simple, it was rice and egg plant hot soup.

In the evening after maghrib time I and Nuri went to Duta Pertiwi Mall. It has been long time since my last visit. We bought wheat bread and fruit. After shopping I continued to digitize the highschool alumni data. Lanjutannya...

Alumni Meeting

This afternoon at 13:30 I joined a batch 1974 highschool alumni meeting at Daun Salam Resto. The meeting was attended by Hariyoto, Adyati, Kusumastuti and Retnobroto to discuss the report following the reunion we organized last Februari 2012. We also celebrated the birthday of Adyati. Widiyatno and Juli have been invited but they could not join us. There were 3 points in discussion: financial, attendance and schedule. We dismissed at 15:00.

I got up at 04:30, prayed and slept again. I could not go for walking because my short was still at the loundry mart. Nuri provided nasi goreng for our breakfast. I joined the Friday Worshipping at Attaqwa Mosque. Lanjutannya...

Being at Home

It was the day for fasting so I prefer being at home to having activities out. This morning I got up at 03:15, had early breakfast, prayed and slept again. At about 07:00 I got up again and then wiped the floor. I had an afternoon slept from 13:00 to 14:30. I broke my fasting at 17:28.

This day I actually expected to get an invitation from Mr Niam to a meeting. However, until afternoon it did not show up. In the evening I and Nuri put our eyes on the list of people going to be invited on the wedding party. The sum was more than 250, so we had to reduced it. Lanjutannya...

Going Back to Semarang

I had no time anymore in Semarang. I was scheduled to meet Mr Zaenal and Mr Niam in Semarang. So, I had to go back to Semarang.

I went back by Air Asia flight QZ7568 scheduled to depart at 05:45 from the Soetta Airport. To get there, I got up at 03:30 and ready to go at 04:00. Anindya accompanied me and Rahutama to the airport. We arrived there at 04:45. We directly cheched into the waiting room. We have checked in previously by internet. At 05:10 we had boarded but the plane took off at 05:55.

We landed at the Ahmad Yani Airport of Semarang at 06:45. Nuri picked us up to home. On the way we bought nasi pecel for our breakfast.

I was at the BBWS PJ office from 09:30 to 15:30 to discuss matters for a meeting. Mr Niam and Pandu involved in the discussion. We settled the matters on the Jratunseluna Watersheds Management Plan.

In the evening I was at home.

Going around Jakarta

I filled my day with Jakarta sightseeing. I got up at 05:00, prayed and showered. Anindya provided breakfast for us. Rice and squid we brought from Semarang was on our menu.

At 07:10 we left the house for Anindya's office, BNI HQ Jalan Sudirman. After dropping her there I and Rahutama went to Priyono's house. We arrived at about 09:00. Amir welcomed us. I took my BNI CC and my small pouch I had left last Tuesday. We talked about his plan for about 30 minutes. Then, I and Rahutama went to the Ministry of Public Works office.

I looked for the PU correspondence book and the water management pattern composition guidelines book at the publishing section but I did not get them.

We had lunch at the Martabak Kubang. Then, because we felt sleepy we came to Lik Him's house for sleeping.

At 17:30 I and Rahutama went to Anindya's office to pick her up. I, Anindya and Rahutama came to Ambassador Mall to buy glasses for Rahutama. We had it for Rp450,000. At 22:00 we came to Lik Him's house for overnight. Bulik served us dinner

Going to Jakarta

I got up at 03:30, made roasted bread and prayed. Nuri, Anindya and Rahutama got up later. We prepared ourselves for Jakarta. At 05:30 I, Anindya and Rahutama left home for Jakarta by the new car. The traffic was flowing so at 10:30 we arrived at Cirebon.

I and Rahutma had nasi jamblang Mang Dul for our lunch. Anindya did not want to eat. Nasi jamblang is served on a jati leaf with gravy on it. We may add tofu or meat to it. We spent Rp13,000.

We continued our trip after lunch. About 10km before Cikampek the traffic was congested. There was a single accident. A loaded truck was toppled on our lane. About 1 hour we spent here. At about 15:00 we stopped by a rest area for praying, having rest and second lunch. At 18:00 we arrived at Bulik Metti's house and at 20:00 we arrived at Anindya's boarding house.

Being at Home

This day I did not go anywhere. I got up at 05:00 and prayed. At 06:30 I walked until Balad Store area. It just spent 30 minutes. I made roasted bread for my breakfast.

