As usual my menu was rice and fish soup. I was bored but I had to consumed it for being healthy. I felt irritated in stomach. It was usual, it meaned I had to eat more. Nuri bought me bread and steamed cake. I also made peptamen liquid to cope. In the evening Nuri bought me noodle from Dulnumani.
I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa mosque. I postponed to come to LPJK office because it closed after 14:00.
Lanjutannya...It was the day 3. I underwent the last administering. At 13:00 everything finished and we went home. My condition was better than that on the first or second session.
Lanjutannya...This day the second part medicine was introduced. I was ok but felt nuesay. At noon Nuri went out to visit Mr. Hiryam at Hariadi Hospital. In the afternoon Mr. and Mr. Naro and Mr. Purwandi came to visit me.
Lanjutannya...At 09:00 Nuri dropped me at LPJK office. I then conducted assessment to 3 companies. It just about 30 minutes to settle all. At 10:00 Nuri picked me home.
This morning I did not join the qigong. I was bit tired. I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa mosque. Nuri went out to seek honey but she did not find.
At 19:00 in a showering situation I and Nuri came to doctor Sumanto to have his control. I need about 30 minutes to wait for my turn. He said ok and I should come again a month later.
This morning I accompanied by Nuri came to Taykaksie temple to practice qigong. About a hour I was there and I sweated much. At home again I felt exhausted. I need about 30 minutes laying on bed. Then I felt ok. At 11:00 Nuri went out to joined her gang. It was heavy and long showering
Lanjutannya...This morning I joined the qigong exercise for just 45 minutes. The reason was Nuri wanted to be home early.
At 10:00 Nasmoco clerks took the Avanza for a 80.000 km service. At the same time Nuri went to Brumbungan to clean the house.
At 13:30 I accompanied by Nuri came to LPJK office to take assessment jobs. I thought I had to refused them but Mr. Muhadi encouraged to get them.

On the handset I received message from Hariyanto. He asked me to assess a company. I told him I could not but I would see him.
At noon Nuri went out to gather with the ex WS project employees' wives. They then visited Mr. Tarsono on Kariadi Hospital.

This morning I went to Taykaksie temple again to join qigong exercise. I was in good condition so I joined it fully. Nuri as usual accompanied me. On the way home. We shopped at Prembaen market. We also bought nasipecel for our breakfast. I had no chilli pepper one.
At home I welcomed Mr. Djumono. He had many things about TKPSDA for clarification. Before zuhr time I came to Bank Jateng to update my bank book. In the afternoon I monitored Lik Santo, Mahardi and Rahutama was coming to Serang.
Lanjutannya...This morning I was absent from the exercise. Nuri told me she would have banking today so she need to served energy. She prepared chicken soup for my breakfast. She bought nasi gudeg for my lunch and dinner. It was the first gudeg I had since I had operation.
Gudeg is a Javanese dish composed of young jackfruit. It is popular in Javanese culinary. It is usually served with fried chicken and spiced egg.
