Meeting

At 9:30 I was dropped at IPPU Secretariat office. I joined a meeting led by Masrianto discussing the Ambarawa Magelang tour. The other participants were Bambang Pudjo, Mustofa Kamal, Harsono, and Arus Horizon. We also invited Susi Kasih the tour operator representative. We come to the signing of the contract and paying the down payment. The discussion was focusing in 3 main items: the carrier bus, the itinerary, and the meal. We finalized the discussion at about 13:00.

We then discussed other topics: (1) shape of the attention to mourning members, (2) public works devonation day, (3) space request to PU Polytechnics, and (4) duration elongation request of room usage to BBWS PJ. We finalized the meeting at 14:00. At 14:30 RAhutama picked me home.
