Closing the Year

It is Friday. The Yellow-7 Friday-6 (Jumat Pon 13). This morning I woke ip at 05.15. I believed the time for praying was still on. I prayed and prepared for the office. At 06.40 I went to the office. I became the inspector on the roll call attended by Mr Ktut and Mr Lukito. There were two employees giving their last speach as employees because tomorrow they would be retired.

The office was not crowded because some employees taking their holiday. At 10.00 I went home. Then I was dropped at BCA Bank, Sudirman by Nuri. I walked home after banking. Being Absent

This morning I felt getting flu. My neck was stiff. After waking up and praying I slept again. At 06.30 Sonhaji came so I asked him to directly go to the office. I was still at home. Nuri dropped Mbak Poppy at the Tawang Station. With Rajawali Coachs she went back to Surabaya. On the way home Nuri bought packs of rice and vegetable with peanut dressing (nasi pecel) for our breakfast.

I filled my day with finishing the report. I also help Nuri to set the new refrigerator at it's place. I felt relaxed. Our lunch was rice and bambu shoot in hot coconut gravy (lodeh bung). In the evening I still was at home. Our dinner was rice, bambu shoot and broccoli. Lanjutannya...

Usual Day

I woke up, prayed and slept again. It was cloudy so I did not walk. I left home without breakfast. In the office I joined the roll call inspected by Mr Lukito and attended by Mr Prasetyo, Mr Ktut and Mr Hidayat. I and Sonhaji went to Pak Man Soto House to have breakfast. I stopped by home to get my back scratched (kerokan). Nuri did it. In the office again I settled report of the Meeting III Water Resources Council. I left the office at 15.30.

In the afternoon I walked through these streets: Pamularsih, Basudewo, Puspanjolo, Puspowarno and Pamularsih. In the evening it was light showering. The streets were quite. Cancelling a Trip

This morning I cancelled my trip again. I was scheduled to participate a meeting in Jakarta. This meeting would collect people from Semarang and Jakarta discussing Banger Pond. I had a Batavia ticket unfortunately it posponed the flight.

I went to the office at 12.00. I had my lunch in Warung Senggol. It provided less varieties compared to usual. I was in the office till 13.30. I discussed with Bu Win about my retirement proposal. Usual Day

It was a complete morning. After praying I walked along these streets: Pamularsih, Puspowarno Tengah 8, Puspowarno Tengah, Sudirman, Puspowarno Raya. My breakfast was rice and vegetable soup. I left home at 06.40.

In the office I joined the Monday ceremony inspected by Mr Hidayat. Mr Prasetyo and Mr Lukito joined this session. Mr Agus was late while Mr Ktut was sick. Then I had a second breakfast provided by Niken. She prepared rice and lamb curry for Bena's section. I had no lunch. At 13.40 I left the office. At home I had my late lunch. Going to Salaman

At 04.00 Rahutama woke me up and reminded me that we were scheduled to go to Salaman. After bathing and praying I and Rahutama left home for there. We stopped at Ungaran for fueling. We stopped again at Magelang around the General Hospital, Tidar for breakfast. We had Ayu nasi gudeg. At about 07.30 we arrived at Salaman house. Lik Santo was in.

About 30 minutes Adi came with his scooter, Vespa. We talked for a while. I also installed modem to Lik's Santo notebook I brought from Semarang. That was the main objective I came here. At 09.00 I and Rahutama went home. We did not stop anywhere. At about 12.00 we arrived at home. At 15.00 I, Nuri and Mbak Poppy accompanied Anindya to Tawang Station. We met Bagus's family there. Being at Home

I woke up late so I missed my prayer. This day I actually wanted to go to Salaman but we had not settled to install Lik Santo's notebook. So it had not been usable yet. I accompanied Nuri shopping at Java Mall. We also visited an electronics fair there. I bought a refrigerator, a Sharp product costed Rp3.150.000 (150cm x 53cm x 55cm). At the Gramedia Bookstore I bought a 2011 diary. Then we went to Pekojan to get a strainer but the store closed.

Christmas Leave

This day was December the 24, a day before Christmas. We had a one day leave. I used this time just to have rest. Actually, I wanted to go Salaman to hand Lik Santo's notebook but it cancelled because Rahutama had not installed the os dan applications.

Going to Jogya

I woke up 04.00. After bathing I prayed and prepared for going. At 04.45 I and Sonhaji went to Jogya. We stopped at Tempel to have nasi brongkos for our breakfast. At 07.50 we arrived at Inna Garuda Hotel where I would join a meeting.