Yu Ti came to help Nuri. She ironed our clothes. At about 09:30 Nuri went out to be with Ms Widodo to visit Mr and Mrs Nugroho. Mr Nugroho was hospitalized at the Karyadi Hospital for his heart problem.

Monthly Gathering.

It was the time to gather with the neighbours. It happened at Juliono's house at 20:00. Mr Djarwono, Mr Sudiono, Mr Suparno, Mr Kuswari were there. Mr Sumar was absent. The monthly gathering discussed the electric line that passes my house. It was installed by Kecik to electrify illegal huts across the street. We agreed to ask his neighbourhood chief to persuade him to dismantle it.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and got relaxed. I wiped and mopped the floor. At 09:30 I joined a community meeting at the Pengairan Housing at Jalan Ngesrep VI. The community is Community on Caring Water Resources. Mr Tasambar, Mr Budi Susilo, Mr Sunomo, Mr Fauzi, Mr Ghozi, Mr Sarwoko, Mr Dirmawan were there. We discussed the organization plan. We dismissed at 14:00.

Family Meeting

At 20:00 I and Nuri went to Samudra Seafood to join Mr Djoni's family. Anindya and Bagus were also there. There were also their relatives. We had dinner together meanwhile the wedding session was also discussed. We ended it in the music room.

I got up at 03:30, had night prayed and dawn prayed. At 06:00 I walked through Kaligarang Bridge, Basudewa and Banjirkanal Bridge. At 07:30 Mbak Poppy asked permission to go home. Anindya and Rahutama accompanied her to the station.

I joined Friday Worshipping at Attaqwa Mosque.

Anindya Coming Home

Anindya came home to had time together with us in her long week end. She went back by Argo Bromo Anggrek Coachs. Bagus picked her up from the Tawang Station.

I got up at 05:00. Although I had time to prayed, I had no time to have early breakfast. I was so thirsty so I cancelled my intention to be fasting. I thought maintaining my health was compulsory but fasting was only voluntary.

I bought nasi pecel at a Pecel Nganjuk stand at Anjasmoro shopping line for our breakfast. Nuri, Anindya and Mbak Poppy were out to settle our orders to wedding vendors. I was still at home.

Going Back to Semarang

I was out of Semarang for less than 24 hour. At 09:30 I was accompanied by Hakim went to the Soekarno Hatta Airport. An Air Asia ticket as an electronic data was in my handset. On arriving at the Terminal 3 I scanned the bar code on my handset to a scanner in the Air Asia counter so my boarding pass was printed. I would be in Air Asia QZ7564 seat number 5B flying for Semarang. I had much time so I came to Bakmi Gajahmada counter to have breakfast. After zuhr prayer I checked into the waiting lounge at 12:30. The airport tax was paid on entering it. The plane was delayed from the schedule of 13:15 departure and 14:15 arrival. It took of at 14:08 and landed in Semarang at 14:53. Rahutama picked me home.

I woke up at 05:55 from a nice sleep. Of course I lost my prayer. Hakim, Asri and ARGI were biking for 30 minute. Asri could not serve breakfast to us because the stove was in trouble. In the evening Nuri reported that preparation for wedding party settled. Lanjutannya...

Masroro Djauhar Marfiah Passing a Way

At about 09:30 I received a call from Lik Santo. He told me that Masroro Djauhar Marfiah was passing a way. She was my sister in law, Priyono's wife, nicknamed as Mafik. I coordinated with Lik Santo to get us in Jakarta. I then went to the airport. By Lion Air JT 0507 I took off at 14:10 and landed at the Soekarno Hatta at 15:13. I waited for Lik Santo and Adi for about 1 hour. At 16:20 I joined them.

At 16:30 we went to Lebakbulus by a Damri Airport Bus. On the way Hakim and Anindya told us that we were taking the long way to Priyono's house. So, we got off at Manggala Wanabhakti area then we catched the Jakarta Electric Train from the Palmerah Station. We were in a hurry because the train was on ready. A lady helped us to get in the train by buying us tickets, Rp18,000 for 3 person. Thank for her. We got up at Rawabuntu Station and by using biker vendor (tukang ojek) we arrived at Priyono's house at 19:00. The biker cost was Rp30,000 for a person.

