Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Black Sunday (Radite Cemeng 9). At 06:20 I rung along Jalan Pamularsih I. The day was sunny though there were cloud scattered. I reached 6,67km in 1:11:22hours or pace 10'41". The average heart rate was 121bpm, the average cadence was 139spm, and the fat burning was 642kcal.

After having a rest for a while, showering, and breakfast I washed my clothes. The day was fair but it turned to dark in the afternoon. Anyway the clothes were dried in the afternoon.

At 14:11 Meiyanto posted in the Water Resources Management group that our colleague Triwidodo Djokorahardjo was passing a way. He deceased at 12:15. I met him for the first time when we participated in a project manager training in Pasar Jumat Jakarta at the year of 1992. Then, at 2002 we shared our service in Central Java Water Resources Management Affair. He retired in June, 2009. Then, his time was spent to serve in Anand Ashram Foundation.

In the evening I ironed my clothes completely.
