Half Day Officing

arrived at 02.21. late for 10 minutes. Rahutama picked me up. We went to Citra Bundo Resto. I had early breakfast. We arrived home at 03.00. After dawn praying I slept. At 06.00 I woke up. I went to the office at 06.30. I became the inspecetor on the Monday ceremony. Mr Prasetyo was in.

Naming a Baby

At 10.00 I joined a gathering at Lik Him's house to annouce the name of Sari and Reza's daughter. Relatives from Sari and Reza's sides came to share their greeting. I, Nuri, Anindya, Priyono, Mafik, Luqman, Mahardi, Erna, Firda, Faris, Lik War, Lik Santo, Siswanto, Martialis, Hesti, Dwi, Maryono, Sri, Pris, Goldi, Attaf, etc. were of the crowd. The session started with the naming of God's names (asmaul husna), recital of Quran, praying for the ancestors, praising for the Prophet, speech from an woman preacher and ended with cutting the baby's hair by the crowd. Then, we had lunch together. The baby's name was Fiona Nabila Rahman.

This morning I woke up at 05.45 so I lost my prayer. I and Nuri had breakfast at Mananti Lounge. At 09.00 we checked out. Agus drove us to Menteng Pulo. I got off at Saharjo Street for being at Lik Him's house. Nuri proceeded to Anindya's house. Nuri and Anindya joined us later. Going Around

I though I had good sleep in the hotel. So, after doing dawn prayer I slept again. I and Nuri had breakfast at the food lounge on the second floor. Anindya was still in the room. Varieties of food were provided for the guests' breakfast. I really enjoyed them. At 10.00 Mbak Poppy joined us. We then went to a Sukabumi porridge stand at Tebet. Mbak Poppy and Anindya had breakfast there. Then we came to the place where Anindya stayed. Her room was clean and healthy enough. It was on Jalan Menteng Pulo. The tenant was friendly. At 11.00 we went to Pasar Ular near Tanjungpriok Harbour. We bought a small bag. At 15.00 we had late lunch at Ampera Resto Tebet. Then, we were at Ambassador Mall till 20.00. Going to Jakarta

At 12.00 I and Nuri departed from Tawang Railway Station for Gambir Jakarta. It was Argo Bromo Anggrek that brought us there. The trip was flowing but it still came to Gambir late, at 19.10. It was actually scheduled at 17.54. It was about 30 minutes we were at Gambir Station to order a hotel voucher. We got Treva International Hotel at cost of Rp400.000 per night. We got a voucher for 2 nights. After checking in we went to Lik Him's house. We met Anindya there. After a lot of chat I, Nuri and Anindya went back to the hotel. We stopped at Martabak Kubang Stand to have dinner. At 23.30 we arrived at the hotel.

This morning I woke at 05.00 then prayed. I left home at 06.30 without having breakfast. I became the inspector on the roll call. Mr Hidayat, Mr Lukito and Mr Ktut were in. Breaking Fasting

My health condition was not good this morning. After having early breakfast and dawn praying I slept again. I woke up again at 06.30 and asked Sonhaji to directly go to the office. I was still at home to get rest. At 09.30 Nuri, Bena and his wife accompanied by Sonhaji went to Banyumanik to offered our condolence to Mr Nidhom for the passing a way of his father. I broke my fasting at 11.30.

At 12.00 I accompanied by Sonhaji saw a doctor at Mardi Mulya Clinic. She gave me 3 sorts of medicine: Hufamag Plus 10 tablets, Paracetamol 500mg 10 kaplets and Goxallin 500 10 kaplets.

I woke up to pray this morning. Without having breakfast I went to the office. I joined the roll call inspected by Mr Lukito. Mr Prasetyo and Mr Ktut were in. Mr Hidayat joined us after the roll call. Then I, Mr Ktut, Mr Hidayat and Mr Lukito had breakfast at Pak Man Soto House.

I chaired a meeting discussing our preparation to manage the first meeting of Provincial WR Council. It concluded at 11.30. I and Sonhaji had lunch at Bu Fat Canteen. This was a light morning. I woke up at 05.30 and prayed. My breakfast was just rice and black rawon broth. I left the office at 06.40. I joined the roll call inspected by Mr Ktut. Mr Lukito and Mr Prasetyo were in.

