Being in the Office

It is Sunday. The Sweet Sunday (Ahad Legi 10). In the morning at 8:01 I run along Benteng sreet and streets in the housing area. I reached 6,67km in 1:14:36hour or pace 0:11:10hour per km. The average heart rate was 118bpm, the average cadence was 131spm, and the fat burning was 645kcal. Amid running I passed by the office and found Nanang was in.

After being in the guesthouse I made omelet for my breakfast. With the dishes I made in the evening my breakfast was complete.

At 11:26 I walked to the office. I found Nanang was not in and Yayat was in. After praying in Musala Darussalam I along with Abdul Salim went to the site. I just passed the road from small STA to Parungkuda then turned back to small STA.

After observing the site I went back to the guesthouse. Abdul Salim dropped me there.