At 09.15 the Progo Opak Serang River Basins Coordination Meeting was opened by Mr Sangidu Umar. Mr Bambang Hargono gave his speech. The meeting was chaired by Mr Suseno. It concluded at 15.00. Cancelling a Trip

I woke up at 04.00, had bathing, prayed and prepared for a trip. At 04.40 I left home with Sonhaji as the driver for Jogyakarta. I thought it was Thursday and I had a meeting there. At about 06.30 we stopped at Magelang to have nasi gudeg for our breakfast. After passing Blabak I realized that this day was Wednesday so I cancelled the trip and went back to Semarang.

Welcoming Guests

At 10.00 guests from Banten came to the office. They were members of Banten Water Resources Council and members of the Council Secretariat. They enquired the establishment process of Central Java WR Council. They also asked us about what Central Java WR Council had done. On ending our welcome we had lunch together at Delman Resto.

I woke up at 04.30, prayed and prepared for officing. My breakfast was a pear. I came at the office at 06.40. It was to early. I joined a roll call inspected by Mr Ktut and attended by Mr Prasetyo, Mr Lukito and Mr Hidayat. Mr Agus joined after the roll call. Sonhaji helped Mr Agus to drive his car to Rawapening Lake. At 09.00 I opened a meeting validating our asset. Some employees from field office participated in the session. I joined this meeting again after welcoming guests. At 17.00 I went home. This afternoon after office time I walked through these streets: Puspanjolo, Sudirman, Basudewo, Simongan and Pamularsih Dalam. It was showering in the evening.

This morning I almost late to pray because I woke up just before sunrise. After sleeping again I walked through the usual route: Kaligarang, Basudewo, Pupanjolo and Pamularsih Dalam. At Puspanjolo I bought 3 wraps of nasi pecel for our breakfast. For Anindya, Nuri provide fried chicken strip.

At about 11.30 I accompanied Nuri and Anindya to Bali Goldstore to exchange Anindya's necklace. They were there so long especially in deciding to buy a bracelet. Anindya Being Home

This morning I woke up at 04.00 for praying. On starting leaving home for morning walking Anindya came home accompanied by Bagus. He picked her up at Tawang Station following her getting off from Bromo Anggrek Coachs. I then tracked the route of Kaligarang, Basudewo, Sudirman, Puspanjolo and Pamularsih IV.

At 10.00 Lik Santo also came. Rahutama picked him from Banyumanik Bus Station. With Lik Santo I went to Semarang Plaza fifth floor. We had lunch at Bakmi Bandung. He bought a notebook, Asus Eee PC 1215P. It costed Rp3,700,000 (US$409). He also bought 3G modem (Rp350.000). After being at home for 1 hour Lik Santo went back to Salaman by Ramayana Bus. Going to Jogya

I woke up at 04.00. prayed and prepared to go. At 05.30 Benhart and Sonhaji came and with them I went Jogya. At Banyumanik we picked Wahyu Wibowo up. We stopped at a gudeg stand in Magelang to have our breakfast. I realized I had a tasty gudeg. At 09.10 we arrived at Serayu Opak River Basins Management office where I would join a meeting. We then seperated. I joined a meeting discussing Merden Microhydroelectric Plant, Benhart inquired about Serayu Bogowonto Coordination Team and Progo Opak Serang Coordination Team activities and Wahyu inquired about issuing of water usage lisence.

The meeting was chaired by Mr Bambang Hargono and participated by Mr Mas'ud, Mr Harsoyo, Mr Suseno, Mr Nasrun, Mr Suryono, etc. The meeting concluded at 11.00. I, Benhart, Wahyu and Sonhaji joined the Friday Worshipping at a mosque in the office area. We had our lunch at Ampera Resto in Seturan area. Then we visited the Merapi disaster area at Cangkringan Village. We could not achieve Mr Maridjan house because the road to there was cut. The disaster area was a burned place. Being Overtime

I woke up, prayed and walked. I met Mr Harsono near Lemahgempal Bridge. So, we involved in a long chat. The bridge pavement seemed just had been laid on it. It meaned the construction was very close to finish. My breakfast was a pear. I left home at 06.30. I joined the roll call inspected by Mr Ktut and attended by Mr Prasetyo and Mr Lukito.

At 09.00 I joined the Plenary Session of the Provincial Legistures as a guest. The meeting agreed the Provincial Tax Regulation. In the second session the Legislatures agreed the
Establishment of Special Committee on Ngargoyoso Main Forest Garden. Ngargoyoso was an area inside Karanganyar District. I then went back to the office. I again joined a meeting discussing rack structure for seaweed in the Pening Pond. It was a lively meeting. It concluded at 16.00. At 16.30 I left the office. At home I had an early dinner. I woke up at about 04.45. It was showering outside. I did my prayer and prepared for work. I did not have my breakfast. Nuri just provide an apple. At 06.35 I left the house. I joined a roll call inspected by Mr Lukito and attended by Mr Hidayat. Mr Agus Pur arrived after that. He pleased me, Mr Hidayat and Mr Lukito to have breakfast at Pak Man Soto House.

