Colonoscopy

This morning, Wednesday, at 09:00, I underwent a colonoscopy procedure. In the procedure, a probe was inserted into my colon through the rectum. Doctor Sumanto led this procedure, doctor Agus assisted him as the anaesthetician. This was to locate the cause of the bleeding and he found it, a tumor.

After that I underwent a CT scan test. It was to locate the spread of the tumor. In this test I laid on a board going in and out the circular gate that scanning me many times.

The last test was x ray scan to record my lung.

This afternoon Bagus and om Beni visited me. Then, Mr. and Mrs. Djoni did. I and Rahutama welcomed them.

Being in a Hospital

At 09:00 I and Nuri went to Elizabeth Hospital to get a bed. With that bed I might be in the hospital for examination
at 10:00 joined a meeting
at 11:30 joined lunch session
At 16:00 I entered the hospital Elizabeth at Frans2 then Frans6. I was washed by and 3 medicine inpected by anaesthetic doctor

Seeing a Doctor

This evening after maghrib time I, accompanied by Nuri, went to doctor Sumanto's place on Jalan Lampersari. He was a specialist in gastroenterohepatology. I wanted to have his advice on my bleeding several days ago. He suggested me to undergo a colonoscopy procedure. Although I was little bit shocked it was what I wanted to have for a long time. The professional fee was Rp200.000.

This morning I got up at 05:15, prayed and slept again. I still felt exhausted and need for a rest. I was not fasting. I was happy because Rahutama underwent fasting.

Arriving Late

At 02:30 the train had reached Tegal. I thought I WOULD come home on time. However, the coaches  stopped long. The first stop was Ujungnegoro, the second was Kaliwungu and the third was Mangkang. Because there was no information I got off there. Rahutama picked me for home. I arrived home at 07:30, it was late for 2,5 hours.

Back to Semarang

At 20:33 Harina coaches separated from Bandung station. I was in on the way to Semarang. Mahardi helped me to get me there. We left his house at 19:30 after having dinner. We were in rush to get the station. Simple traffic blocks made me depressed.

This morning I slept again after praying. After breakfast at 08:30 I packed my luggage. Mahardi picked me to his house for having rest. On the way I bought coffee at Bancey area,and klappertart in station area,  had bakso and bought apple pie at Lodaya area. I met Mahardi's father in law.

Ending the Training

In the evening at 21:30 the training was formally closed by Mr. Yayak. It was earlier than the schedule, tomorrow morning. Mr. Garwono announced 26 out of 39 passed the examination. The top rankers were Leonard, Albert and Muis.

I started my day with praying. Then, breakfast was succeeding. The training had come to the last session, oral examination. The trainee was called to examine one by one. I was the second turn. I need 15 minutes to answer the examiners' question.

After my Friday worship in the hotel I came top Panyingkiran area to see my former boarding house. Then I came to ITB to see my former campus.

Examination

Our session this morning was written examination. We had to solved 2 kinds of problem, multiple choice and essay. I thought I could solved almost all of the problem. Stop Bleeding

This day the bleeding stopped. Mahardi suggested me to feed delicate food no vegetable. He also suggested me to see a doctor. However, because of my business I could not do that. Meanwhile my activity was going as usual. I got up at 05:00 prayed and at 06:30 I had my breakfast. Beginning at 08:00 I joined the class. The session was exposing our work. The trainers finished their jobs and the examiners started to join. Mr. Garwono was one of the examiner. I worked till evening to do my individual work. Bleeding

At about 10:00 I was bleeding when defecated. There was blood and faeces. I was shocked. The bleeding was repeated twice. Through Mahardi, I discussed with Erna. She suspected there was a hurt between colon and rectum. She suggested to undergo an examination.

I got up at 05:00 and prayed. At 06:15 I had breakfast. As yesterday, I just took fruit, omelete and meat. The lime juice was the first. In the afternoon I ordered ticket to the concierge. I received a document sent by Rahutama.

First Day Training

I checke in Hotel Aston, Braga Bandung Room 504. A taxi dropped me here for Rp50.000. I shared the room to Edi Akbar from Palu.

The training was opened by Mr. Ismono at 08:00. In the whole day we, the trainees received lectures of 3 competency unit and exercise in the evening.

We were on Wilatara Room from 08:00 to 22:00. Wifi was on. Our meal was tasty. I was so exhausted.

Going to Bandung

This morning I received an LPJKN email concerning the announcement of training. The trainee had to submit many papers. Because time is so short I was discourage to participate to the training. However, Mr. Zainal encouraged to join. So, the whole day I prepared the papers and other stuff. I also saw doctor the get health clearance. Rahutama dropped me at the Tawang station. No AC Harina Coachs brought me to Bandung. It departed on time, 20:30 but it stopped many time.

