Being In The House

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Respati Kasih 16). In the morning at 07:28 I run to Panimbangan Beach and along Jalan Ahmad Yani on a come and go mode. It was cloudy in the beginning then turned to sunny. I reached 6,67km in 1:15:10hours or pace 11'15". The average heart rate was 111bpm, the average cadence was 132spm, and the fat burning was 589kcal.

In the morning Anjar drove her car going to his campus. Rahutama was still in the house. He gave his lecture virtually at about 13:00. In the afternoon he welcome his students discussing their thesis works.

At 11:00 I joined virtual meeting discussing LARAP (land acquisition and resettlement action plan) for Semarang Flood Control Project. It was managed by Pemali Juana River Basins Management Office (BBWSPJ). I just watched the meeting and did not involved in the discussion.

After dhuhur time Nuri went out for shopping leaving me, Rahutama, and Dhiratama. Because Rahutama concentrated at his lecture, I got to look after Dhiratama. After being back at the house Rahutama told her that Anjar was told by Ratna telling Andra was hospitalizing. He seemed got a heart attack and being observed in Kasih Ibu Hospital Gianjar.

In the evening I and Rahutama came to a street vendor on Jalan Ahmad Yani to buy tahu tek telur (a dish consists of fried tofu, and fried egg topped with soy sauce dressing).