In the office I gave briefing to Wulan, Anton, Sutrisno, Abdulgani, Isrofil and Jeki. They were the member of Asset and Licensing Section. I evaluated them as not performed. At 11.00 I joined crowd at Assalam Mosque commemorating the birth of the Prophet. The session ended with Zuhr prayer. The remaining office hour was filled with writing report. Going to Surakarta

I woke up for having early breakfast and had night prayer. After having dawn prayer I prepared myself for a trip to Surakarta. At 06.00 with Nuri and Sonhaji left home. We stopped at the office to take documents. We stopped again at Tamansari Resto where Nuri and Sonhaji had breakfast. I arrived at Grand Setiakawan Hotel at 09.07. It was 7 minute late since the meeting I would chaird was scheduled at 09.00. At 09.30 after waited for the other members for several minutes I chaired the meeting of Conservation Commission Meeting of the Bengawan Solo River Basins Water Resources Management Coordination Team. Then I and Sonhaji picked Nuri at Beteng Market. We arrived at home at 18.00. I broke my fasting at 18.03. Neighbourhood Gathering

This evening I came to Bowo's house to join a neighbourhood gathering. The gathering was organized as a monthly meeting of our neighbourhood. It discussed our environment issues. Another issue was Mrs Djai's plan to marry her youngest daughter. About 15 persons gather to it. It ended at 22.00.

I woke up, prayed and walked. The route was Jalan Pamularsih, Kaligarang Bridge, Jalan Basudewo, Banjirkanal Bridge, Jalan Bojongsalaman and climbed a hill to get Jalan Pamularsih I. It was 06.10 when I got home. I left home at 07.05. I was at Gradika Bhakti Praja at 07.15 to joined a gathering to commemorate the Prophet Birthday. This occasion was attended by the Governor, the Vice Governor, the Secretary and the officers. It concluded at 09.00. I then came to the office. Some papers were then settled. Usual Day

It was Thursday so I was fasting. As I did last Monday I did not have the early breakfast. I woke up after dawn prayer time had come. I left home at 06.35. I joined the ceremony inspected by Mr Prasetyo. It was the date 17th of the month ceremony. Mr Ktut and Mr Lukito were in.

I went back home to take cd rom drive. I gave Tyas a Blue Link USB Wifi adapter so I had to burn it's driver to a CD to accompany the adapter. About mid day I conveyed my greeting to Anindya. She was exactly 25 year old. She said that my greeting was late. She then told me that she was happy to stay at her new room. She could get warm water for her bathing. I left the office at 15.30. Going to Jakarta

I woke up at 05.00, prepared for a trip. At 07.00 I left home for the airport. Sonhaji took me there. Bena came after I had checked in. Our flight was Lion Air JT0501 taking off at 08.30. The plane was MD82. By a Bluebird taxi we arrived at the Ministry of PW, DG Water Resources. We met Agus Kuncoro to discuss quality assurance.

At 14.00 after we had lunch at DW Canteen and prayed at a mosque we went to the airport. We stopped by BNI Bank, Gambir to meet Bena's son. At 16.00 we checked in. Our flight was Lion Air JT0510 scheduled for boarding at 18.00. In waiting we were at Havana Lounge. I used BNI Titanium Card to enter it free. At 19.30 Boing 737-400 brought us to Semarang. Holiday

I woke up at 05.00 for dawn prayer. It was holiday to commemorate the Prophet birthday. I planned to morning walk at about 0700 but I postphoned because showering occured. At 15.00 Anindya accompanied by Bagus left home to Tawang Station. She would get Argo Muria Coachs for Jakarta.

After doing ashr prayer I did afternoon walking through Jalan Pamularsih, Puspawarno Tengah 8, Sudirman and Puspanjolo. It was a nice afternoon. Fasting without Breakfast

I woke up at 04.30 and prayed. So I had no time to have early breakfast. I went to the office at 06.45. I joined the Monday ceremony inspected by Mr Lukito. Mr Prasetyo, Mr Ktut and Mr Hidayat were in. Although I had less energy I settled some office works till the end of the office hour. At 15.30 I went home.

Joining a Wedding Party

This day I might be having lot of nutrient. I joined a wedding party in the morning and a dinner session in the evening. At 10.00 I left home for Diponegoro Convention Hall at Watugong to join a wedding party organized by Mr Nidhom Azhari to celebrate his daughter's marriage. I arrived at the place at 11.00 and some acquaintaces had been there. So, it was like a reunion session. I met Mr Suryono, Mr Hinu, Mr Sudirman, Mr Hidayat, Mr Dirmawan etc.