Preparing for Training

In the afternoon I had a message from Ms. Annik from the National Institution for Construction Service Development (LPJKN) that I had an opportunity to join the assesor training on Monday. I had to get a jobsheet from the provincial level organization. She said she would send the format of the sheet but until 11:30 I did not recieved it. However, I still prepare myself for traning. I came to Indomart to buy a train ticket but it had run out. I sound the air ticket, it reached Rp800.000 level.0 komentar

Preliminary Meeting

I got up in the morning and praying. The first was night and the second was dawn prayers. Then I slept. I felt unhealthy so I did not walk.

At 09:30 I went to the office to join preliminary meeting of TKPSDA. Mr. Zaenal chaired the meeting. I joined the Friday prayer at the Salman Alfarisy mosque.

In the afternoon I walked through Jalan Sudirman. At Alfa Seluler I bought a Himax Pure handset at Rp1.700.000. Rahutama picked me home.

Shopping

Before zuhr time I and Nuri went to Citra Mall. I wanted to take my name card. The girl said that the name cards had been printed only 10 pieces and the rest would be later. I took the 10. They were ok. Then, we shopped at Gelael supermarket. I got up at 03:00, and had early breakfast. Rahutama was awake to watch the match beetwen Manchester United and Real Madrid. I consumed lime juice, papaya, steamed brocoli and egg. I slept after dawn praying. When I woke up at 09:30 Mr. Zaenal sent me message. He wanted me to come to the office tomorrow. Lanjutannya...

Visiting Plaza

After zuhr time I and Rahutama went to Plaza Simpanglima to buy a USB-flash. In the plaza I also ordered name cards for me. I need USB-flash to move Siraman picture of Anindya. I also need to have name cards to market myself. I got up at 03:00, had night prayer dan slept again. At 05:00 I had dawn prayer. At 07:00 I left home for morning walk. The route was Jalan Puspanjala Selatan II, Jalan Puspawarno Tengah, Jalan Sudirman dan Jalan Bojongsalaman. At the street market on Puspanjolo Selatan I bought grontol and ketan hitam for my first breakfast. Before zuhr time Nuri went to Java Mall to buy tee shirt. Usual Day

I got up at 05:00 and prayed. At 06:00 I wiped and mopped the floor. Nuri prepared bokchoy stir fry for my breakfast. Before zuhr time I and Nuri went to Brumbungan. We wiped rooms in the house. We then went to Prembaen street market to shop raw food. On the way home we stopped by DP Mall to buy a USB-flash but the shop closed. In the evening Rahutama sent a message to be home this evening.

IATPI Certificate

This day I received the IATPI certificate of conpetency from Ms. Nia. I and Nuri came to her office on Jalan Taman Kelud Selatan to pick it. I had applied it for about 11 months. The certificate is need to get job in the environmental engineering area.

In the early morning I got up for having breakfast. Orange, salak, steamed broccoli and boiled egg were in the menu. After praying I slept again.

Before zuhr time I and Nuri went out for several items: getting certificate, putting clothes on the loundry shop and paid off water, electricity and telephone invoice. In the afternoon I made afternoon walk along West Flood Canal sidewalk. I broke my fasting at 18:03.

Arriving at Semarang

At 02:30 the train arrived at the Tawang Station, It was late for about 10 minutes. By a taxi costed Rp20.000 I arrived at home. Nuri was at home, alone. I then did the postponed maghrib and isha prayers. I slept after conducting dawn prayer.

At 12:00 I and Nuri went to Carrefour DP Mall to buy fruit. In the afternoon I slept again. Showering outside made my sleep was nice.

Back to Semarang

I was just a night in Jakarta so this evening at 19:30 I went back to Semarang. I intended to get Argo Sindoro Coachs but the ticket run out. So, I took the Sembrani Coachs. I got the coach 7 seat 5D. The ticket was Rp310.000.

This day started at Pri's house, Villa Pamulang. At 09:00 I and Pri went to Peni's house at Villa Dago. Then, at 10:45 I and Pri left Villa Dago for the Rawabuntu Station. At 11:30 I went to the Tanahabang Station by economic commuter coachs. It costed Rp1.500, cheap but crowded. At 13:00 after waiting at the Tanahabang station for 45 minutes, I went to the Manggarai Station by an ac commuter coachs. It costed Rp8.000, expensive and crowded.

Anindya picked me up from the station. We came to Soto Betawi Haji Husen on Minangkabau area to have lunch. The soto was tasty. Then we came to Kota Casablanca Mall for window shopping. At 15:00 we came the Gambir station to buy a ticket for Semarang. Because I still had much time we went to Anindya's room to get rest. I got an afternoon sleep for 2 hours. At 18:30 we arrived at Gambir Station. Bagus also joined there. He just arrived from Semarang. By an airport bus he reached Gambir. We had dinner at the Bakso Malang counter.

Going to Jakarta

By Lionair JT0502 I went to Jakarta. It was the Lionair second flight this morning. It departed at 07:25 and scheduled to land at 08:15. Before flying I had my breakfast at Nyamleng Resto. Nasi rawon was the dish, it was ok.