At 10.00 I and Bena joined a meeting chaired by Ali Huda in the Secretariat Office to discuss joint financing on land acquisition in Cepu, Blora Regency. The joint financing would be between the Provincial Government of Central Java and the District Government of Blora. The land would be for Bengawan Solo dike site. This morning was mine. After dawn praying I walked through Jalan Kaligarang, Jalan Basudewa, Jalan Puspanjolo and Jalan Puspowarno. My breakfast was rice and banana flower curry. At 06.35 I left home.

I joined the roll call inspected by Mr Hidayat. It was attended by Mr Prasetyo, Mr Ktut an Mr Lukito. Mr Ktut, then, pleased us to join breakfast together on dismissing a committee. Bena went to Surakarta escorting the Vice Governor. At 11.00 I and the subordinates gathered in our room to respect Djoko Sutiono on his retirement. He was retired since December 1st, 2010. My condition was not good enough. After dawn praying I slept again. Nuri prepared mushroom and sprout stirred fry for my breakfast. I left home at 06.40.

I partly joined the Monday ceremony inspected by Mr Lukito. Mr Hidayat and Mr Ktut joined it, too. Mr Agus Pur as usual did not join it. Mr Prasetyo was at Gresik to join the meeting of BS Riverbasins Coordination Team. After joining the session we were at Pak Man Soto House to have second breakfast. I was relaxed in the office. At 10.30 I was home to pick up a shirt. I used it to make passport pictures at Duta Foto. The pictures would be used to complete my retirement proposal. I woke up, dawn prayed and slept again. At 08.00 I walked till Karangayu Market. It was cloudy. Fitri and Damar came home. With them Nuri went to Mijen. My breakfast was fried rice (again). After dhuhur time I and Nuri went to Paragon Mall to window shop. I was attracted to a gadget named Acer Liquid Ferrari. It was Rp5.600.000. I was home at 05.30. It was cloudy all day long. Going to Bancak

At 09.00 I, Rahmanadi and Sonhaji left the office for Bancak Kabupaten Semarang. In the other car Mr Prasetyo, Hidayat, Mr Agus Pur, Mr Lukito and Kastari left the office for the same reason. Our car stopped at Pudakpayung to pick Mr Dwiyanto up. We stopped again at Pak Keri Soto House to have second breakfast. I did not take the opportunity, of course. At about 11.00 we arrived at Desa Wonokerto Bancak where a small reservoir was being fixed. The main problem was landsliding that always threatening us. Many treatments had been provided but they had not solved completely. This day we came to this site to see a new landslide that might cause a serious problem. We were there till 12.00 when an adzan called us to join Friday Worshipping.

This morning I woke up for dawn praying then I slept again. Nuri provided fried rice for my breakfast. In the office I joined the roll call inspected by Mr Lukito and attended by Mr Prasetyo. I was in the office till 09.00. I joined the Friday Worshipping at Nurul Fata Mosque, Desa Wonokerto Bancak. I and the group had our lunch at Banaran Cafe, Bawen. At 09.00 I and Sonhaji left the office for Surakarta to join a meeting. I stopped at home to get my cellphone. The traffic was fair flowing so at 12.00 we arrived at the place, Novotel Hotel Surakarta. The organizer served us with lunch. The meeting beginned at 13.15 chaired by Mr Prasetyo discussing coordination on water resouces management. He was with Mr Sudarsono and then Mr Graita. It attended by Mr Hidayat, Mr Agus Pur, Mr Ktut, Mr Novianto, Mrs Agus Dini, Mr Djumono, Mr Kasmono, Mr Eko, Mr Purwadi, Mr Sriyanto, Mr Widiarto, Mr Sih, Mr Suwarli. The meeting concluded at 15.30.

My morning was complete. After having dawn prayer I did my morning walking. I took the route of Pamularsih, Basudewo, Bojongsalaman, Puspanjolo Timur 9, Puspanjolo Tengah 8, Puspanjolo Raya. My breakfast was rice and cassava leaf in coconut milk. At 06.40 I left home. I joined the roll call inspected by Mr Hidayat. Mr Prasetyo and Mr Ktut were also in.