In the morning I woke up at 05.30, prayed and slept again. My breakfast was rice and bokchoy stir fry. The mid day was the time to join a wedding party. After having afternoon sleep I did the afternoon walk through Jalan Pamularsih, Kaligarang Bridge, Jalan Basudewo, Banjirkanal Barat Bridge, Jalan Bojongsalaman and tracked a climbing alley to get home. In the evening I, Nuri, Anindya, Rahutama and Bagus had dinner at Kobe Garden Resto. They served nice Korean and Japanase food. I enjoyed it. In the morning through afternoon I and Nuri were out. We went to Dr Lewi's pharmacy to get cups of ointment. It closed so we went to the Lunpia Kampung Baris vendor at Jalan Mataram. We tasted 2 pieces of lunpia. We then went to the the Wingko Kereta Api vendor at Jalan Cendrawasih. I recorded the two places. The information would sent to an ITB mailing list I followed. The next stop was Bimasakti Car Washing Station where the car was made clean. The last was Lewi's Pharmacy. It opened at 13.00.

I woke up at 07.00 so I lost my prayer. My breakfast was bokchoy stirfry. Rahutama went to have his English course but he was back early. He said he was sick. I cleaned the floor this morning. This day started at 02.30. I felt so satisfactory of having sleeping. I did night prayer and wrote my diary. I chatted to Edy List using facebook. After doing dawn prayer I slept again. I left home at 06.45. In the office I became the inspector in the roll call. It attended by Mr Prasetyo, Mr Hidayat, Mr Ktut and Mr Lukito. I joined the exercise session after roll call.

I changed my sport wear to batik after exercise. The remaining time was for settle my work. I joined the friday worshipping at Attaqwa Mosque. At 15.00 I, Nuri and Rahutama were Widodo Sate House. I woke up at 04.00. It was still 6 minutes to have early breakfast because dawn time was at 04.18. I just ate cake and banana. A glass of water closed the breakfast. I slept again after dawn prayer. I left home at 06.40. In the office I became the inspector in the daily roll call. No one of the management was in. They were out of the town to join meetings.

At 09.00 I joined a meeting at the Provincial Secretariat, Building A 4th floor. Mr Sugeng chair the meeting discussing preparation on inter provincial cooperation meeting. I would be managed at 23 to 25 March 2011 in Semarang. My meeting concluded at 11.00. I was at the office at 15.30. I did my afternoon walking through these streets: Pamularsih, Kaligarang Bridge, Basudewa, Lemahgempal Bridge, Bojongsalaman, Pamularsih Timur 9, Puspanjolo and Pamularsih Dalam. I joined the montly meeting this afternoon. It was usually organized in the morning. The reason was that Mr Prasetyo had to join a meeting at the provincial secretariat this morning. The afternoon meeting was attended by the management without Mr Novianto. It was preceeded by the transfer of positions. The meeting concluded at 16.00.

I woke up at 05.00 then I prayed. The weather was fair so I did my morning walk along these streets: Pamularsih, Kaligarang Bridge, Basudewa, Lemahgempal Bridge and Puspanjolo. My breakfast was rice and root leaf stir fry and oncom stir fry. I left home at 06.45. I joined the roll call inspected by Mr Ktut. Mr Prasetyo was in. Visiting the Agency of Statistics

I woke up at 03.00 to have early breakfast. It was rice and long bean in hot coconut milk. I slept again after that. I went to the office at 06.30. Mr Lukito decided that it was no Monday ceremony because of drizzle.

About mid day I went to the Agency of Statistics Affair Office. The new office was on Jalan Pahlawan and while the temporary one was on Jalan Menoreh. I went to both of them. I needed some figure data on trade index in the range of 2002 to 2010. In the remaining office hour I was so relaxed. I went back home on time, at 15.30. Reunion Day 2

This morning I woke up at 04.45 and prayed. Then, I stapled sweet glutinous rice curd in 2, each contained an original plane and a special taste curd. Rahutama dropped me and the curds at Lawangsewu Building at 08.15. The curds were distributed when the class came. At about an hour we got explanation on the building restoration from Ms Laela Ubaid.

At 09.30 we went to the Tuntang Railway Station by bus. We arrived at the place at 11.00. We then gathered in two old coachs pulled by a diesel locomotive to Ambarawa Station. A scenary of Rawapening was caught if we were facing east. We arrived there before 12.00. Ambarawa Station building was a train museum.

Steam loco pulled our coachs to Jambu Station where it changed the position to push them. The Jambu to Bedono was a geared track. A special steel gear wheel of the loco tookover the job. We arrived at Bedono at about 14.00. We got off and changed to buses. We were dropped at Ciputra Hotel. However, some were led to A Yani airport to gonback to Jakarta. Reunion Day 1

This evening at Puri Room Ciputra Hotel it was a reunion of the ITB Civil Engineering Class 1975. There were 36 persons joined to this occasion. Some of them were accompanied by their spouses and children. It was lively night since Julison and Samuel performed themselves as very good entertainers. They led our emotion from time to time. We were in roll call. They also showed our old pictures. We had a lot of lough. We were so excited when the meeting ended at 24.00.