Mafik's body had been buried at about 14:30, so we just met Priyono, Amir, Luqman and the relatives. They were Hakim, Bulik Meti, Mahardi, Erna, Sari, Anindya, Asri, Peni, and ARGI. We accompanied Priyono until 22:00. At that time we dismissed. Mahardi and Erna went back to Bandung. Bulik Meti, Sari and Anindya went back to Menteng Pulo area. I, Hakim, ASri and ARGI went back to Serang. This evening I was overnight at Asri's house.

I got up at 03:45, had evening prayer and then dawn prayer. At 06:00 I walked tracing alleyes around the house for 55 minutes. My breakfast was steamed corn and cassava.

Mbak Poppy Coming Home

This afternoon Nuri and Rahutama went to the Tawang Railway Station to pick mbak Poppy up. She came from Surabaya and arrived there at 18.23. The Rajawali Coachs she rode was on time. She brought many items of stuff. Some of the them were fabrics Nuri bought for Anindya's marriage session. They arrived home at 19:30 after they finished having dinner at a soto stand.

I got up at 03:15 for having early breakfast because I intended to be fasting. As usual after praying I slept again. In the morning the condition was humid and hot because of raining at the night. I wiped the floor to get home cleaner. At 11:00 Mr. Bharoto and the wife came home. We talked many subjects about our colleagues. Joining a Wedding Party

At noon I and Nuri joined a wedding party organized by Mr. Sriyanto to celebrate his daughter marriage. His daughter, Dian Kartika Sari married to Tri Hartadi. The wedding was managed at the Building of Ministry of Public Works Professional Training Center, Tembalan. As usual joining a wedding party meaned joining a small reunion between the retired colleagues. So, we met Mr Guntoro, Mr Nidhom, etc. We also met Mr Zaenal, Mr Hidayat, Mr Hetomo, Mr Zakarijah, etc.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and prepared myself for walking. At 07:30 I walked through Jalan Pamularsih, Jalan Puspawarno Tengah and Puspanjolo Dalam. Yu Ti came home to help Nuri. On her way home, she was accompanied by Rahutama. She looked getting ill.

Joining a Wedding Party

At 12:00 I and Nuri came to Pak Sagi's house to join a wedding party. He managed it to celebrate his daughter's marriage. His daughter, Dinda Yuliana married to Muamar Latif. We met just some of our neighbours. Pak Sagi was used to my neighbour. Now, he lives at Jalan Candi Penataran VI.

In the morning I slept again after praying. At 07:30 I walked through Kaligarang Bridge, Jalan Basudewa and Banjirkanal Bridge.

Small Reunion

After maghrib time Pranoto asked me to join him at Pandanaran Hotel. He told me that Tulus and Samuel Choky were there. I and them shared the ITB Civil Engineering Class 1975. At 19:30 Rahutama dropped me there and I joined them. As usual we shared our updates. Tulus and Choky came to Semarang to assess engineers' competencies. They had time to have Semarang sight seeing. I and Pranoto accompanied them to see Gombel and trace Semarang Ungaran toll road.

As usual I got up, prayed and got relaxed. Nuri bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. I went to Ms Meis's house to pick a HATHI reference letter. Then, at 10:00 I passed it to Mr Niam. At 11:00 I arrived at home again. I joined Friday Worshipping at Attaqwa Mosque. In the afternoon Ratna and Ninok came home to check the cloth.

Driving a New Car

At 19:00 I and Rahutama drove the new car, a Nissan March, along the Semarang Ungaran toll road. We speeded it until the speedometer showed 110 kph. However, my GPS showed that the velocity was 103 kph. It seemed that the speedometer had to be calibrated. I bought a bottle of Esther C and a pack of Hemaviton Stamina Plus at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Candi.

It was my day for fasting so I got up at 03:15, had early breakfast, prayed and slept again. After gettiong up again I tried to composed an work instruction for the coordination team. Mr Niam's subordinate sent me a draft of a letter for being reviewed. I sent it back to him after I had reviewed it. Ratna came home to see her cloth. In the afternoon I had a nice afternoon sleep. Sounding a Job

At 12:30 I went to the Office of WR Operation and Maintenance to meet Mr Niam. I wanted to discussed several items. About 2 hours I, Mr Niam, Pandu and the Manager were discussing schedule of coordination chamber plenary meetings. We succeded to settle them.

I got up at 05:00 and prayed. At 06:00 I walked through Jalan Puspawarno Tengah, Sudirman, Jalan Puspanjolo Tengah. Yu Ti was at home to help Nuri.

