Breakfast Out

It was Satuday. The Yellow Saturday (Sabtu Pon). It was cloudy and drizzle in the morning. At 9:00 I and Nuri came to Laoban coffee shop on Jalan Anjasmoro to have breakfast. We ordered laksa, boiled eggs, baked bread, coffee, and leci drink. We tasted them. We spent Rp119.000.

At 13:00 I trimmed my hair at a barbershop nearby. The cost was Rp20.000 but I paid Rp40.000 for 2 heads. The other head was a boy I took his turn.

At 14:40 I ran along canal side walk and Jalan Basudewa. It was cloudy. T reached 6,41km in 1:16:35 hours or pace of 11:55minutes per km. The average heart rate was 109bpm, the average cadence was 132spm, and the energy burning was 609kcal.
