Accompanying The Children

It is Sunday. The Sweet Sunday (Radite Manis 10). At 6:14 I walked to a fried snack vendor at the street market on Jalan Puspanjolo Selatan to buy some. Then I put the smartband on and went back home to put the snack. I continued walking along Jalan Pamularsih I. The sky was sunny. I reached 7,0km in in 1:26:16hours or pace 12'19". The average heart rate was 107bpm, the average cadence was 116spm, and the fat burning was 637kcal.

After showering and having the snacks I washed my clothes. The day was promising, sunny and windy, so they were dried at the time after dhuhur.

At dhuhur time I and Nuri accompanied Dastan and Aishalina to buy baby turtles at Pasar Ikan Hias (Ornamental Fish Market). They bought 2 baby turtles at Rp50.000. They also bought the crib at Rp20.000. We then directly sent them back to their house.

In the afternoon I removed weed from the front yard. I just did it for 20minutes then stopped because it was going dark. Before maghrib time I ironed some of the clothes.

In the evening at 20:00-21:45 I joined Semaan the 11th. It was guided by Ihyaudin. The participants were Asiwardi Gandhi (just saying hallo), Aswaty, Darsono, Dwihati Lukitaningsih, Dwi Sulistyanto, Endianto Masseh, Minuk Suhendrayati, Susilo Tjahjaningsih Handajani, Widarto, and Widayadi.