Going to Salaman

This was the first day of the Hijra Year 1432. I had been off. I used the time to see Lik Santo in Salaman. I woke up to pray and sleep again. At about 07.00 I and Rahutama left home for Salaman using the Avanza car. We had had our breakfast so we stopped at Banaran Café to have it. I had a cup of no sediment kopi tubruk and a bowl of nasi soto ayam. Rahutama had a glass of Banana Coffee and a bowl of mi godok. At about 11.00 we arrived at Salaman. The house was empty because Lik Santo, with Mahardi and Adi, was at Pancar to have late breakfast.

At 12.00 Rahutama went to Jogyakarta. I, Lik Santo, Adi and Mahardi then went also to Jogya to see a fishing store named Mino. Fishing accessories were there. We had our lunch at Mi Pasar Baru at 15.00. We stopped at a moment at Salam to see Sungai Putih. Sungai Putih was flowing a mixed of water and vulcanic materials produced by Merapi Vulcano. We stopped again in Borobudur at a honey store. At 17.00 we arrived at Salaman.

Night Gathering

This evening we, the members of neighbourhood community gathered to welcome the Hijriah 1432 New Year. Nuri did not join this session. However, some of the families joined this session in complete: husband, wife and children. There were Mr Sudiono and wife, Mr Sumar and wife, Mr Jakahir and wife, etc. Mr Djarwo, the chairman said that this session was organized every the end of the year to thank God and to ask God bless. We then were served with rice and vegetable in coconut grating. It was a traditional food. I asked for leaving at 11.30.

This morning I did morning walking after praying. My route was these streets: Pamularsih, Puspowarno Tengah 8, Puspowarno Tengah, Sudirman, Puspowarno Raya and Pamularsih. I left home at 06.40. I joined the ceremony inspected by Mr Ktut and attended by Mr Prasetyo and Mr Hidayat. I had breakfast at Pak Man Soto House. With me there were Suyono, Niken, Akhmadi and Sonhaji. At 09.30 I joined a meeting chaired by Mr Hidayat discussing water allocation for the Kedungombo Irrigation. At 10.30 I came to Smartphone Community to fix contacts list in my Garmin Asus PDA. At 11.30 I and Nuri were at Pondok Serrata to attend a party organized by Santoso to celebrate his daughter marriage. Joining a Wedding Party

This morning Mr Djarwo, the chairman of neighbourhood community came home to update family data. There were many pieces of paper with him. I corrected some items on my paper. At 11.30 I and Nuri joined a wedding party at Central Java Training Center, Srondol. Mr Mudzakir celebrated the wedding of his daughter Vita that married to Wide. I met many colleages during my work at Central Java Water Supply Project. Mr Setyoso, Mr Widodo, Mr Yatin, Abdulchalim, Watoyo, Priyo Harjuno, Sugiran, Rudjianto, etc.

Joining a Wedding Party

At 19.00 I and Nuri joined a wedding party at Merbabu Hall, Central Java Fair Complex organized by Mr Danang Atmojo to celebrate his son marriage. Rahutama dropped us there because we speculated the parking area would be full. The invitees were so many but we felt comfortable because the AC were overwhelming. Joining a Ceremony

This day was December the 3rd. We the employees working in public works commemorated the Public Works Devotion Day. We organized a ceremony for it at 07.00 this morning at the office frontyard. Mr Sriadi was the inspector and Agus Supri was the leader. Employees and management of three departments (Water Resources Management, Road Managements and Spatial Planning and Human Settlements) joined this session. We had social gathering after the session. In the gathering a light breakfast was served.

I woke up late in the morning so I lost my prayer. I in a hurry prepared my self for the office. I wore the public servant association uniform because I would join a ceremony. At 09.00 I went to the Giri Tunggal Hero's Tomb to joined a ceremony again solemnizing the hero. Some of us joined the session but Mr Hidayat and Mr Agus Pur were late. At 10.00 I went home. I joined the Friday Worshipping at Attaqwa Mosque. Then I and Nuri went to Rizky Salon to cut the hair but the hair cutter was not in so we postponed our will. We went to Paragon Mall to window shop.

General Rehearsal

woke up late so I lost my prayer. I took relaxation this morning by reading today's newspapers at home and coming to the office late. At 08.00 I went to the office. In the office there were some employees doing general rehearsal for the ceremony. We would be celebrating the Public Works Devotion Day tomorrow. This day we also organized the blood donation. There were 17 persons donated their blood. Bena Hartadi and the gang provided me fried chicken for lunch. I left the office at 15.00. I stopped at Smartphone Community to pick my Ipaq 6828 up.

At home I had a good afternoon sleep. In the evening I and Nuri went to the Ballroom of Masjid Agung to gather with other management and employees to have contemplating hours.
