Meeting

It is Tuesday. The Black Tuesday (Anggara Cemeng 7). In the morning in cloudy sky at 5:44 I run along canal side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:08:28hour or pace of 0:10:15hour per km. The average heart rate was 124bpm, the average cadence was 139spm. and the fat burning was 636kcal. In the end of running it was drizzle and I stopped running twice to get shelters.

At 9:30 I joined virtual meeting organized by IPPU to discuss the draft of chairman decree about regional IPPU caretakers selection. Djoko Muryanto, Sri Redzeki, Amron, Budi Yuwono, Djoko Mursito, etc. were the participants from IPPU. Masrianto, Setyoso, Garwono, Haryoto, etc. were participants from regional IPPUs. The meeting concluded at 11:25.

Today Nuri was ill again. She was on bed almost all day. In the evening she told she was getting better.

In the evening I ironed the clothes I had washed yesterday. All clothes were done.
