Work Competency Sertification

It is Wednesday. The Red Wednesday (Rabu Pahing 16). At 09:00 I, was dropped by Nuri, arrived at BBWS Pemali Juana office area. I directly entered the Center Unit Building to join a work competency sertification.

The sertification commenced at 09:30 and I had the first turn. About 9 people are joining the session. My assessor was Mr. Soeradji. He was a former director in the Directorate General of Water Resources. For my level sertificate application there are 39 competency units had to be owned. Each competency unit consists of about 3 to 4 elements and each element has 3 to questions. The assessing recoqnizes self assessment so the assessment process was going relatively quickly. Mr. Soeradji explained me many things and at the end gave some questions about my competency. Though quick, the assessment took about 90 minute.

I then came to Willy Sumarsono, the HATHI LSP (Profession Sertification Institution), to check my documents completeness. I took about 30minute. The last, I came to Ms Mestika to clarify my spending. She told that my spending was enough to cover the cost of my sertification.

Beside Mr. Soeradji the assessor, the LSP team consisted of Mr. Adi Sarwoko the assessor, Mr. Indra Bangun the assessor, and Willy Sumarsono the administrator.

I then left the assessing room and came into the waiting room. A BBWS Pemali Juana employee gave me a lunch box. I told Nuri I was waiting for her picking up. At 12:30 She came and got me home.