In the evening television stations told that there was an airplane being lost of contact. The plane, a Sukhoi Superjet100 was on a joyflying. It was a brand new plane that was being promoting by the manufacturer.

Escorting Bride and Groom

At 10:30 I and Nuri accompanied Ambar and Agung going to his home in Bongsari area. We actually were asked by Bu Kus to do so. We and some of the neighbours went there in separate cars. There was a small party to welcome us.

I got up at 04:30 and prayed. At 05:45 I started to walk by tracing Kaligarang Bridge, Jalan Basudewa and Banjirkanal Bridge. I failed to contact Mr Zaenal that I had sent him an e-mail. However, by an e-mail he confirmed receiving it.

Still Fasting

Although my body was not well yet I was deliberately fasting. I woke up at 03:15 for having early breakfast. Rahutama have told me he wanted to be fasting but he cancelled to have early breakfast when I woke him up. My early breakfast was simple, rice and vegetable soup. I slept again after praying.

As usual I was still at home while Nuri and Rahutama went out. Nuri bought bread for Bu Kus and Rahutama saw his mentor. In the afternoon it was showering. The temperature slightly dropped. It was comfortable. Lanjutannya...

Going Out

Before noon to afternoon I and Nuri went to Virgin Bakery, Telogosari to survey a kind of bakery to be handed by Bu Kus for her daughter's parent of law. We actually did not find the prospective one. Because the sky was going cloudy we were then going home.

This day I woke up late so I lost my prayer. I did not make morning walk because I did not feel well. Yu Ti came home to help Nuri.

Being at Home

It was Saturday. I got up at 05:00, prayed and slept again. I did not feel well. Mightbe because I was showered yesterday while walking. Nuri bought me nasi pecel for my breakfast.

It was hot and slight humid at noon. Nuri used it to dry the washed clothes. However, The electric power slightly annoyed us. At 10:27 it was off for about 20 seconds before was on again. At 10:30 it was off again then it was on again at 10:34. The electric power state owned company (PT PLN) has bad service.

It was raining from afternoon to evening. Rahutama went out in the evening.

Receptioning

As discussed previously, this morning at 08:30 I, Mr Sumar and Mr Sudiono were assigned to be receptionist in the wedding session organized by Pak Kuswari. This morning he married his daughter Ambarsari to a guy named Agung Tri at his home. A clerk from Office of Religion Affair was invited to record the marriage. The groom were with his family and neigbour so our role was set up. The reception was organized at 13:30 after Friday Worshipping. We were again assigned to be receptionists.

As usual I got up in the morning just to pray and slept again. I joined the Friday Worshipping at Attaqwa Mosque. In the afternoon I made afternoon walk but the rain was dropped when I was on Jalan Puspawarno Tengah. I stop at a guard house. Nuri picked me up.

Being at Home

This day I did not go anywhere. I had no business made me going out. I got up at 03:15 for having breakfast. Rahutama did the same thing. I slept again after praying.

At noon Nuri went out to see Yu Ti and to shop monthly stuff at Ada Supermarket. Rahutama was still at home. Today was his birthday. He mopped the floor, a work he never did.

In the evening I joined prayer gathering organized by Pak Kuswari concerning the marriage of his daughter, Ambar. Nuri joined to the kitchen to help Bu Kus preparing food for the party.

Being at Home

I was at home since my 'trip' out yesterday to see Mr Zaenal and Mr Niam. At home I tried to compose a decree to set ad hoc commissions in the Jratunseluna Coordination Team then I sent it to their electronically.

This day was Peni's birthday, I sent my greeting through our blackberry messenger group. This day ESti posted dendeng ragi recipe on it and I forwarded it to my blog. Television stations told that this day at 11:41 Endang Sri Rahaju Sedyaningsih passed a way because of lung cancer. Nuri went to the Semarang Barat Subdistrict Office to record her data for her new identity. Lanjutannya...

Sounding a Job

I got up at 04:30, prayed and prepared myself for walking. At 06:00 I started to walk by tracing Kaligarang Bridge, Jalan Basudewo and Banjirkanal Bridge. On the way home I bought steamed corn (blendung) and cassava cake (tiwul manis) for my breakfast. My breakfast was completed by adding rice skin flour.

At 10:30 I joined a discussion with Mr Zaenal, Mr Niam and Pandu at their office concerning the coordination forum. The discussion settled at 12:30. On the way home I bought nasipadang for our lunch.

I was at home in the afternoon.
