Joining Qigong

It is Tuesday. The Yellow Tuesday (Slasa Pon 10). At 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy Wijaya, Liauw Boenmiauw 廖文茂, Liauw Sioeling 廖秀玲, Lie Lietjen 李丽珍, and Nio Tjongboen 阮宗文. We practiced pengqi guanding and sanxin bingzhan zhuang.

At 8:30 Kardi the technician came alone. He continued working to fixing the roof.

After dhuhur time I washed the car in Fastclean Carwash, Pamularsih. The tariff was still the same, Rp55:000.

At 15:55 I ran along canal side walk, Jalan BAsudewa, and Jalan Bulustalan. It was sunny. I reached 6,66km in 1:19:02hours or pace of 11:51minutes per km. The average heart rate was 104bpm, the average cadence was 132spm, and the fat burning was 583kcal.

At 21:17 Widayanto posted at Peji69 WAG that Edy Priyanto, our secondary schoolmate, was passing a way at 20:00.
