Visiting Sites

It is Saturday. The Sweet Saturday (Sabtu Legi 14). In the morning at at 07:07 I run along streets in the housing area. It was sunny. I reached 6,67km in 1:13:49hour or pace 0:11:03hour per km. The average heart rate was 117bpm, the average cadence was 134spm, and the fat burning was 627kcal.

After running I walked to Pasar Cigombong to buy rice and vegetables. At a shop on the way back to the guesthouse I bought a bottle of Pocari Sweat and consumed it. I was so thirsty.

After having breakfast I asked Abdul Salim to pick me up. He got me to the office. Yayat the administrator was in. I chatted to him for a while then went to the sites along with Abdul Salim the driver. At the Nanggerang OP right side site I met Irawan the executor and Andhi Yunarko the inspector. I gave them my direction. Then I went to the other sites till Parungkuda Intersection. We then went back to the office. I just there for about an hour and then asked Abdul Salim to get me to the guest house. I found the door was opened. Fortunately, I found nothing missing.