I and Nuri got off at Kalibanteng round about at 02.00. Rahutama was ready there to pick us up. At 02.30 I slept. I woke up at 10.00 so I lost my prayer. At 12.00 I was at Ciputra Hotel to welcome my classmates. They were Wiwin, Ramoni, Zaenuddin, Julison, Yulhaida, Tjandrawati, etc. At 15.00 I took eggrolls (lunpia) from Kampung Baris Jalan MT Haryono and sweet sticky rice curds (wingko) from Jalan Cendrawasih. Shopping

I woke up at 05.45. It was late to pray. After bathing I joined the group in the dining room. Hotel provided fried rice, chao mian, cracker, fried egg, bread, tea and coffee for our breakfast. At 07.30 we were ready to go shopping so we checked out. We shopped at Pasar Baru and Asofa Batik Cirebon.

Pasar baru was a 7 storey building at Jalan Oto Iskandardinata. It was mainly filled with apparel vendors. The basement was for a supermarket dan Bandung typical snack vendors while the six floor was for food court. Nuri bought some clothes while I waited for her at the six floor. At 11.30 we went to Ampera Resto at Jalan Sukarno Hatta for having lunch. I, Bena, etc came to a mosque close to the resto to join friday worshipping. Our lunch was rice, ground hot chilli pepper, raw vegetable, fried tofu, fried tempe, fried meat and vegetable sour soup.

At 13.30 we went to Cirebon. About 25 km before Cirebon the traffic was congested. We then tracked an alternative route. At 18.00 we entered Cirebon. We stopped at Asofa Batik to buy Cirebon styled batiks. At about 19.00 we were at an empal gentong stand to have dinner. Empal gentong was a cirebon styled meat curry. At 20.00 we left Cirebon. Kawah Putih

At 04.00 we arrived at Saung Gawir, Ciwidey. We took short rest and were bathing. The lodge also provided us breakfast. Then, we went to Kawah Putih (white crater) at 07.30. It was cloudy. We stopped at a parking area and transferred to small vehicles. In a drizzle we arrived at the crater. The crater was a pond which the water looked white. The air was cold. We made some pictures and settled the visit. The next visit was Situ Patengan. It was just pond with clear water but it was beautiful. We just got rest for a while because it was drizzle and cloudy.

After lunch at Saung Gawir we went to a place named Tahu Bandung at Lembang. About 2 hours we were there. We watched how to process milky. In the foodcourt available I and Nuri had coffee, sticky rice curd (jadah) and tofu. The last visit of the day was Kampung Daun a nice but remote place to the west of Ledeng Bandung. The resto served us dinner. I made some speech to the group. At 19.00 we arrived at Cihampelas 2 Hotel where we were overnight. My room was 302. Until 23.00 I talked with Mahardi at the lobby . Installation

I woke up 05.15, prayed and got ready for the office. I left home 06.45. I joined a roll call inspected by Mr Lukito. Mr Prasetyo, Mr Hidajat and Mr Ktut were in. At 08.00 I was home to pack my apparel for Bandung. At 10.00 I joined the installation in Gradika BP. Sri Purwanto was named as Bengawan Solo Manager while Mr Kasmono was displaced as Serayu Citanduy Manager. After the session dismissed I joined a lunch session in Untung stand at Jalan Siwalan. Mr Prasetyo, Mr Hidayat, Mr Lukito, Mr Agus, Mr Kasmono, Mr Eko, Mr Sri Purwanto, etc were there.

At home I had short afternoon sleep. At 16.00 I and Nuri were at Jalan Sudirman in front of Karya Zirang Motor to wait for our tourist bus. It would took us to Bandung. The bus came 16.45. In the bus were my subordinates such as Bena, Wulan, Niken, Jeki and Hendro, . We stopped at Pringjajar Resto for dinner and prayer. It was showering along the trip. Visiting Tunnel

At 10.00 I, Mr Prasetyo, Mr Hidayat, Mr Ktut, Mr Lukito, Mr Agus, Mr Eko Yuni and several 4th echelon officers went to the construction site of Jatibarang divertion tunnel. After having briefing from the contractor we came to the outlet to enter the tunnel. It was underconstruction. Water dripped from the top. The tunnel had an enough slope so it flowed to the outlet. The tunnel was about 1 meter to breakthrough. We also entered it from the inlet. Some workers were spraying shortcrete. Lunch was served after visiting the site.