The plane landed on time. By a taxi I went to Mr. Ujang's office at Jalan Pluit Raya. He was in. He was involved in a nostalgic talk. At 12:00 I joined the Friday prayer at a mosque in the Penjaringan Subdistric Office area. Before leaving Pluit, Mr. Ujang served me lunch.

At 16:30 I came to Pri's office, the PLN HQ on Jalan Trunojoyo. It was just to kill time. At 17:30 I came to Mr. Endro's office on Jalan Wijaya I. I wanted to join him on attending the reunion.

The reunion was organized at the Mandiri Club. About 80 people of class 1975 civil engineering alumni joined this session. We served with tasty dishes for our dinner. Micca and Julison acted as the entertainer. They pleased us with their motivating jokes. At 23:00 the reunion completed and we dismissed. Mr. Endro dropped me at Ciputat. By a taxi I arrived at Pri's house. It costed Rp50.000. I was overnight there.

This morning I got up at 05:00 and prepared myself for a trip. Rahutama dropped me at the airport at 06:30.

Preparing a Trip

In the evening I and Nuri came to Citra Mall to buy a hat. I need it to wear on my trip to Jakarta tomorrow. At home again, I packed my clothes and other stuff for a 2 day trip.

This was Thursday, I was fasting without early breakfast. However, I could get up on time to have dawn prayer. From before zuhr to ash Nuri was out. Seeing dokter Lilien to control her health was her primary purpose. I came to Cak Ros barbershop to trim my hair. I was almost bold.

Printing Income Tax

This morning I came to the Retirement Insurance Office (PT Taspen) to print my income tax paying report. A female officer served me. Then I came to the Tax Office to consult my tax report. A guy told me that I had to have tax paying document from the office I had worked.

This morning I got up at 05:00, prayed and slept again. Nuri and Bu Kus went to Brumbungan to clean the house. Since Yu Ti moved to Sangatta Nuri has to control the house. In the afternoon I made afternoon walk.

Being at Home

This day I was at home all day long. I actually had plan to go to Taspen office but I had to postpone because Nuri and Rahutama went out. Nuri went to Pramuka Building to join her socialities, Mrs. Hidayat and Mrs. Bena. Rahutama went to Kelurahan office to get a new identity. I got up at 05:00 after being asleep at 01:00. So, after praying I slept again. My breakfast was nasi goreng. My lunch and dinner was just rice and vegetable. Lanjutannya...

Meeting

At 10:00 I came to Mr. Zaenal's office to discuss several matters concerning the run of Coordination Team. I was there on his request. However, I realized no new progress might be discussed further. Then I came to the other office to see Mr. Niam and Mr. Hetomo. We also discussed the same matters. Before zuhr I went back.

Monday is for voluntary fasting. So, I got up at 03:15 for having early breakfast. I conducted night prayer because the time was adequate. I just consume lime juice, salak and orange. I slept after dawn praying. I broke my fasting at 18:04. Lime juice, salak and orange was the first meals. Rice and omelet were the later.

Shopping

Before zuhr time I and Nuri went to Carrefour, Banyumanik. This was the first time to go there. I thought this was as big as the one on Jalan Pemuda. We intended to window shop but Nuri bought several stuffs. Because we did not find lunpia wraps we then moved to Ada supermarket. It was crowded. We need much time to pay. The line was long. At 14:45 we finished. I lost my zuhr. I got up at 05:30 and still had time to pray. I made morning walk through Jalan Puspowarno Tengah and floodway sidewalk. The plaza of the sidewalk was crowded. Medical Check Up

This morning I and Nuri went to Cito Clinic Lab to join the general medical check up as discribed by Mrs. Bena. The officer said that was organized at Pandanaran Health Center (Puskesmas Pandanaran). At the center we met Mr. and Mrs. Bena were conducting a blood sampling. We joined them. The doctor told me that it was a prolanis, a program designated for the chronic people. I and Nuri were not the kind of those people. However, she allowed me to proceed the process. Our blood samples were taken twice, before and after meals. We settled the process at 12:00. I got up at 04:30 and prayed. After dhuhur time I and Rahutama went to Muncul Banyubiru to have lunch. On the way we dropped cloth to Mr. Clean loundry. Pecel Keong (vegetable salad and steamed snail) Mbak Toen was the meal at Muncul. At 16:00 we arrived at home. In the beginning of evening I went to Simongan Copy to bundle a document. Monthly Shopping

After Friday Prayer I accompanied Nuri shopping at Ada Supermarket. It was our monthly shopping that usually conducted in the first week of a month. We met Mbak Yanti there.

This morning as usual I prayed and slept again. I did not walk because it seemed to go showering. I joined the Friday congregational prayer at Attaqwa Mosque. In the afternoon under a cloudy sky I made afternoon walk.
